2 Years ago i visited with my friends. Breakfast was free. That was the one of reason we chose this hotel. This time breakfast was not included. We were dissappointed. Location was great.

The self-help kisok menu and billing pages was confusing, not laid out well, needed to have more detail instructions and did not list all items in the refrigerator.
The elevators were slow and at times when the call button was pushed went by our floor without stopping.
One day our room was not made up even though there was no "Do Not Disturb" sign handing from oo door handle.

Wonderful
Comfortable bed, clean room, exercise tools and access to larger fitness room. Cucumber mint water at checkin, plus luggage service for final day after checkout before our late flight. Helpful kind staff.
There was an open space under the desk that was likely where a small fridge used to be, but now just a hole... Quite unfortunate, to pay $450 a night and have no place to put our leftovers. A bit surprising.

I loved the central location. The room was ok in that they didn't give me one with a good view, but it was quiet, which was great. Also really liked the fitness center and cafe/patio area.
I thought it was a bit overpriced. I paid 1000 dollars for just a few days. Also, my room had mold in the shower. Finally, the rooms should have healthier sweeteners for the Keurig. I don't think Sweet N Low should be used anymore, despite the volume discount you likely get.

Wonderful
I loved the staff and how quiet the hotel was. I also enjoyed how close it was to everything. I also really appreciated that the doors locked to the main entrance at night. That felt very safe to me. This was my first time in New York and it was such a great location.
I didn't have anything I didn't necessarily like.

Awesome location.
I was given room 2104 and the air condition wasn't working, i called them , they came immediately, and still it i didn't. Later i requested a change of room and that was what worked for me. It was just unfortunate. Even the battery for LED lights was way dead, like it hasn't been changed within years.

Great location, nice clean room and comfortable bed.
Breakfast was very disappointing taste-wise and it was expensive. Watery, strange orange juice in a tiny cup. Watery bad coffee in a tiny cup. And watery oatmeal. The berries were good!

Wonderful
The beds and pillows are 5 star. Free drink and small cafe and terrace a plus. Good staff. And for Midtown, very quiet at night. Maybe because Manhattan is quiet in the summer. Walk-in shower a plus. I’ve stayed here several times. It is my current favorite.
Well it is expensive. Wish the gym had more weight training machines. But not enough room there.

It was a very nice hotel. Everything was clean and the room smelled fresh.
Just the overall size of the room. Although it was nice and cozy, it was a little tight/small.
