Great location, complementary tea, and coffee in the lobby and a very comfortable bed and clean room.
The room is tiny!! The cleaning staff were very polite and very nice but very loud in the hallways very early in the morning yelling back-and-forth to each other down the halls!

Breakfast Seating facilities are a joke. Laws of the jungle. No privacy whatsoever. Decor sub par for supposedly 4 star hotel. On occasions you may spend 10 mins waiting for a lift. Heating is via AC which in NY winter temperatures is not quite appropriate. Central heating would be preferable. No AC controls by bedside table very inconvenient. TV very slow to respond. Coffee machines in rooms were a joke, one found with dust inside and one not working properly. Hair dryers in 2 rooms not working.

This property is far from matching what is advertised as a 4-star hotel.
During 11 days of stay, the room was cleaned only 3 times, with long periods without any cleaning, trash removal, or towel replacement. Upon arrival, I found hair on the bed and in the bathroom, which clearly indicates serious hygiene failures from the very first day.
The breakfast, although included, is clearly insufficient and poorly organized. The space cannot accommodate the number of guests, there are not enough seats, and on several days we were forced to have breakfast in the reception/lobby area, sitting on sofas or improvised tables, in the middle of constant guest and staff traffic. Due to these conditions, it was not possible to use the breakfast service on several days of the stay.
The elevators are consistently slow and insufficient for a building with approximately 20 floors, with around 10 to 12 rooms per floor, a situation further worsened by their simultaneous use by the housekeeping staff and cleaning carts, which daily affects guest circulation.
None of what I describe was a one-off issue. It was a constant reality throughout the entire stay.
The discrepancy between what is advertised online and what is actually provided is serious and misleading, and severely undermines the credibility of both the hotel’s category and the brand associated with this property.
I do not recommend it. The overall experience was closer to an overcrowded budget accommodation than to a 4-star hotel.

Cleaning was perfect, location is perfect
The restaurant feels chaotic and overcrowded, almost like a kindergarten. The elevator situation is very poor. The hotel has more than 20 floors but only three elevators, and very often one of them is out of service. Waiting times can easily reach 10 minutes.
On top of that, the air conditioning is extremely loud, to the point where it seriously affects sleep quality.
