Room size was small, and the bed was soft, I was unable to sleep on my chest. But these are really minor things.

Wonderful hotel! Sister and I went for a girl's trip & this place is in a great location. Close to plenty of food & the subway. Staff was extremely nice & let us check our bags for the morning while we got breakfast & shopped around. Close to the Empire State Building as well. If I ever find myself in NY again, I'd definitely stay here!
Our room was on the back end of the building so we didn't have a great view. I'm sure if you put in a request they can try their best if you'd like a room with a view!

The location is excellent, and the rooms are spacious and well-stocked with toiletries and complimentary water. The staff are also friendly.
The quality and range of food at breakfast is poor.

Lovely hotel in a great location - right by Bryant Park, Macys and Empire State Building, and a 10 min walk to Times Square or Penn Station.
Staff are very helpful and friendly (which you don't always get in other NY hotels!)
The hotel does take an additional temporary surcharge on a credit card on check-in, but in fairness I think most NY hotels also do this.
