Larger room supported a king bed with full walk around capability. Closet and drawers for storage. Off of a busy street so very little city noise. Train station nearby.
Not much of a lobby so we couldn’t visit with relatives at the hotel.

Very well located, close to 2 subways stations and walking distance to many spots in W Village and Soho
We missed a little bit of clarity in the window as our room faced an internal wall of the building which made our room rather dark.

Clean and good sized rooms. Nice location. Staff were very helpful.
A/C was insanely noisy. Rooms were mostly quiet but you can hear everything going on in the hallway.

The beds were very comfy, and the staff was very friendly. Also, the coffee in the morning was lovely.
There’s no exhaust fan in the bathroom nor any small fridge in the room.

It was modern and clean and room was a good size. Coffee machine in room. Access to a microwave was provided. Tea and coffee also provided in the lobby in the mornings. Iron and ironing board provided. We thought the location was further from the main Soho area than we realised.
We could hear the traffic noise, sirens on and off all night. We did not sleep well. The pillows were very lumpy and need updating. We could hear the lifts dinging at all hours.
No bar fridge in room.
