Location and staff all amazing
Promised a cot and didn’t provide one, booked the hotel purposely for the cot with a 3 month old , messaged in advance and then upon arrival they didn’t have one , new born had to sleep on a shared bed ….

Superb location, very close to the 6 train. clean room always, massive beds, nice bathroom. Helpful staff - check in/out was simple. very satisfied.
TV size is quite small, but really, thats nitpicking, and who goes to NYC to watch a lot of TV. Sometimes awaiting lifts took a bit of time.

We had a great stay, Our room was very big. The breakfast was from the Menu, and was very good. The bar was good, We did not use the pool but it did look good. The Lead Concierge Erik Sherr was vey helpful, and spent a lot of time with us advising us, and booking attractions. We used Uber a lot through choice, but there is a Station just across the road, There is a 711 shop about 8 minutes walk away, a McDonalds over the other side of the road, and a great pub just around the corner, The Winston Churchill. which also done food. Reception Staff, Room cleaners, Restaurant and Bar Staff and Bell Boy were all very good. Coffee machine in the room was good, We were text during our stay asking if all was OK and is there anything we needed. The Hotel location was in a nice area, not to far out the centre, easy walking distance to the centre.
Nothing really. A suggestion would be, we had a huge amount of wardrobe space, and we would rather have had some more shelves

Second time at the hotel and as great as the first time. Staff always friendly and helpful.
Wish there was a kettle in the room. Not a complaint but works be nice as had to order expensive jugs of coffee to the room everyday.

Perfect location, big room, perfect bathroom, friendly staff. Nice view to street. Rooftop lounge and restaurant. Hot pool during cold weather and rain just awesome. 20 good breakfast places around.

Spacious room, king's size bed very comfy, enough lighting, quiet and warm for winter, extremely convenient location, very friendly staff, help with arranging taxi to airport.
Funny no kettle, no mini-fridge, not even cups and spoons except the 2 small cuppa for coffee. Free coffee pods but need to add tap water to make coffee. Mistakenly used the 2 bottles of water lying amontst the snacks and charged USD 9 each, so be careful.

The pool was decent.
It's extremely expensive for what you get . They also turned off our room key exactly at noon and we were still loading things down the elevator because we have a 4 year old.

Great location close to Grand Central Station and all Midtown. Easy to walk everywhere. The bathroom was huge with a giant bathtub and super modern and clean. Lots of hot water and very quiet.
The sleeping pillows weren’t my favorite. They were feather and down, but needed to be a little more firm.

The furniture in the room is old and the room does not feel like it is in a five star hotel. The sound of water from the next room is loud.

The bed was very comfortable. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the city due to easy access to public transport. The best feature by far, is the staff. They were extremely welcoming, helpful, friendly and caring.
Our bathroom shower and tub was a bit dated. The room had a locked door to an adjoining room and that meant we could hear all their conversations (and them us I assume). The in room dining menu on the TV differed from the printed menu which differed from the mobile menu.
The indoor/outdoor pool looked much nicer in the photos. When we saw it, it was very sad and only open from 7am-12pm (winter hours I guess).
While the overall experience was good, I think there’s are a few adjustments to be made.
