Wonderful
We were there for a event at the MSG, so the location of the hotel is very convenient for us. The buffet breakfast is very convenient for us too as we need to leave to the airport in the early morning.
This is just a trivial thing, but I think it would be better if the hot water dispenser in the lobby could have more hot water for us. It was already empty when we went to fill our thermos bottles in the afternoon.

The staffing was excellent. They were very courteous and attentive. The parking garage was next door which helped immensely to not have to drive around to find parking.
The restaurant on the roof isn't a restaurant. It is a bar with finger food/ appetizers not a full restaurant with entrees. It was portrayed as a restaurant by the front desk plus the bar tender had an attitude.

Great location for us (opposite Penn Station) so not too much walking. The room was quite reasonable and decent facilities. Breakfast was decent but it was a little chaotic in the dining room but manageable.
Upon arrival we were given two small "complimentary" bottles of water. We did not use any of the water in the room but I was later charged $5 for water so not sure where that came from?
The hotel took $100 deposit (as is standard in the U.S. but I am still awaiting my refund several weeks later.

Great location by Penn Station and walking distance to Rockefeller Centre and Times Square. Good service from breakfast staff keeping up with overcrowded area.

Location, location, location. We were taking a train on checking out. Couldn't have been better.
Only 3 elevators for 22 floors. Had to wait a long time . Room décor a little tired

The hotel is just perfect to discover the city.
Breakfast is very good and the roof bar is amazing with a beautiful view.
We were in the 4th floor and the room was very dark,because of the wall from the next building.
Than we changed floor went up in the 9th which was a bit better.
