Amazing and incredibly clean hotel with exceptional service!!!! The hotel’s location is excellent - just a few minutes from Times Square, yet on a pleasant and quiet street. We are very particular about cleanliness and the hotel exceeded all our expectations - absolutely spotless! They clean every day, and the feeling is wonderful. The service - the best we’ve ever encountered. We especially want to commend Andrei at the front desk - charming and genuinely caring!!! We had four excellent nights there, then returned for another night (we had spent a few nights outside Manhattan), and on that night we discovered we had lost our passports, 12 hours before our flight. They were so sensitive and considerate!!!!!! At a level we didn’t believe existed. We are so grateful. We loved the hotel very much on our first visit, which is why we returned. Because it’s excellent. And after what happened, we understood even more how exceptional they are. Of course we’ll return on our next visit.

Great location, friendly staff, lovely & warm and decorated for Christmas. Really friendly helpful staff. This was our second stay and we will be back again! Coffee & hot chocolate available at reception is a really nice touch as well to grad a cup to go on your way out / in.

The location of this Hotel was great. Very central in Manhattan, so easy to get around. The staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout the stay.
It can be a little noisy from the street, but this tends to dampen after 11pm.

The staff at this hotel were truly exceptional. They were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and quiet. I am quite sensitive to noise and I chose this hotel based on reviews stating how quiet it was and I would agree. I would definitely stay here again when visiting New York! It was a lovely, cozy oasis.

Shelly at the front desk was AMAZING! I think she was there nearly each time I passed the front desk. She was incredibly patient with each guest, and was very fun to talk to.
With only 2 elevators, at times, the wait was several minutes.

Location is very good, centrally located. Close to metro. Very clean and has good amenities. Beds are comfortabke. Staff is very kind and helpfull, especially Shelly in the reception.
Only the bathroom door was not working easily.
