Wait time for elevators. However, since we were in floor 9 we used the stairs to go down during peak times and it was a great workaround.

Location, nice view from our room, coffee and tea in the room, quiet room and comfortable bed.
The elevators. The lack of space at breakfast. The dinner at the downstairs restaurant was mediocre food that might as well have been self service.

Breakfast was good. Other than that, it was a janky hotel.
Hotel was just dirty, plates and trash all over the floors. Elevators were extremely slow because staff use them for housekeeping, trash etc (even though there is a working service elevator) Staff is incredibly rude. And it’s not really near Times Square

Location and breakfast. My room had a great view of city and Empire States Bldg
Slow Internet and cleanliness of the lobby and breakfast area particularly. Reception staff looked a bit stressed with work and didn’t find them very polite nor friendly. Also as a Hilton Honors member I expected complimentary water to the room.

The city adds fees so we were given a 30 dollar a day credit to be used at the bar/dining. We went to the bar and ordered 2 drinks. They were way too strong and the bill was $51for a manhatten and an old fashioned. Leaving me with a $21 bill plus the tip

I returned to the hotel because of the view of the Empire State Building from my room, which I had requested when booking. When I checked in, they said they couldn't and were rude to me. I won't be returning to this hotel.

Location! Room was clean, quiet, and a beautiful view of The Empire State Building. Staff was great as well.
Elevators were extremely slow and congested. Although the complimentary breakfast was substantial, it was very congested with little to no seating available. This is a large hotel with many rooms and the breakfast seating area was about a quarter of the size it should have been.

The Hotel is very nice and close to many stores.
I did not like your receptionists. Gossiping while I am standing there and I can hear them. Plus the person that checked me in walked away and had me standing there for a long time. Then when I checked out the lady was about to walk away and I had to call her back. There has to be a level.of professionalism with everyone, not just who you pick and choose you want to be professional with.
