Excellent Staff, excellent location, very comfortable room, very good breakfast . Very walkable to Penn Station, Madison Square Garden, Central Park and Times Square
I say this with complete understanding that this is New York City but $425/ night is steep. Again, it's Summer in New York

Location was great!
We were hoping for a room with nice view for the kids? But what we got was a room for disabled guests and barely any lighting.:(( ( When showering, the water would flow out to the floor and was slippery to walk on!!)
