The beds were comfortable, everything was very clean. The breakfast was great! Close to the main tourist attractions.

Location, nice view from our room, coffee and tea in the room, quiet room and comfortable bed.
The elevators. The lack of space at breakfast. The dinner at the downstairs restaurant was mediocre food that might as well have been self service.

Hotel not to standard nothing like video.we watched bar far to small and expensive
We could never get seat at breakfast as not enough tables for amount of people staying and you was squashed like sardines

Breakfast was good. Other than that, it was a janky hotel.
Hotel was just dirty, plates and trash all over the floors. Elevators were extremely slow because staff use them for housekeeping, trash etc (even though there is a working service elevator) Staff is incredibly rude. And it’s not really near Times Square

Location and breakfast. My room had a great view of city and Empire States Bldg
Slow Internet and cleanliness of the lobby and breakfast area particularly. Reception staff looked a bit stressed with work and didn’t find them very polite nor friendly. Also as a Hilton Honors member I expected complimentary water to the room.

The city adds fees so we were given a 30 dollar a day credit to be used at the bar/dining. We went to the bar and ordered 2 drinks. They were way too strong and the bill was $51for a manhatten and an old fashioned. Leaving me with a $21 bill plus the tip
