Location fantastic. Room larger than usual in NYC. Staff very helpful especially Lance.
Allowed early check in as room was ready.
Steamer rather than iron.
There were 4 of us but only 2 bottles of water each day. Snacks not topped up.
Sockets not near mirror for drying hair.
Little unpacking space.

The location was perfect, close to the UN and to main attractions. The staff were all kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean.

Disappointing
The room was big. The hotel is located near a major metro station.
We booked 2 rooms, 4 months in advance, and despite this they were not located next to each other. We receive the room after 3pm. One room facing an interior area adjacent to an active office, the curtain cannot be drawn to get some light and no privacy because the offices are really close. The second room facing the street with a view that is actually an office. The hotel charged us $290 on our credit card after we checked out. The hotel did not inform us that it intended to charge us. After we saw the charge at the bank, we contacted the hotel, they said it was a mistake and that they would refund us. It turned out that they charged us $200 for deposit + $290 by mistake. Pay attention to their charges. We recommend the hotel will puts water in the lobby, to add more the 2-3 glasses. We had high expectations of the hotel and were very disappointed. We will not recommend the hotel.

Our room was clean, modern, quiet. That’s difficult to say in Manhattan when you’re on a busy street.
Lots of construction around, but you can can’t control that. It’s all over the city.
