great staff, I was contacted in advance before check out and the hotel arranged a taxi to the airport for me and also offered a late check out. All communication was initiated by the hotel through the messaging system, which was very convenient and made the whole process smooth and pleasant.
Breakfast was very limited. There was only one fixed menu with almost no options, and I was expecting a buffet breakfast for the price I paid. I was especially disappointed that on Thanksgiving Day the chef did not arrive, so the prepaid breakfast was cancelled and I had to go out and find food elsewhere. The bathroom was also not very comfortable. The shower entrance is very narrow because the toilet is installed too close to it. The water pressure in the shower was low and there was no hand shower, which made it less convenient and pleasant to use. Overall, these issues affected my stay and I would expect better from a hotel at this level.
