We liked the location by Times Square,also happy hour with free drinks and snacks was a good deal
Front desk staff were zombies which was understandable with all the people in the lobby.Also the room wasn't anything like the picture I saw on their website.Breakfast was ok nothing special and by the time I got there all the bagels were gone.Elevators were always too crowded and I took the stairs because it was to stressful.

Property is in a great location, but getting to the parking facility was an absolute nightmare . The staff was very helpful and supportive.
Most of the staff I spoke with did not comprehend and relayed my request correctly , hence , my reservations were cancelled twice, 95% of this mishap was from the third party booking site. But I was happy to know that the staff was able to rebook on the spot and got us settled . The shower was clogged with hair so the water was not going down , I had to do a clean before using the bathroom facilities. Apart from these issues, the visit was bearable.

Phenomenal location right in Midtown. Everything is within walking distance, easy proximity to train stations. Excellent rooms and common areas for its guests.

- Location was very convenient
- breakfast was very good. Manager (?) Jenny worked very hard. Cook for made to order eggs did a good job. Food variety was good.
- the free happy hour was welcoming. Drinks were good, food minimal
- property/rooms seemed clean and new
- doorman staff very courteous (most friendly and helpful of all staff)
- Major issue was room configuration. We reserved what we thought was a suite, with two separate sleeping and living areas (per the photo on website) there was a high partial divider to split up the room. In reality it was just one open room. Not what I consider a “suite”. When I booked it embassy suite did not update their website to reflect simple one room configuration
- Staff was mixed- some very friendly and efficient, others not so much. A few times had to wait for staff to finish their personal conversations with each other before they notice there is a line of people waiting to be helped
- requested a “crib” for one of the suites, emailed and talked to hotel before check in. Had to call the front desk to have one delivered after we checked in. Just does not seem to be totally together
- Food was mixed. The slider was good, the pizza is like cardboard, the wings like frozen tv dinner wings

The location was pretty good, though a little far from the theater where we were seeing a show (20-minute walk). The breakfast options were really good, and having open times for cocktail hour and later drinks was nice, too. Room was clean and modern. Close to Paris Baguette, which was a great place for coffee/sandwiches/salads.
Sofa bed had a VERY thin mattress, wasn't terribly comfortable. No chair in the room for the desk. Not exactly a suite - sofa bed was RIGHT next to the bed, so when it was unfolded there was barely room to walk through. Constant smell of pot smoke wafting in from the street in the lobby.

The food at the hotel was pretty good, and the view from my room was great. The staff who checked me in were excellent, and both bellhop/concierge staff members I interacted with were amazing, super friendly and helpful.
The floor in my room was dirty, and I ended up cleaning it myself. While the check‑in staff and bellhop/concierge team were fantastic, most of the other front desk staff seemed to have an attitude problem. The lines just to take the elevator to your room were also ridiculous. The onsite facilities team should really audit elevator usage to see if the flow can be improved, because the line often felt like waiting for a ride at a theme park.

I have called several times and gotten nowhere with the staff. The walls shook repeatedly during our whole trip. We were unable to sleep one wink. It sounded like someone was doing construction next door.

Location was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful.
The elevators had very long waits. The lobby area would have a line just to catch an elevator. I think the hotel was doing renovations which would explain all the luggage that was being kept in the front bar area which didn’t seem very secure.

The employees were good. Bed comfortable. A few blocks from Times Square and not as noisy as Times Square.
The hotel is under construction> So no business center right now, not a full restaurant, a lot of in-out traffic of couches , headboards, etc. Been to other Embassy Suites and the snack time was better. For not working to its fullest it should have been cheaper. The customers are not getting the full experience right now. It also needs more space for breakfast. And maybe it will when the construction is done.
