Location is excellent. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast is very good and covers whatever you can need. They offer an afternoon cheese and wine/beer (during weekdays) which was a good adittion to the hotel services. Staff was mostly very welcoming and friendly.
We arrived at about 10 am, we couldn't check in at that time (understandable) but we asked if we could pay for our stay, and they said yes. We paid (didnt give us a receipt, they said they would give it to us when we checked in around 3 pm). at 2.30 we checked in, and at 3.30 pm we hear a knock on the door, it was a front desk supervisor telling us they were 100 dollars short, that we should check our money (we did, we gave the correct amount, and the person at 10 am counted it and it was ok). She wouldn't let it go, they said there would be an "investigation"...clearly they were blaming us and not them, who aparently took 5 hours to realize there was money missing (who touched that money in all that time, we dont know). we had to wait until another supervisor arrived like 2 or 3 days later, to tell us we were "ok" and gave us a receipt.
I wouldnt know where to begin to tell you how mistreated we felt for something that it was clearly their mismanagement, and accusing us of not paying the full amount 5 hours after we paid. terrible customer service on that supervisor´s end.
Also, i would say the breakfast area is way too small for the amount of rooms they have. And the elevators (3) are also not enough.

Staff was very friendly and rooms were clean.
Although the location is central for NY attractions it was SUPER crowded. To catch an elevator you had to wait around 5 minutes and then shove your way in with 10 other people. Breakfast was also insanely busy no matter the time. Nothing against the hotel itself, I just think every tourist eve was staying at this hotel.

It was a good location, bonus having the breakfast and evening wine/beer in the lounge area. Breakfast did get very busy, could do with a third toaster to cope with the amount of guests. Great to have the kitchen facilities and a full size fridge was perfect. We found all the staff, except for a couple of the front of house staff to be helpful and pleasent.
We did have a problem with our booking as we had booked for 15 nights, but booking.com made it into two bookings which caused confusion at check-in and we had to check-out and check-in again during our stay.

The location is outstanding - a walk to Penn Station, the Port Authority bus terminal, local subway, bus. The room has plenty of space. The breakfast had plenty of choice and was good to eat. The little kitchenette is ideal for us. Comfy bed. Great view of the NY Times building and the night lights of the city. We loved it here and plan to stay here again
Air conditioner was noisy so I adjusted the settings to run the minimum time, so it turned out OK

The front desk staff were rude and not friendly, check out was at 12 but they were already asking me to leave the room by 11am. The room next to me was being repaired so there were noises throughout my stay. However, the breakfast and happy hour staff were amazing.

The hotel’s location was excellent, with very easy access to central areas. The rooms were clean, well-organized, and comfortable. The staff was generally friendly and helpful. It’s a very practical and convenient hotel, especially for short stays in New York.
The room could be considered a bit small, and there can be some noise from outside at times. Also, common areas may get crowded during peak hours. Other than that, we didn’t experience any major issues.

The thing I liked the most about this hotel was definitely the location. It’s very convenient, within walking distance of Times Square, subway stations, restaurants, and many of New York’s main attractions. For exploring the city, the location is excellent.
Unfortunately, my overall experience with the hotel itself was disappointing. The hotel feels extremely crowded, almost all the time. There were long waiting lines for the elevators, especially during peak hours, which became frustrating very quickly.
The breakfast was another weak point. It was exactly the same every day and the quality was quite poor, far below what I expected.
In summary, great location, but the hotel experience did not match it.

Great location. Near subways, train, and walking distance to Time Square. A lot of nearby restaurants. Amazing breakfast and room is clean and comfy.
