This property is in a centralized location with so many things within 1 mile walking distance: Madison Square Garden, Penn Station Times Square, Hudson yards… So many restaurants and bakeries and coffee shops as well! The property itself is well maintained and small enough so that you can come back to the hotel after a busy day and feel relaxed.
My only complaints would be that maybe the carpets in the room could’ve been cleaner, and it would be nice to be able to have queen size beds, instead of full-size beds.

Location is great. Good value for money
I could hear absolutely everything going on in the room next door....no details needed. Also, the mattress showed worn out at some degree. Not good for my back.
The bar had a limited wine selection, and they had run out of some spirits, as I could hear from other customers

Bartender Armando was real cool..wheb I first got there the check in lady was real nice as well as the one when checking out.
Being on the 18th floor with an unnervingly noisy elevator. Front desk wasn’t friendly other than the one that checked me in and the one that checked me out. Front door was more hidden than the pictures show and nothing like what the pictures show

The location of the hotel was great
The staff were completely clueless. They charged me for my stay basically the day before check in and then charged me AGAIN when I checked in and couldn’t help me at all on this issue.

The staff was incredible! Xavi/Esther/Shayla/Sheila. The housekeeper of our room 2108 was incredible! Location, Location, Location, superb! Breakfast was great as well.
Please indicate on the amenities that the appliance inside the room is a COOLER, not refrigerator. We lost all our food from the fine dining restaurants we had dined with, two nights. We brought this up to management, with nothing offered to do for our loss because we pre-paid thru a third party.

Room and the fitness facility! Rooms were clean and spacious. Fitness facility had everything you need to have a great workout.
The breakfast was very sad and the portions were so tiny. If we did not have breakfast vouchers, we would never eat there.
