The location was excellent, located near Times Square and Broadway and close to public transportation. Nice restaurant in the hotel including a price fix option good for those on a budget. There were many great restaurants close by. The staff was top notch -- friendly and helpful.
Lack of closet space; however, there was plenty of drawer space. The weird shower was difficult. We couldn't easily turn on the shower without getting wet.

Lobby fireplace was my favorite amenity! Great location. Wonderful staff always kind and helpful. You can tell they are under good management.
The sliding bathroom door was very heavy. An old person couldn’t shut that.

The staff are very nice and helpful, Clean, the complimentary drinks water, coffee, tea and my son enjoy the hot chocolate with marshmallows

The room was spacious for what you usually get in NYC. Our daughter appreciated the daily hot chocolate with marshmallows in the lobby. She did forget her teddy bear and the staff were so helpful and responsive.
Gym is outdated and the AC sound was so annoying. Bedsheets were not the best
