It was so nice that early check-in was accepted without notice.
The complimentary coffee at the lobby in the morning was convenient.
As I informed at the reception, something was wrong with the message on TV display. I was not bothered at all, but from the viewpoint of privacy for all guests, I hope it will be fixed soon.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. It's a busy hotel but that's expected in NYC. The room is a standard size for New York but it was clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient. Very close to the Times Square and Hudson Yards. 3 minutes walking distance from Port Authority subway station where you have a straight connection to JFK Air Train. My only disappointment was the breakfast. It gets busy and the selection of food is very limited. It was the same every single morning. Overall, we had a great stay and would stay again.
Breakfast was below average.

The thing I liked most is the position, very close to Time Square and to the subway. Room large.
Breakfast, 6 days always same food and few different type of food, no cake, no ham or bacon. Room for breakfast very small, if you go to have a breackat at 8.00 am you risk a long waiting in the queu. Service and cleaning bad.
