The elevator service was terrible. Sometimes it took 5-10 minutes to come and sometimes it didn’t work at all. With 40 floors (we stayed in the 20th), this is a non starter. The hotel should have been closed down while the elevators were in repair.
While the elevator was the main problem, breakfast was over crowded and not good.

Amazing location. Nice, clean and comfortable room with all needed amenities. Great breakfast. Access to rooftop from 9am to 9pm - nice thing to have for the guests who haven’t booked the room with a view.
Just to note - hotel is going through elevator modernization (2 out of 3 working), this was clearly communicated before the arrival. There might be a few min wait, but elevators are pretty fast, so it helps. Just take this into account if trying to catch a train, flight.. ;)

The room was spacious, with fully equipped kitchenette (microwave, fridge, freezer, cutlery, plates, washing up liquid, dishwasher, induction hob, desk, TV. Bathroom very nice. All clean, tidy, staff very friendly. The location was excellent, almost at Times Square, close to subway stations, but a bit further away from hustle-bustle of city centre. The view was the best bonus - The Empire State Building on a left and The Edge on a right side, I could watch this all night long.
1 lift was out of order, the waiting time was sometimes coming up to 10 minutes with long queues in front of the lifts.

Very well situated, close to subway. Comfy bed.
The day before we arrived, we got a message, that 1 elevator is out of order, slight delays should be expected. Transportation by elevator was a total mess, organization a total joke. Our room was at the 39th floor, we had to wait sometimes 20 minutes to catch an elevator. We were told that this situation will continue for 3 months. There are no restrooms in the lobby area. They tell you that there are 2 restrooms in the basement next to the fitness room. What surprise, both restrooms were out of service. They were not able to fix this within our 5 day stay. When we checked in, we got inforned, that they only provide housekeeping every other day, no prenotice! Unfortunately this did not happen, we had to ask for cleaning. Staff at reception desk is not very customer oriented. I would stay away from this hotel at least until they have fixed their elevator issue.

They use strong bleach for cleaning so the room smelled of bleach every time they cleaned

One lift broken so had to walk downstairs from floor 10 every day. The mattress was broken and wasn’t replaced when brought to the attention of staff.

Good location
The shower head was broken and improperly repaired with a worm clamp, the fridge door on the inside was broken and would fall off, the elevators took awhile because one was getting repaired so I had to use the stairs a lot from the 16th floor, overall I’m pretty disappointed in my stay and will most likely not be staying there again in the future. I’ve already discussed this with my employer and coworkers that it was not worth the time and money spent.

Security deposit at check-in was 1000 even though the booking confirmation said 250, which was a very unpleasant surprise. Luckily the deposit got returned quickly after the stay. Elevator maintenace led to long waiting times to get an elevator, the building had 40 floors so it was not an option to walk to the upper floors.

The location
The housekeeping was the bare minimum, we run out of toilet paper cause we were furnished with just 2 rolls for 6 days, if they come cleaning every 2 days they should have checked it out
We waited 10-20 minutes most of the time for the lifts
Breakfast was impossible to have due to the plenty of people in the building and the food wasn’t good
The gym was very poor furnished

The staff , especially Geo, Aliyah, Shawn, Tarik and Julie (on her first day). They were all so great and couldn't be more helpful. Above and beyond. Thank you all.

Great location for us
Well , the lift wasn't working as mentioned but if you're not in a rush then it's fine. Its not that long a wait and if on the lower floors just use the stairs. We stayed 5 days and it really wasn't that bad.
Just a personal thing, the breakfast was good and changed every day which was nice but I really didn't like the paper plates and cups and the palstic cutlery, all wrapped in plastic. Not for me. Over all well be back. Thanks guys!
