Very disappointing stay
Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The room was extremely small and did not look clean. The bedding was in poor condition, and there was an unpleasant smell in the room. The street was also very noisy, so it was impossible to keep the window open. The elevator was another major issue — we sometimes had to wait nearly 30 minutes for it. The breakfast was very poor as well. There was almost no variety, and the same 1–2 options were served every day. Overall, we were very disappointed with the hotel. The cleanliness, room size, noise, elevator service and breakfast were all below our expectations. Definitely not worth the price.

Location and staff Both are amazing!!
Nothing but yeah bottles were empty in the washroom ( shampoo and Conditioner) . Last day we were about to use but those were empty lol

Eggs very interesting... in not a good way. Staff everywhere was excellent.
Room would have been uncomfortable for more than 1 person....floor space, sink space and no seating other than the bed. I do realize that this is New York.

Staff was excellent. Teresa Cruz, supervisor of the breakfast operation was particularly effective. Front desk staff was also wonderful. They remembered our name and room number.
