The location is superb, just in front of Moynihan Train Station. It's convenient for travelers who traveling to JFK airport by LIRR or Amtrak from another States. The room is clean and not too big (I think it's standard size in NYC hotels), but the bed is comfortable. The breakfast was good, not too many option to get the protein. The staff who assisted us for check in and check out were great, one of them assisted me to printed my paperwork for free in the lobby area. Thank you so much.
The Air Con is loud when the fan is on.

Location is great, right in front of penn station, value is great for new york and they keep your bags before and after you stay with was a plus. Basic breakfast included.

I had lost my Apple Watch and didn’t realize y til I got to the airport. I worked with the hotel and they did locate it and I was able to get them to send it back to me in Canada. Prompt attention to my situation

Perfect location if you come by train. Comfortable bed and roomy bath. Breakfast is good and room to eat there.
Rooftop bar was too crowded for us to stay and enjoy our drink. Pretty expensive drink to sip in the room

I loved the location, the city view from our room, and the front desk staff was amazing!
They didn’t clean the room on the 3rd day and the breakfast was just ok. Other than that everything was fine. The room was clean and served its purpose.

The location is great, the staff was very helpful. Great stay overall, room is very quiet.

Wonderful location, good value for the city, and comfy beds. The shower was spacious and very nice. The staff was very friendly and attentive.
The elevators were a bit frustrating. At one point one of the three elevators wasn’t even functioning. When we checked out, we waited well over five minutes and then ended up having to take the stairs down with suitcases from the 10th floor.

Excellent Staff, excellent location, very comfortable room, very good breakfast . Very walkable to Penn Station, Madison Square Garden, Central Park and Times Square
I say this with complete understanding that this is New York City ? but $425/ night is steep. Again, it's Summer in New York ?

We were hoping for a room with nice view for the kids? But what we got was a room for disabled guests and barely any lighting.:(( ( When showering, the water would flow out to the floor and was slippery to walk on!!)
