Great size rooms. Nice to have water or hot cocoa. The lounge with fireplace is very nice. The location is excellent. We were able to walk 10 minutes from Amtrak station.
Would have preferred a higher- and quieter- room from the street noise.

Small but very comfortable rooms, nice shower, my room had a view of the Empire State Building. Staff is super nice. Nice lounge at the back of the lobby area.

Great location (near herald square, subway stops and several cafes and restaurants), clean and spacious room, accommodating staff, loccitane products and lastly with daily free coffee and water.

The staff was super friendly and the location is just perfect! Due to a change of plan / emergency we had to leave one night earlier, the Manager was super friendly and accommodating.

I stay at this hotel every single time I come it's super cozy and it's a great location staff is awesome and it's just very warm and welcoming

Property is close to everything, 10 minutes walk to Rockfeller, Times Square, 5 min to great restaurants in Korean Town, 20 min till Central Park. Even if it is so close to major attractions is a very nice area, without the tourist feel. The big windows in the room are amazing. Hotel is clean, given the cleaning standards in New York. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Rooms are a little to small.
