Location is great. Clean enough.
Room is tight, with no extra space besides the bed. The staff didn’t ask, just by default gave us a room at lower level and right at the elevator door, so we hear noises of people open and close elevators all the time even through the midnight.

Location is great, comfortable and clean rooms
Air condition was making noice if you keep it on.
It would be good to have English breakfast tea or earl grey at the breakfast. There was in the room. I noticed it afterwards.
Bottle of water in the room could be complimentary.

Great location, complementary tea, and coffee in the lobby and a very comfortable bed and clean room.
The room is tiny!! The cleaning staff were very polite and very nice but very loud in the hallways very early in the morning yelling back-and-forth to each other down the halls!

Loacation was excellent
room never cleaned. Food service never stocked for number of guests, toilet broken, pillows flat, gym very hot floor buckling overall sub standard for marriott

Cleaning was perfect, location is perfect
The restaurant feels chaotic and overcrowded, almost like a kindergarten. The elevator situation is very poor. The hotel has more than 20 floors but only three elevators, and very often one of them is out of service. Waiting times can easily reach 10 minutes.
On top of that, the air conditioning is extremely loud, to the point where it seriously affects sleep quality.

Great location, walkable to many things and subway access couldn’t be closer. Free breakfast is nice, and was halfway decent. Some staff were friendly.
Elevators! One was broken the first day, two were broken the second day. Three small elevators (shared with housekeeping) is inadequate for this property. A little skimpy on toiletries (flimsy plastic cups, soap that broke in half and wasn’t replaced, no lotion) and no refrigerators.

The hotel is literally right across from the Amtrak train station. As you walk in, the lobby is so welcoming! Multiple staff greet you as you walk in. The desk staff were very helpful and attentive. They stored our luggage while we waited for our room so we could walk around NYC. The rooms are nice, very clean, and comfortable beds. Breakfast is complimentary and a nice variety. The next day after we checked out, they stored our luggage again for another day walking around before catching our train at night. Love this location!

Like that it was right near penn station so we were able to get up the next day have breakfast and then go catch our train. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was okay they had a lot to choose from.
The only thing I didn’t like was the towels in the bathroom had make up on them. All three towels. One had something pink on them and then black stuff on the other two had like eye liner and Mascara.

Disappointing
Housekeeping. We left the room at 9am to sightsee and returned at 2:30 for a break and nap. Housekeeping knocks on the door to clean the room and we asked them to come back. They did not come back. The next day we left the room again at 9am. Returned at 4:00 to change and get ready. The room was not cleaned the whole day. And Housekeeping knocks on the door at 4:30. Once again we ask them to come back, and they did not. We called the front desk the next morning and were told that once you turn Housekeeping away they do not come back, as it is viewed as a denial of there services!
The walls are very thin, so you hear the folks next door.
The bathroom mirror had a chipped off corner on the lower right hand side, a perfect spot to catch your hand on.
We always choose to stay at Marriotts but this one was disappointing.
