Disappointing
Clean, friendly and claustrophobic!
Nicely furnished, bed uses the entire room. The hallway was very narrow and the door was not sufficiently noise proof. I could hear the man across the hall having a coughing session every morning for about a half hour.

The location of the hotel is great for visiting NYC.
There is no air circulation in the room and it was very moist because of it. In addition the air conditioner took a lot to time to adjust. Finally the attitude of some of the receptionists was not welcoming.

I was expecting small room due to other reviews, but reality shocked me.
No place for luggage.
Mattress was to soft for me, but my partner felt wonderful. So it very subjective
We were on the last floor, on the 8th avenue, and the noise from the street was tough. I recommend asking a room facing 22st or the inside.
Small gym but was enough for me.

Bed was comfortable. Room was cosy, but more than sufficient for our stay. Property was in a great location. Close to the subway and also walkable to a number of destinations. Ladies on the front desk were super friendly and very helpful with providing restaurant recommendations.

Nothing, it was really disappointing. They gave us a room smaller than the one we paid for. On top of that, the tv was just beside the bed so it was impossible to watch it. We complain and the person lied to us saying that all rooms for this size had same configuration. We discovered lately it was not the case. The room was incredibly tiny and no space neither wardrobes for the clothes. The sink had a leakage and they did not anything about it. That meant that everytime we took a shower the whole floor was flooded. It has been the most disappointing experience.
