If you want your NYC stay to be near Times Square, this is the perfect spot to be. But also very walkable to other areas.
The staff was really great as well. We needed extra towels and they brought some up very quickly. Amongst other quick services.

Location
The 39th floor was so hot. The hallways were like the heat was on. It’s was so horrible. Elevators took forever. Rooms way too small for an embassy suites.

Front desk staff was overall great as they resolved any problems we had, and they were courteous in doing so. I thought complimentary breakfasts was a nice touch, although shutting it down at 10 seemed too early. We are on vacation after all.
Room temperature was stuck on 68, which was sometimes a little warm for me. Front desk had it adjusted to 65, still too warm. For as much as rooms cost, I think the temperature should be adjustable.

Breakfast was exceptional. but the "restaurant" was small and limited menu. We did enjoy what we had. The staff was so helpful and courteous they exceeded expectations.
A real restaurant would be nice, but there are plenty others in the area. The ice machine on our floor did not work.

breakfast was crowded and not enough places to eat. the pictures on the website were not accurate. the manger fixed after having to argue with her for about 25 minutes but i was very disappointed about the initial lack of responsibility

Breakfast was excellent. The location was excellent.
It was very difficult to leave bags at the hotel after we checked out, even for a few hours.
Would have much preferred a room with two beds, but that was not available.
