Location, the view from room with Empire State Building. They even upgraded us to a bigger room, which was very convinient with a small kid. Reception staff was very helpful and friendly. Ms Shelley was very friendly. Location is very good. You are practically near to all the famous locations.
Just the doors of the rooms let the noise coming inside from the coridor. So it can be sometimes a bit loud.

Staff was friendly and helpful, it was clean and we were upgraded for free to the Penthouse. It was truly a delight!

Room was clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable! Room was quiet with no noise from the street or adjacent rooms.
Front Desk clerks were friendly and efficient. Lovely lounge with fireplace to relax in. Location was very good.
Room was small and oddly laid out with a small bedroom and a smaller sitting room separated by a bathroom. Sofa bed took up the entire room when open.
Phone didn’t work. Tried to use the House Phone in the hall but it required downloading a QR code and multiple steps of registration and verification, none of which seemed to work.
View was of an old brick office building with large windows that looked right into the room, across a low roof and air conditioning units. Would have prevented privacy save for the fact that the floor to ceiling drapes were broken and couldn’t be drawn back.
Bad coffee pods and rancid coffee mate servings.
Watching movies on TV required you to use your streaming services by a convoluted process of QR codes, registering your device, casting a choice onto the TV system and hoping it worked. Took us 30min of attempts to get a movie on.
