The staff is amazing, we had an amazing experience with Luis. Also, the room is clean although small. The hotel is very close to the subway station, which will take you to the midtown manhattan in 15’. The area is full of places to eat

Clean and functional albeit a bit smaller than I’m used to, but perfect for one person
My only issue was there was no fridge. But I called the desk and 10 minutes later I had one.

Clean. Good location for the event we attended. Staff nice. Toiletries and coffee in room.
The bathroom doors were totally impractical. Blocked the entrance to the room, difficult to manoeuvre and slammed loudly without any pressure. Room was tiny and the awkward positioning of the doors didn’t help. Walls are paper thin and rooms in close quarters so be prepared to hear every noise your neighbours make including their bathroom doors slamming. No fridge unless requested…not really something you think of asking for when you’re planning a trip.
