It’s convenient close to many subway lines and walking distance to many places in midtown.
Staff. The front staffs were very nice. But once you overstayed they are not happy until you are clear you will be paying which is the norm … but their default is to assume I don’t want to pay.

No had no heating in our room It was a cold December stay complained and they still couldn’t fix it ended up with free standing heaters to help keep us warm after 2 days with no heating Had to keep asking for housekeeping we did want this daily No storage for your clothes it was a suite we had for 3 people there was only 2 of us

Needs some upgrade on mobiliaria and keep and eye on coffee supplies at room. Not an expert on heater but it keep on and off some times it got too cold
