The location of property was great.
Upon arrival some of the staff weren’t helpful at all. Really disappointing as I booked this based on the reviews of previous guests. The queen size room was on the smaller side.

The hotel is a bit outdated, but clean and well maintained. The staff were excellent—very kind and helpful. Especially at the reception, everyone was extremely accommodating and made us feel truly welcome. In my opinion, this kind of approach is very important, and it leaves guests with lovely memories of their stay.
The room equipment was simple, nothing special, but the room was clean and tidy. The hotel breakfast was good, and we really appreciated the calm atmosphere in the restaurant. Compared to other hotels we visited in New York, it was very pleasant to enjoy breakfast in peace.

The staff were wonderful. Great location away from the crowded areas but with easy access to everything. The room was quiet and the bed very comfortable. A lovely, intimate ambiance in the lobby and lounge. Great restaurant.
