Great location and very clean.
The issue we had was the doorman tried to persuade us the trains would be far too busy and we wouldn’t make the airport in time and we had to book a private taxi through the hotel for $110. After some research we found the opposite to be true for Monday rush hour and had no issues with the train at 4pm on a Monday costing less then $40 total (for two of us). The traffic if we were to get the taxi would have been far worse and taken much longer. This was disappointing being given unprofessional false information trying to take advantage and make us pay over the odds for additional services if we had trusted the staff.

Great location between 5th and 6th avenue. Just 15 minutes walk from Time Square. Very central to discover Manhattan.
Family suite was perfect for the 4 of us.
Breakfast is also good and affordable if you take the option breakfast included.

The location is excellent, the staff is very nice, we arrived very early and even though the hotel was full we got the room before 10:00 am. The room we got was upgraded. It is a suite with a view of the Empire State Building. The room is clean and has everything you need including a coffee machine. You can also get water and coffee in the lobby all day long

Just the location nothing else.
The Front Office staff. Thought welcoming but just on the face. Didn’t get the room we paid for. Very small place and oddly shaped rooms. Just hipe not worth the ranking they have.

Brilliant hotel - Very good location - 5 min walk from everything. Very clean and tidy rooms. Decent value for money. Rooms are slightly small but standard for NYC

Breakfast was poor and the check in staff were terrible. Asked me to take a seat when I wanted to check in and then forgot about me. Communication was really poor and after a 20 hour flight would expect better service at your front desk.
