First night there was road works going on outside and I could not sleep a wink, however next morning when I spoke to reception staff they moved us to another room straight away, I slept great after that

Location, clean bed and bathroom. Comfy bed.
Very dark hallway. Tiny room in need of a refurb, long wait for breakfast and incredibly crowded breakfast space with waits for everything. While breakfast is badged as complimentary, you are paying for it one way or another. We have stayed in other Fairfield Inns and this was the most expensive and the least good we have stayed in.
