Everything was absolutely amazing, including the shuttle provided from the airport. Both the hotel and shuttle kept me updated on my arrival and pickup. I received emails and text almost daily starting a week before our trip. Meredith is so friendly and welcoming, such a beautiful soul. The breakfast was very tasty, beds were comfy, no traffic noise for a busy street, location was perfect and above all, there was no waiting for elevators

Absolutely love this hotel ! Couldn’t fault it - central to everything ! Staff lovely and accommodating - cosy lounge area/ very Christmassy ! And they serve complimentary coffee in the am and the best hot chocolate in the pm with a marshmallow chocolate fountain/ such a nice touch . Would definitely recommend this place !

The lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays, and the complimentary water, hot chocolate and chocolate fountain were a lovely touch. The staff were also very kind and welcoming. The location was great and very convenient for visiting the city.
I had mentioned that we were celebrating my sister’s birthday, but nothing special was arranged and our room faced a wall, which was a bit disappointing.

Great location. They had a hot chocolate station in the lobby which my niece loved. The staff was helpful and friendly. They have a car service that took us to the airport.
Our rooms weren’t ready even though it was after 3pm. We waited at the restaurant bar. After we cashed out and our rooms were ready, we saw a sign in the elevator that said 10% off at the restaurant for hotel guests. The bartender knew we were staying at the hotel and didn’t give us the 10% off.

Location was so central to everywhere we wanted to visit. The staff, especially Shelly, were so attentive to every single need we had. Felt safe to go about with my daughter whilst my husband went to alternative attraction.

Staff was fantastic, they gave me late checkout and were very attentive, kind and professional. The bed was very comfy and there was no noise during the night which granted a peaceful sleep. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and I would visit again in the future. Great view of the city from my window - loved it.
Small room - had to step over my luggage to walk around but that's kind of normal in NY. The neighbourhood is too crowded for my taste but it is extremely central so it depends what you like. As a European I am really not used to the A/C being on 24/7, it makes the air so unbearably dry and I often had to let the hot shower run to have a little more humidity in the air and make it more breathable.
