Very Good
The suite was fine, cleaned every day. All basic amenities available. WIFI works well. Location is excellent, so close to everything we want, yet quiet enough. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Did not have a nice view (did not ask for/book one). No warm water for a day or 2 due to a pipe break (freezing temperatures). Staff could have offered water bottles and/or a water kettle instead of us having to ask for those, but were very accomodating when we did ask. We did receive a complimentary breakfast, though. Elevators take a long time at rush hours.

Late or no clean up room.. we had to call everytime for room service.
Old appliances like the coffee machine, phone not working in the room and sometimes no hot water.

great location, close to subway. small room but acceptable for NYC and the affordable rates. has sufficient amenities - the average dental kit and slippers
receptionist was rude and unhelpful, checked in at 3pm and was asked to wait for the room endlessly, unable to give an estimate timeframe... when I went up to chase up on this matter 40minutes later, she was impolite and could not be less empathetic for us tourists who travelled far to the city. I wanted an estimated time so we can adjust our schedule, but she was not willing to communicate with housekeeping and said I must wait and that she was tired of repeating herself. NOT GOOD SERVICE. Could be show more understanding to us as each minute is valuable to tourists.

Breakfast was in the adjoining walk through restaurant. Table were formally laid and waited on for drinks. Somewhat reluctant to book an evening meal in the same room after the breakfast experience.
I am glad we did as the restraunt was good. Great steak meal.
Breakfast was a poor, self service selection. cold scrambled eggs bacon and sausage. Limited fruit and cheese.

The room was comfortable, very clean and well maintained and so was the bathroom
I quite liked the L'Occitane products in the bathroom
Central midtown location - in proximity of Empire State Building
Room is quite small and does not have a good amount of storage space. This shoud not impact short stays.
Sometimes ar busy times there is a long wait for the elevator and 2 elevators does not seem enough
Breakfast (not provided by hotel but the restaurant near the reception provides breakfast which is conveninent as it is in the hotel) was very disappointing. Fruits were stale and the breakfast buffet was very limited and overall not worth

Wonderful
Le Soleil Executive Hotel NYC is very well located, making it an excellent base for exploring Manhattan. Many key areas are within walking distance, and public transportation is easily accessible.
The reception team was consistently friendly and welcoming throughout the stay. A particularly nice touch was the hot chocolate available at reception, which was a great comfort, especially after long days out in the city.
The room was comfortable and well maintained; however, a bit more lighting would have improved the overall ambiance, especially in the evening. In addition, storage space was somewhat limited. There were not many hangers available for coats and dress shirts, which may be inconvenient for longer stays or business travelers.
Overall, a solid hotel with strong service and an outstanding location. With minor improvements to room lighting and storage, the experience would be even better.
