The rooms and bathrooms were beautiful! Well appointed and looks exactly like the pictures .
Room service was just ok but you can always ubereats. Also the TVs don’t cast or connect to streaming apps. That’s was disappointing. Alos housekeeping would enter without knocking on multiple occasions.

Room is large, well lit and modern for New York. Also in a great location, right by Grand Central station and the New York public library. The bellboys were very friendly.
TV was not smart so you couldn’t cast or watch streaming apps. Housekeeping would knock on the door every morning whilst sleeping and walked in the room once while I was in bed.

Location a short walk to Grand Central Station so easy for transportation purposes. Staff were extremely warm and helpful, and very accommodating. Benjamin Steakhouse inside is very good and was great for breakfast. Room was large, and I liked that they had a complimentary snack assortment.

Very kind personnel, they wanted to accommodate every need. Stylish interior, recently renovated , cosy rooms. Nice lobby. Refill of bottled water every day, free mini bar with snacks. They offered us a champagne on NYE. Very friendly vibes
We stayed in a room with interconnecting door and we could hear sometimes the voice/ conversations coming from next door.

The room, location, staff, lobby were all wonderful! We arrived early and were able to get into our room, which was a nice surprise. At the end of our stay, they gladly stored our luggage so we could continue our NYC adventure. Staff was friendly and helpful.
