Location a short walk to Grand Central Station so easy for transportation purposes. Staff were extremely warm and helpful, and very accommodating. Benjamin Steakhouse inside is very good and was great for breakfast. Room was large, and I liked that they had a complimentary snack assortment.

The rooms and bathrooms were beautiful! Well appointed and looks exactly like the pictures .
Room service was just ok but you can always ubereats. Also the TVs don’t cast or connect to streaming apps. That’s was disappointing. Alos housekeeping would enter without knocking on multiple occasions.

The room, location, staff, lobby were all wonderful! We arrived early and were able to get into our room, which was a nice surprise. At the end of our stay, they gladly stored our luggage so we could continue our NYC adventure. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We stayed in the queen room with the balcony - - the balcony is quite large and certainly unexpected in NYC. Would be more enjoyable in the spring, summer, or fall (vs. December). Lots of windows in the room.
Enjoyed everything. Staff & location. Central to Times Square, Rockefeller Plaza, St. Patrick's.

We were able to check in early which helped us prepare for exploring NYC right away. The staff are extremely attentive and Matt, the Manager, picked up my call after our stay and sent an item that I forgot at the hotel back to me immediately. The close proximity to Grand Central Terminal is so helpful.
Next time I plan to get a room with a view of NYC! We had a view of an alley and no view of the sky. Since we were in the room for so little time, this shortcoming was not relevant for our short stary.

The decoration was nice
The hotel is very small. I was alone, but I could not move freely in the room at all. The shower water pressure is very weak, even weaker than on an airplane. Taking a shower is very difficult. The heating system in the bathroom is either extremely hot or extremely cold. There is no comfortable temperature. The air conditioning system is automatic and keeps turning off. You have to move around the room for it to work again. (Imagine this happening while you are sleeping). They do not provide basic items like cotton, a toothbrush, or even slippers. The hotel smells like steak from the restaurant. The location is far from everything, except Grand Central Station. There is no service to help with luggage.

Nice small hotel in an excellent location, just next to Grand Central Station. Nice and clean room, comfortable bed. Staff was great.
Shower could have had a bit ore pressure. Chair is not very comfortable if you have to work for any extended period from the room.

Shower pressure was low. Rooms were stocked with bare minimum amenities considering cost per night and size of room. Pillows hurt my neck.
