Convenient location - walking distance to lots of tourist attractions, complimentary evening drinks and snacks
No variety at breakfast buffett. Was initially billed at different rates for our 6 night stay, which was way above what was quoted when we booked via booking.com. After pointing this out to hotel manager, our invoice was amended saving us 450 US dollars.

The location is the only good thing
I booked and paid for a room for three people, but upon arrival the room was not properly prepared. There was only one bed available, and the sofa bed was neither opened nor set up. When I asked for assistance, I was told to open it myself, without any explanation. Only after repeated requests was it finally prepared, and in a very unprofessional manner, with staff even leaving a message asking for a tip.
The room itself is completely inadequate for three people. There is no space at all for luggage, and instead of offering a proper solution, the reception staff suggested that we leave our suitcases downstairs and go back and forth whenever needed. This is highly inconvenient and unacceptable for a hotel of this category.
Additionally, there is no wardrobe or proper storage space for clothing. Selling a room for three guests for multiple nights without even basic storage is misleading and far below expected standards. Just a very small closet!!!!
The breakfast area is also completely inadequate for the size of the hotel. It is far too small to accommodate guests (39 floors) resulting in constant overcrowding and the need to compete just to find a seat. The food selection never changes and the area is consistently dirty, which further reflects the poor level of organization and service!!!
Ah, only 3 elevators for 39 floors, most of the time used also by the staff! Good luck with your luggages

I have called several times and gotten nowhere with the staff. The walls shook repeatedly during our whole trip. We were unable to sleep one wink. It sounded like someone was doing construction next door.

Location was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful.
The elevators had very long waits. The lobby area would have a line just to catch an elevator. I think the hotel was doing renovations which would explain all the luggage that was being kept in the front bar area which didn’t seem very secure.
