The best part was that the hotel room had a very nice view of the city. And the location was perfect, very close to Times Square, Broadway and 5th Avenue. The beds were comfortable. It was nice to get complimentary drinks and snacks. The bar and drinks were good. The pizza at the hotel restaurant is good. Good value for NYC.
The breakfast buffet was good but the variety was limited. There were no vegetables, and one day there was no bacon. However, you can get omelettes made for you which is good. The breakfast area is very small for a hotel as big as this one, and it lacked some cleanliness (the tables and floors were sticky). The room was clean, however some deep cleaning would be preferable.

Very central location
Firstly they couldn’t find the booking, We tried to checked in at 4pm was told it would be 20 minutes and then had to another half hour and then still ended up waiting over an hour to get our room, not able to get a drink as we didn’t know our room number not even offered a drink. Then because they couldn’t find the booking we couldn’t connect to the internet, no compensation of any sort
