No daily room service and the bath products you supplied was empty and not able to get it replaced.
asked for towels and had to call back again no one delivered them.

I like that’s it’s across from the train station.That there is complementary breakfast but the times could be better some ppl are coming from concerts the night before and will miss breakfast.
Our ac was broke and no one accommodated us .It was til today they was like oh really .But the engineer knew and told us how to work til it was fix .
