Location is good, staff is friendly, room is more than OK
Breakfast was a mess, 3-5 min queuing before being able to sit down, and once you sit down, big waiting times to get your food.
Same for the elevators. 1 out of 3 was out of order. We were on the 17th and went various times up and down by foot.

Friendly staff.
Efficient and adjustable air-conditioning.
The breakfast can be improved by offering a variety of fruits, such as oranges or grapes (in addition to apples and bananas). I recommend to include cheeses in the breakfast menu.

The false advertisement on the website regarding the room amenities. For example, I anticipated a couch in the room as displayed.

Good variety of breakfast items. Hotel is clean. The location is close to many attractions without being exactly in time square.
Lobby is tiny and 1/3 elevators were not working during our stay. The hotel is on a side street near the bus terminal which brought in different types of people- be careful at night. The hotel room is small which can be expected for NYC. Very tight for 4 people.

The location was great very close to everything and port authority! The staff that worked the breakfast area were great. Very clean and organized. The staff that checked me in and helped with my reservation were very nice and helpful! Breakfast was very good. Great options! Also housekeeping was great also! The room was freshed up upon request .
No microwave in the room, but there is one on the lower level.

Breakfast, location was very good. Staff super friendly.
Room on 8th floor heard all the street noise did not sleep well. Pillows were uncomfortable and AC made so much noise.

Very clean. Rooms smell good.
No room to open suitcases. Rooms are a bit small. No microwave. They rush you to eat breakfast if you get there at 10am although it ends at 10:30. I heard the host saying, "I don't understand why people come so late". We are on vacation lady! And some of us come from different time zones.
