The hotel is beautiful and in an amazing location. Great hub for exploring the city, just outside the Times Square area, with a quick subway ride to Times Square and other popular areas. Rooms are large and updated. Enough room for a mother/daughter to unpack without being on top of each other. The bed was very comfortable. great four nights of sleep!
The shower could have been a bit cleaner. Steamers were provided rather than an iron/ironing board, which wasn't working.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious compared to many other hotels in New York. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, check-in and check-out were smooth, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations.

The location is *excellent*, next to Central Station The gym is ok coffee machine and kettle in room - which is good
It may just be me but: - the check-in staff was unhelpful - tried to charge me extra - the hotel had been acquired by a Spanish Group - Eurostars - the week before, and they were obviously undergoing training - the restaurant was tired and expensive; the food really *very* poor - the bed - and the pillows - were *way* too soft and I slept badly for five nights :( - the chair is too low to work at the desk (!! rookie error) - taps loose, difficult to use - towel rail also loose, so evident lack of maintenance (!)
