No had no heating in our room
It was a cold December stay complained and they still couldn’t fix it ended up with free standing heaters to help keep us warm after 2 days with no heating
Had to keep asking for housekeeping we did want this daily
No storage for your clothes it was a suite we had for 3 people there was only 2 of us

Needs some upgrade on mobiliaria and keep and eye on coffee supplies at room. Not an expert on heater but it keep on and off some times it got too cold

Location: Excellent location - close to Bryant Park, Times Square, and Macy’s. Very convenient for sightseeing and walking around Manhattan.
Staff: Friendly, helpful, and very responsive. Staff genuinely tried to assist whenever needed.
View: Rooms on higher floors (31st–34th) with city view offer an amazing panorama. Waking up to a New York skyline view is truly enjoyable.
Breakfast: Very good complimentary breakfast. Tasty food with bakery items included, better than expected for a free breakfast.
Room size: Some city-view rooms are spacious, with enough room to walk around and store belongings comfortably.
Amenities: Room includes a safe, microwave, and fridge.
Heating: Heating works fast and warms up the room quickly, which was very important given how cold and windy it was outside. It’s a bit noisy, but overall effective.
Parking: Several parking options nearby. Pricing is reasonable for NYC, around $50–$60 per night even for an SUV, and parking is right across the street.
Pricing confusion: The pricing experience was confusing. This reservation was made at a very high rate compared to the rate offered upon arrival at the hotel. Make sure to calculate, double-check, or even confirm directly with the hotel to ensure you’re getting the best rate, otherwise you may end up overpaying.
Construction: Ongoing construction around the hotel makes the exterior look unattractive.
Elevators: Only three elevators, and they are almost always busy. You need to be patient, especially during peak hours.
Wardrobe location: Very unusual design - the wardrobe is located inside the bathroom. It’s small and inconvenient, especially if you have many clothes. You need access to the shower area just to use the wardrobe.
Bathroom door: Old-style heavy sliding door that moves poorly. It’s difficult to slide and doesn’t close properly, leaving visible gaps, which defeats the purpose of having a door.
Fridge: Barely works and doesn’t cool properly, making it hard to store food safely.
Price vs value: For a nightly rate of $500–$600, the hotel feels overpriced for what it offers, despite the great view.

The staff was polite and the cleanliness of the rooms were amazing.
I was assigned a room and walked into someone else being in the room. Had to go down to the desk and switch rooms. The security is horrible. The staff was good about the situation but once again very scary and disappointed.

Everything was excellent at the facility except for the breakfast which could have been better and not at the normal Embassy Suites quality level and the coffee was not good at all.

The property was very nice, the view from our room was breath taking.
We had to wait 3 hours past check in because the room wasn’t ready. Staff was rude and unhelpful. We pet a few things and have been calling almost daily and can not get any help the excuse always is “the housekeeping supervisor isn’t in or is unavailable. I am sure they kept our items.
