Location! Room was clean, quiet, and a beautiful view of The Empire State Building. Staff was great as well.
Elevators were extremely slow and congested. Although the complimentary breakfast was substantial, it was very congested with little to no seating available. This is a large hotel with many rooms and the breakfast seating area was about a quarter of the size it should have been.

Love the friendly staff and the room it was perfect for my dad and I, with the sofa cama feels like 2 rooms in 1
The elevator waiting it was up to 15 min, not sure if the three of them were working but overall just that.

It’s convenient close to many subway lines and walking distance to many places in midtown.
Staff. The front staffs were very nice. But once you overstayed they are not happy until you are clear you will be paying which is the norm … but their default is to assume I don’t want to pay.
