Wonderful
I loved the sophisticated decoration and all the small thoughtful details. For example, the free coffee in the morning at the entrance and the warm chocolate in the evenings when coming back from a long day in New York were such lovely touches. The chimney in the entrance made everything feel so cozy. The apartment was immaculate, super clean, and incredibly central. You can really walk everywhere, the location couldn’t be more perfect.
The room was smaller than I expected. Also, because it’s so central, even though the insulation is good, I still needed earplugs to sleep, you can hear a bit of traffic and police sirens at night since it’s located between two major avenues.

Very friendly staff, excellent location (close to Herald Sq. Station, Broadway, 5th Ave. shops, etc...), very good restaurants within the block and a specious room...
While the hotel was transmitting that it is keen to do anything to provide the best experience, my ongoing request for a good view was ignored. Only after changing the room after the first night, the view became reasonable (no real view but at least not just walls)...
