The property has the best staff. The size of the rooms is amazing.
The location is great as it’s off the beaten path but it can also be a challenge because of that. The restaurant staff could improve.

Nice hotel. Nice location. Lovely staff.
I was charged a nights stay by mistake. I was also charged 4 x $50 charges for no reason. As I used a debit card I have to wait a week or more for a refund. Not happy at all with this ruining an otherwise great stay.

The hotel was freezing cold!!! We couldn't enjoy our breakfast and we even had jackets on!!! It was very uncomfortable everyday even froze while trying to have overpriced cocktails! Breakfast was served warm but never hot!

Good location, close to metro station
Aircondition / ventilation system was constantly making noise, you could turn off aircon but the noise continued ALL NIGHT making it very difficult to get a good night rest. I asked staff and if they could fix it, but never heard anything back. Beds were a bit soft and short, my son had to lie across the bed for his feet not to stick out. The standard is not what I would expect from a 4star boutique hotel (at least not compares to European standards), but I feel this is often the standard in New York when booking 4star hotels
