The room was spacious, bathroom generous size too. No Netflix, but Wifi worked great.
Struggled with two people sleeping seperately (one on sofa bed) to get the lighting situation working at bed time. (Could not seemingly keep the side power on for the alarm/speaker etc if the main power in the front room was off. Minor quibble but a bit annoying.

The room with a view, the attentive staff, the location - all excellent. We will definitely be back.
The breakfast in the attached restaurant was excellent but was a sit down and order place and not a buffet. We personally prefer something simpler (like muesli) for breakfast

The place was clean and I loved having 2 tv’s in the room. I had an issue with the water pressure in the shower and someone came immediately to replace the shower head.
I wish there were 2 queen beds in the room as opposed to one sofa bed and one queen bed.

The room was very quiet, despite being located right by the elevator and in the middle of the bustling city. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the gym was complete with everything I needed.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is great, the size of the room was nice for NYC. I also appreciated the Keurig being in the room. The rate was great for the area. The bed was comfy! They also were great about checking our bags and storing them for us after we left the hotel.
The couch in the room was quite old, not all that nice to sit on and the room was covered with carpet, which is not my favorite, but the hotel is just a little older, nothing at all wrong with it. NYC renovations are difficult and very expensive, so, I'm sure part of the reason the rate is good is because of the older decor.
