Location was brilliant especially with having the subway so near. Breakfast didn't suit all in our group but no one starved. Very efficient at breakfast time. Storing our baggage after we checked out before we went to the airport was very convenient.

Great location. Stunning city views from the 29th floor. Lovely breakfast staff. Helpful desk staff. Nice decor. Boutiquey feeling, but with the Marriott big-brand experience.
It felt a little tight in the room, but I think when you're in NYC in the heart of Times Square, it's not about being in your room.

The location was in close walking proximity to everything planned to visit on this trip. I appreciated the monitoring of seating for guests at breakfast time. I did enjoy the bath products and the water pressure in the shower was excellent!
I didn't appreciate the only ice machine being on the basement level of the hotel and the bed pillows were hard (not ideal for arthritic necks).

Room and building very clean. Staff was great. Breakfast was nice. Was able to check in at 9 am and had a room.
Elevators were slow for how many guests and floors there were. Could not get a hold of front desk by phone at all leading up to the check in.
