The location proximity to Madison Square Garden is great and is why we've chosen this hotel before when we visit NYC for concerts.
Problem with the AC unit not cooling properly. When we mentioned it to both the evening and night staff they told us that there was no engineer there to fix it and they never sent anyone during our stay.

Really appreciated an early check in as my husband is disabled and we had a lot of luggage. The room was comfortable and clean. Appreciated that 3 towels were provided in the bathroom. Bed was very comfortable.
More accessible power plugs would have improved the experience.
Price was high for level of property.

Location, breakfast, gym, roof top bar.
Limited number of elevators (3) for a 24 floor building and at capacity meant long waits to use one at all times of the day. Not helped by there being no service elevator for house keeping and other staff to use. That meant when it did stop for you the access was blocked by large cleaning trolleys.

When we arrived they told us they did not have a king room available even though that is what we had reserved. We had to wait 30 minutes for them to decide upon a room to give us. Was then told we would have to move to a different room after one night. I said that we were not going to do that and he stated " Oh yes you will" and proceeded to argue with me. I finally asked to speak with a manager and was told we would have the same room for our entire stay. Upon check out the front desk staff did not greet us, did not smile and had a very bored, grumpy attitude. Horrible customer service.

PRO: Very good location, just by the Penn Station, and other subway stations. Roof top bar was amazing, but drinks were a bit on the pricey side ($23 for a glass of prosecco). Room was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly, let us check in a bit earlier.
CON: We checked out 3am, there was no chance for takeaway breakfast. Price for the hotel was a bit high, but I guess it is because of NYC. Water in the room costed $5.99/small bottle if you wanted any. No fridge in room.

Right next to Penn station. Restaurants in walking distance.
Breakfast was great but needed a little bit bigger room for extra seating. A little crowded at breakfast time.
One of our rooms air conditioner wasn’t working properly. Room was on the 20th floor.
