Although we had booked a suite but the room had no view we asked to be moved to a smaller room with view and our request was facilitated. In addition to this late check out was arranged for us. Thanks to Mr Steve the Operations Manager our first night experience was magical as he gave us some recommendations after our late arrival and made our evening

We had an amazing stay, the staff were all super nice & friendly. Reception was decorated really well for Christmas and nice & cozy! The complimentary hot chocolate was such a nice addition. Our room was perfect, a nice size, warm and the bed was perfect.
My only issue was the room I booked on Booking.com had images that indicated a high floor, even though I requested a high floor we were on floor 4 which did have some street noise. I didn’t ask to move as we only stayed 2 nights and everything else was perfect!

The staff was very friendly. The room and the bathroom were both clean and well stocked. The room was actually very quiet and had a view of the empire state building. Close to public transportation as well.
The location was a little out of the way from the things that we wanted to do. There is a subway station a few blocks away though, which gives access to most of the city. Penn station is also a few blocks away which gives great access to airport.
