Great location close to Madison square garden & Penn station. Room was quiet & dark - couldn't hear too much of the city noises.
Breakfast was served just in hotel foyer on weekdays with not much variety - weekend breakfast was better.

great location, clean and comfortable.
The breakfast was great, the employees in there were very attentive nice friendly and very educated, cherish them because good employees are not easy to find
The first day I arrived I didn't feel welcomed at all by the lady at the front desk, she assisted me without issues but she could have been nicer, I told my sister maybe thats how people in NY are ! the rest of the employees were great. I had an issue with the ac being off I called the front desk at night to ask about it and they said to open the windows because due to the temperature the ac was turned off, we couldn't sleep the noise from the street was very loud
