The location was good
I faced a very serious issue during my stay at the hotel. Upon returning to my room after a full day of business meetings, I discovered that my door had been locked without prior notice or authorization. My personal belongings—including my passport, bank card, and personal belongings — had been removed from my room and placed in the lobby. Most of my possessions were found inside the trash bags. This action was taken without my knowledge or consent, and it constitutes an egregious breach of privacy and safety. Although I've extended in advance my stay period and pre-paid for it.

The location is exceptional (just steps from Grand Central, the New York Public Library, Fifth Avenue…). The hotel is impeccably clean, modern, and beautifully designed. The beds are extremely comfortable, check-in was efficient, and the gym is impressively equipped. Despite being in the heart of Midtown, the property is quiet and offers excellent value. We stayed with a baby and a 10-year-old, and the accommodations worked seamlessly for our family.
The only small inconvenience was that the baby’s crib was placed in the other room instead of our suite, so we needed to wait a little while for it to be moved. With two rooms booked, it was an easy fix, and everything was smooth once it was adjusted.

I don’t recommend this hotel at all. Extremely unprofessional that made my trip a messy! Staff was lying that wouldn’t have a room available in the system while showing on booking.com. And infinity another things that I will describe when I have time.

Location is great. Right between Bryant Park and Grand Central, it's easy to get to a lot of places by foot. The bed was very comfortable and we liked that there was a small mini bar for beverages in the room (only one alcoholic drink, but a variety of others). Good coffee machine as well. Very friendly service.
If I had to think of one negative, the elevator is really small. But honestly that would be nitpicky. It's a really nice place.

Excellent Stay at The Chemist Club Hotel! Our stay at The Chemist Club Hotel was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch — the doorman, the gentleman who helped with our bags, and the manager were all so friendly and welcoming. The customer service was truly exceptional. Our room was very large, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The location couldn’t be better — close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. We will definitely always stay here whenever we’re in town!
