We arrived at the hotel early and were allowed to leave our luggage, so we had time to walk around the city before checking in. the terrace was great and I really liked the view from it.

This facility doesn't really have a restaurant. Limited hours for bar and restaurant. Breakfast was a mess. It's really difficult to find tables and food is not always available.

The location was ideally located for shopping and sightseeing. The property offered breakfast with a variety offerings. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Very convenient location, easy for walking to attractions and subway. Room was immaculately clean. Staff were very friendly & accomdating
Our room wasn't ready, even though we arrived 1.5 hours after check in time. The booking was for 2 adults and 1 child, however the sofa bed wasn't made up, we had to ask them to do that.

Location for us was ideal and the view from our room was amazing. Staff very helpful, and there was always someone around if needed.
Although the breakfast offering was ok, it was utter carnage as it's a complete free for all in a room that is poorly laid out and simply not big enough for the size of the hotel (not the staffs fault at all) it was very much 'dog eat dog' to get a table!
Lifts were a bit chaotic around breakfast and dinner time and always stopped on the 21st floor, found out the call button didn't work and i'm guessing it stopped there just in case.
Despite the above, if we returned to NY we'd probably stay there again.

The Hotel is very nice and close to many stores.
I did not like your receptionists. Gossiping while I am standing there and I can hear them. Plus the person that checked me in walked away and had me standing there for a long time. Then when I checked out the lady was about to walk away and I had to call her back. There has to be a level.of professionalism with everyone, not just who you pick and choose you want to be professional with.

29th floor junior suite … was much bigger than average NYC rooms with the most incredible view .. bed was so comfy
