It’s extremely clean, modern, and perfectly located in downtown. It provides a lot of peace and quiet compared with the 5th avenue and Central Park areas.
The staff are incredible. The nicest people from the front desk to the housekeeping staff and the guys at the front door and room service. Genuinely nice and caring and good people. They aren’t even pretending or putting on a professional face.
The gym is great. The rooms are spacious and cosy.
Basically everything is great.

We extended our stay for one day, but the room was not cleaned that day, and no one even apologized. We were charged for another day, which ruined our impression of the hotel, even though it is a very good hotel in all aspects and we have stayed there before.

The service was incredible. The front desk, bellhop, cleaners. Everyone was consistently friendly, considerate and would go out of their way to help us. The people really made this stay extra special! Thank you!
