Get a room with The Empire building view and a higher floor—you won't regret it! The view is stunning!

The hotel’s location was very convenient. The staff was friendly and the room was very comfortable.

The property is in a great location and it is very well kept. Very clean and they offer hot tea or coffee and also water with infused fruit daily, they also had hot chocolate and a chocolate fountain with marshmallows!

Very pleasant hotel in an excellent location – close to the subway, Empire State Building, and tons of attractions within walking distance. Super friendly and helpful staff. Hot chocolate waiting at reception after sightseeing plus a cozy spot with a fireplace was a brilliant touch, especially during the Christmas season. Breakfast in the restaurant way above NYC standard – tablecloths, waiter service, everything tasty and high quality, though selection wasn't super extensive. Rooms spacious, spotless, and great amenities.
Sometimes had to wait a bit long for the elevator.

I like the location, the hotel is very clean, and the staff are truly amazing.
It is old hotel and the bathroom has a very bad smell. I couldn’t sleep because of it, and we couldn’t even eat in the room. This is my third stay here, and I’ve had the same problem every time.
