Location was good for us, staff were happy and helpful, everything was clean and tidy
It’s New York, so the rooms are pretty tight (we had a Queen room with sofa bed.

Lovely boutique hotel. I felt very safe. The front desk, concierge, GM, bell men and room attendants were very helpful and thoughtful. The restaurant was lovely. Daily, I enjoyed coffee and a real newspaper around their fireplace in a comfy sofa.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us an upgrade unprompted which we greatly appreciated and it was terrific. The room was very nicely appointed, the view of the city was great. We loved it.

The shower stall in the washroom and the shampoo and conditioner.
The only thing that can be improved is that the mattress is a bit too soft and the down duvet is too thick to be used in summer. They can be just blankets instead.

Amazing hotel with a beautiful interior and an unbeatable location. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. It's also super close to all the major attractions in New York, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. I've been to several hotels in NYC, but this is far the best!
