This is a small but charming hotel. The staff is excellent, the room was gorgeous (alchemy suite) and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and has large marble bathroom.
The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to shopping and restaurants. The area is a little dark and quiet. The hotel is beautiful and updated.

Perfect hotel for our needs, we booked this whilst in New York and the hotel was beautiful both in the lobby and in our rooms. Bright airy rooms and really good size especially for central New York! The staff were so so nice, everyone we interacted with were so helpful! Ray was a legend and so were the reception staff who gave us some great recommendations. I go to New York a few times a year and this is the best hotel I’ve stayed in by far, I will only book this hotel moving forward! Thank you!

Location a short walk to Grand Central Station so easy for transportation purposes. Staff were extremely warm and helpful, and very accommodating. Benjamin Steakhouse inside is very good and was great for breakfast. Room was large, and I liked that they had a complimentary snack assortment.
