The location is excellent, and the rooms are spacious and well-stocked with toiletries and complimentary water. The staff are also friendly.
The quality and range of food at breakfast is poor.

My daughter turned 5 years old when we were in New York and the hotel unexpectedly surprised us with a birthday balloon and a Micky Mouse themed birthday card, so my daughter was thrilled. We had a delayed flight upon arrival but the hotel assisted us immediately to ensure we could go to sleep without further delay. Special shoutout to Shelley and Louis for arranging all of this! The room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable, an ideal stay for our visit to New York. Would definitely recommend to all families and friends visiting the city.

We had a perfect stay in New York. The location was excellent, the rooms were clean, cute, and comfortable, and the atmosphere was lovely. Steve was exceptionally helpful and treated us so well, making sure everything we wanted was taken care of. We really appreciated the warm service and would happily stay again.
