The hotel and room was very nice, and the staff were all so nice and helpful during our stay.
We booked a Suite with one queen bed and a pullout couch. The bed was comfortable but the pullout couch bed was not. Could use an upgraded mattress so you don’t feel the bars underneath.

I really enjoyed the large room (compared to other nyc rooms) the bathroom even had a view of the Empire State! VERY clean and staff was lovely! In a great location, we found great food and pubs very close!We would have added an extra night if it wasn’t sold out, for good reason! Will be returning

This hotel is located in the heart of Herald Square, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. I brought my grown kids here for a Christmas weekend, and we had a fantastic time. We walked to Rockefeller Center and Herald Square, and we visited the Christmas markets. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they even suggested some great places to eat. Overall, we had an amazing weekend at this hotel.
Like most places in the city, their top-floor “suite” with two bedrooms was not as spacious as I had anticipated. However, overall, our stay was very pleasant, and the location is excellent.

Our room was clean and spacious, with a view of the bustling streets below. Breakfast was delicious and I recommend adding it to your stay. The boutique hotel itself felt luxurious and special. The infused water and hot chocolate in the lobby daily were an added bonus. We enjoyed warming up with a cup of hot chocolate by the fireplace in the lobby every evening. The staff is superb, and truly made our stay memorable. Their warm greetings, kindness, and smiling faces demonstrated their high commitment to hospitality. Would not have wanted to stay anywhere else- and if we ever venture back to the Big Apple, we will only consider staying here.

Everything was terrific. The room was clean and spacious. The location was perfect for our group!
My only complaint and it's minor is that the towels are not very big and they are not soft - a bit scratchy. I expected plush and comfy towels that are big enough to wrap around from a nice hotel like yours.
