I like that’s it’s across from the train station.That there is complementary breakfast but the times could be better some ppl are coming from concerts the night before and will miss breakfast.
Our ac was broke and no one accommodated us .It was til today they was like oh really .But the engineer knew and told us how to work til it was fix .

The location. Close to Madison Square Garden and Penn Station. The rooftop bar and breakfast.

Disappointing
We booked a city view room and it worth it, view was great! Room was clean and spotless, very convenient to public transport and restaurants, hairdryer was great!
Rooms are VERY small, parking not included, very limited options for breakfast, bathroom sink was tiny, no body lotion amenities not even a free water bottle, hot days in NYC and AC was not powerful, definitely value- price criteria was not met.
