Location wasn’t awful but off the beaten path. Nice to see the bar even though I didn’t partake. Room was clean. Tv channel options. Shower was nice and hot. Milanoncookies were a nice touch. Getting the itemized bill electronically and that my booking.com worked seamlessly.
The steps down. The broken elevator. The view where businesses see right into my room. No laundry bag. Inability to see food packaging for allergies.

I liked the excellent professionalism from the staff. Very informative on what is taking place on the premises. My wife liked the option of adjusting the room thermostat to 90 Degrees in Autumn, as she was born with Anemia. The walls are not hollow, so, maintaining a constant room temperature is superb based on the thermostat settings. I booked the room with the King Size bed. My review is based on such quarters. The room is fairly small but, manageable considering the price point.

The hotel is in an excellent location; you can reach Times Square in just a 20-minute walk.
The breakfast was phenomenal, there’s something for everyone, and the menu changes every day.
From eggs, fruit, meat options, puddings, fruit spreads, to various drinks…
The rooms are a great size, they are cleaned every day, and everything is always tidy.
The staff are also friendly and always there to help when you need something.
The only thing that wasn’t good was that only one elevator was working. Sometimes we had to wait for it for up to 15 minutes, after which we would give up and take the stairs all the way to the 17th floor.

The location was great. Walking distance to most places. Friendly staff
The elevator was broken and was a bit of hassle. Our room was also on the street side and could feel the cold air coming through the window, we had to keep the shades down which made the room extremely dark

We loved the location, cleanliness and how courteous the hotel Staff were. The location couldn't have been any better, especially for someone who's never been to NYC before. Over all, I never saw any trash laying around or anything dirty at all.
The staff was extremely helpful and always took care of our needs and answered all of our questions.
The hotel looked/s as though it is well taken care of, except for the elevators, but I understand things break sometimes and they need time to be fixed. We were forced to walk the stairs to our room on the top floor (18th) because the elevator stopped one evening, but thankfully only once. Other than that I saw no other flaws.

The place was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, really close to Central Park and close to some bus stops too, which made getting around really easy. There are also plenty of food spots nearby. The bed was super comfy, so overall a great stay!
