That it was close to my destination
It wasn’t clean. There was hair in the shower and in floor in bathroom and a hard crusty substance in the chair. The bathroom was not clean.

The position
Falsely claiming that our beds were standard size double beds! They were 120cm wide!!!!!! Just look at the image to understand the size of the bed! Considering that we are both fairly thin!!!

During my stay, the front desk was frequently unattended as staff were often in the back office. Additionally, some of the staff members appeared less approachable and could benefit from a more welcoming and friendly demeanor.

We loved the central location with all landmarks within walking distance. The breakfast was great!
The double beds are very tight. We guess it was 1,2 m wide.

Great location. Cool area- edgy. 15 min walk from Broadway plays. 6 min walk to Penn station. 40 min walk to soho. I would stay there again. Comfy bed. Great value for what you get. Nice staff, felt safe as female solo traveller.
The fruit juice dispenser in breakfast room was out of service
For the 3 days I stayed. They did offer plenty of bottles of water at reception though. And one morning when they ran out of coffee and I asked it was filled within 5 minutes.

The location was fantastic and the staff interactions were great
The room was a little beat up. A chunk was missing from the flooring, there were inelegant signs of repair on the wardrobe and bathroom door, the faucet wasn’t attached well to the sink, the toilet paper holder kept dropping the toilet paper roll into the trash can, and the desk chair looked and felt like it was snatched up off the curb

From the moment we arrived, everything was above and beyond. Mercedes was incredible and provided first class customer service, she's a true asset to the hotel. The rooms were immaculately presented, clean and all staff did an exceptional job and provided some of the best customer service I've experienced.
