The room and location was very good. The receptionist very friendly and helpful.
The customer service in the restaurant was shocking. Very unhelpful, not friendly and seemed like they did not care. The room service was terrible. it took forever and when it arrived it was the wrong order. They didn't correct it.

The hotel is the perfect location for Seaport attractions and financial district. and close to subway. The room we choose was a King Deluxe and we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and loved the style as well. Furnishings are beautiful. The bed was comfy but pillows could have offered at least one firm option (luckily I brought one of my own). Breakfast was served at Hotel restaurant, Felice, and it was exceptional. It was very nice to have breakfast before going out for the day.
One small thing. The hotel fragrance smells amazing but as someone who is allergic to fragrances and perfumes it was a little overwhelming.

Very comfortable bed, friendly, helpful staff. Cute hotel. Wonderful Italian restaurant attached. Location makes walking easy to 911 Memorial and South St. Seaport.

Very friendly front office, Robert was always cheerful and willing to guide and help.
Room size was very good, for a hotel located in Manhattan.
The location is superb.
The room tariff was a bit steep, and other facilities were non-existent.

The staff was amazing! Super engaging, friendly, and courteous. Delilah and Rob were both so awesome. I had an issue with my credit card initially. I was stressing out because I grabbed an expired credit card, and my new card was left at home. Eventually, we got it sorted, but they were very kind and empathetic, which during a very stressful time was welcomed. They handled the situation very professionally but also were very personable. The location was great. The guys at the door were always courteous and friendly, ready to answer question and provide suggestions.

Didn’t get the room I was showed/ booked online really small room for 3 ppl, when I check into a hotel I expect to see no hair in the bathroom from previous guest not even a strand, fridge wasn’t working in room properly my juice bar cold pressed beverages were room temperature after being in the fridge overnight (no knob to turn temp up), & really dark in the check-in area

Excellent location for our needs staying in New York. Convenient for subway connections. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Breakfasts included in price were of good quality and restaurant area very pleasant. Kettle was available on request for hot drinks in our room.

Wonderful
The hotel was really nice. It had a comfy bed, nice bar / restaurant, and was conveniently placed for the financial district / downtown Manhattan. Overall the hotel exceeded my expectations.
They don't have irons and boards, only steamers, and there are no tea / coffee making facilities in the room (there is free coffee in the mornings via a machine in the lobby). I think this only became an inconvenience because I stayed for 6 nights though.
