The view. Big windows and the Empire State Building towering over us. Smaller intimate hotel with rotating drink station in lobby. Friendly staff.
Hard to control lighting in the room. One switch controlled many lights..

Great location and friendly staff, I would definitely stay again. On our last night Dave from reception recommended an amazing Italian for dinner and booked us in, very helpful!
My only complaint is that one of the lifts seemed to be out of order a lot which meant long wait times to get to/from your room at times. And on our last day reception repeatedly called our room phone at around 5am, asking if we’d ordered a taxi (we hadn’t) and then hung up - no apology or explanation!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for our needs. Loved the water with fruit slices in the lobby. A simple thing but much appreciated! The location worked for us for the proximity to the train station.

Loved my stay here..the staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was incredibly safe and walkable to Broadway, times Square, etc. Will definitely be back!

Our room was spotless and bed was very comfortable. We loved our stay and will definitely return! The location was very convenient too. Each staff member had excellent work ethic and a sincere smile. That type of customer rapport is very hard to find.

הצוות שירותי ונחמד מאוד!
החדר נוקה בכל יום בצורה יסודית.
לא היה חסר לנו דבר, כל בקשה שלנו נענתה, החדר היה גדול, מאוד נוח ונעים.
ראוי לציון: הגענו למלון ב7 בבוקר אחרי טיסה של 12 שעות כשהצ'ק אין אמור היה להיות רק ב-3 בצהריים. מאחר והחדר היה זמין נתנו לנו לעשות צ'ק אין מוקדם ללא כל חיוב נוסף וזה היה ממש יפה מצידם וראוי להערכה, הם ממש עשו לנו את היום!

The room was very clean and had amenities that we appreciated. It was within walking distance of several places we visited.
I booked the room as a suite so that we could sit on a sofa and watch tv during our downtime. Unfortunately the sofa was trashed and appeared to have been that way for some time. We were not able to sit on it. I am attaching photos of it for reference.
I told Mike at the front desk about it and he apologized and said that they didn’t have a sofa to swap ours with. He was helpful in resolving some other minor issues we had with the tvs and remotes.
I feel like our room charge should have been altered to one with just a bed and not the suite.
