Convenient location to subway and family in the Heights
Stayed for a week. No where to put clothes! The room had a very small cabinet to hang a few things and also a safe that did not work. Called maintenance and they couldn’t fix it. Very very frustrating. Housekeeping was inconsistent. 2nd day beds made, but dirty towels not replaced. 3rd day they didn’t clean at all even though we hung the sign that said please make up the room. Spoke to manager and suggested that the owner could add hooks and a few shelves to provide necessary additional space for travelers. It could be a gem with some common sense attention.

Eric checked me in and was super helpful and efficient. Bonus as it was 10pm and I had a one year old with me. He was clearly and concise and made the check in effortless. I was pleased to see him at checked out also. And housekeeper Elizabeth was kind.
I will definitely stay again.
A vestibule by M101 bus which is handy and a minutes walk up Amsterdam.
There was thin black lines of mold on the shower cubicle ceiling in room 904 and in the crevices of the grouting which was a bit worrying.
