Staff is very kind and helpful.
The hotel is quite shabby. It seems like there is a bit of chaos in the hotel. For example it took them 4 days to fix it, as it was not two of us who asked for breakfast, but 3 of us.

Great location, comfortable beds and large room with brilliant shower. Complimentary water, coffee and hot chocolate at reception really nice touch and definitely appreciated after a long day site seeing! Lots of shops, bagel cafe and coffee shops nearby to grab breakfast on your way out in the morning.
Room backs onto lifts which can disturb sleeping sometimes, otherwise perfect stay.

Hotel Le Soleil was an outstanding choice for our stay in Midtown Manhattan, and we truly had a wonderful experience from start to finish.
From the very first moment, the hotel staff took great care of us and made us feel welcome. Throughout our stay, everyone was consistently helpful, friendly, professional, and attentive. From the doormen, to the reception team, to the cleaning staff, and the managers, every person we encountered contributed to making our stay smooth and enjoyable.
The location is simply perfect and hard to beat. It is close to so many of Manhattan’s main sites and attractions, which made getting around the city incredibly easy and convenient. For anyone visiting New York, the location alone is a huge advantage.
The rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need for a Manhattan vacation. After busy days in the city, it was always great to come back to a room that felt comfortable, practical, and welcoming.
Another major plus is the value. The prices are very reasonable, and compared to what you get, this hotel is an amazing deal. In Manhattan, it is not easy to find a place that combines this level of service, comfort, location, and value so well.
The gym was also excellent and a big bonus for us. It is available 24/7, which is incredibly convenient and made the stay even better.
During our stay, we also had flight changes, and the hotel was very considerate and accommodating. They allowed us a late check-out, which we really appreciated and which made a stressful situation much easier. A special thank you to Steve, who helped us on our last day and approved the late check-out, which we truly appreciated.
Overall, this hotel truly deserves high praise. The staff, the location, the comfort, and the value all exceeded our expectations. We will definitely come back in the future, and for us, this is the ideal place to stay in Manhattan. Highly recommended!

*Tea and coffee provided free of charge (not always the case in the US)
*Noisy, understandable for NY, but a lot of noise also from other guests inside the building, which means insolation is overall not good
*Switches are strange, when you switch off the lights in the room the bedside plugs also do not work, meaning you need to charge at another powerpoint in the room. Lamps turn off manually and not centrally.
*Room lighting is fairly dim

Our stay at Executive Hotel Le Soleil was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed — warm, attentive, and incredibly personable. It felt less like checking into a hotel and more like being welcomed into someone’s home.
The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the city while still feeling tucked away in a comfortable, elegant space.
And the rooms are exceptional. The suite-style layout offers generous space to relax, work, and unwind. The thoughtful design and comfortable furnishings made it feel far more like a private apartment than a standard hotel room.
Between the outstanding staff, ideal location, and spacious, beautifully designed rooms, Executive Hotel Le Soleil delivers a truly elevated experience. I would absolutely stay here again.
