Location, close to Penn Station and subway. 1 subway stop from midtown /times square. Nice room, nice breakfast. Staff were great.
Should just have a fridge in the room. Should not be on request. A microwave would be nice too. For 300-400 per night all in, these should be included.

Location from Penn Station to the hotel can’t beat it
Staff always greets you with a smile and Danny remembered me from my last stay back in December, now that is the personal touch, love it
Kitchen staff attentive to keeping the area clean and always pleasant and well as the bag handler that I left my bags with while out of the hotel
The only think I can think of is perhaps adding hard boiled eggs as a breakfast option

Location! So convenient to Moynihan hall. When traveling on international flights, we no longer fly out of our local Airport. We take the train to nyc, & if need be, stay at Fairfield/Marriott on one end of the trip.

Location was excellent. Right across the street from Penn Station. Madison Square Garden was right down the street. Parking was reasonably priced which Marriott covered. Subway entrance was a short walk from location. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was Excellent (very well stocked and looked after). Room was on the back side which didn't have a view. If you went to rooftop when Restaurant/Bar was open. The views up there were Excellent (you can get some good sunset pics).
Rooms were very small but understandable.

Location was directly across from Penn Station and MSG which was perfect for us. Centrally located to many other sites and restaurants within walking distance.
The view may be lovely from the upper floors but the rooftop bar has loud disruptive music until late. The free breakfast was inedible. Food was cold and poorly prepared. We tried it our first morning and skipped it the rest of our stay.

Mainly the location
At the last minute they decided to close the main dining room for breakfast. Thus is not professional service . They knew Easter was a big holiday. Should have already done . For the price I paid service did not match. It was a problem getting my room cleaned in a timely manner.

The location is the only pro.
The room had a strong sewage odor. I reported it to the front desk, but nothing was done to address the issue. The staff didn’t seem interested in helping and were not particularly friendly. Breakfast options were very limited, with almost nothing edible and it’s not an overstatement. The bread and pancakes tasted almost like plastic. The only pastries available were prepackaged muffins, and overall, the food quality was very poor. Additionally, the bedsheet had a hole. Overall, the hotel does not feel like a 4-star property.

Very clean and quiet
There was a handle in the shower that was broken before I had gotten there. Also, there was a point I was trying to sleep in and I could hear the cleaning staff being fairly noisy.
