Good location, close to the subway, small room but had everything we needed. Since we were staying 6 days they gave us a fridge for the room too!
Staff was so kind and helpful and got us anything we needed and answered all questions and needs quickly. Above and beyond!

I was very nice , my significant other and I work at New York Presbyterian , so this location was perfect for us , definitely will stay again.

The staff were amazing , housekeeping prepared my room daily. Eric at the front desk is the very best he went above And beyond for me.as my husband was in the hospital he,, made sure that I got into the cab safety and that anything I requested restaurants directions and any questions that I had
All front desk staff were very good but Eric was a stand out .He deserves a accolades.
I didn't understand the heating system.

Modern, clean, thoughtful touches and close to amenities. It was ideal for my short stay helping to settle my daughter into accommodation nearby. The reception team were very friendly and helpful and the room was beautifully clean with a fabulous view of the New York skyline.
A small fridge might be useful.

The receptionist on February at the Desk when I got there at after 3 in the afternoon was very helpful and welcoming. Needed to book an extra day and he went the extra mile to help me do so.
