Hotel room and bathroom was so much larger than the average NYC hotel and very comfortable. Noise factor was non existent ! Staff was very courteous and friendly

Disappointing
1. The hotel design was very good. It looks very fresh comparing to majority of hotels in Manhattan within the same price range,
2. Gym was good. Towels and water, good equipment. I liked that.
3. Good steakhouse on the ground floor. Lobster soup and meat were mazing.
1. It was quite disappointing that besides there is enough staff in the hotel nobody helped us to get 4 heavy bags into the hotel and didn`t even open the door seeing us climbing up their very non-convenient steps. I`m not even talking about potential disabled guests - it`s literally impossible there.
2. Same thing next day there was a flower delivery in the morinng and nobody was capable to bring the flowers to our room. Summary: service is zero. You must do everything by yourself in this place.
3. And a cherry on the pie was that we had a special occasion and warned the staff the night before that we would need an iron. However the one that they brought us was broken and it took them ONE MORE HOUR to bring the new one knowing that we were late and need to leave their place. These people are fully disorganized
4. There was no window in our room. Or to be fair there was a window but it was blocked by the construction work equipment outside so there was no view and no sunlight coming in. And of course nobody warned us despite the room was not the cheapest one.
5. Staff in the hotel doesn`t know what customer service mean. They ask all the time do we like to stay at their place doing nothing to improve our stay when we need that.

The location was superb. The decor was beautiful and very comfortable.
The staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful. The porter even took our bags to the station and put us on the train for the airport. So helpful about shoes and recommendation’s for activities.

Amazing location, 2min from Grand central and 5-10min to Bryant park and Times square. The room was big enough, had a spacious closet, coffee machine and everything you need. The staff was also amazing, our room was cleaned every day and receptionists were really helpful and kind.
The only thing that was bothering us a bit was the water pressure in the shower, it was really weak.

Great location near Grand Central Station. We came from Connecticut. Breakfast was very generous.
Receptionist at breakfast didn't let us in until we got the breakfast voucher at the front desk. We had make reservations through Booking and hadn't received the voucher at check-in.

The staff is absolutely incredible. Super nice and kind. Almost forgot I was in NY. :) the bed is so comfortable. They offer complimentary water bottles and coffee and tea. Room was always cleaned promptly.
The views. None almost. Just the building across. No shower area for if you check out and have a full day to spend before catching a flight. Had to pay extra for 3 extra hours (late checkout).

The service was great, they went above and beyond in everything, in particular the staff during the evening/night shift. Always with a big nice smile on their faces, location was great very close to the most famous attractions plus we felt very safe and secure walking around at this location. The bar next door has great food and drinks , and the restaurant (Benjamin Steakhouse) one of our favorites in NY this place was the main reason why we stayed at the Chemistry Club Hotel. But after our third time in NY, this has been our favorite hotel.
No microwave available in the room, but the night shift staff at the hotel, helped to warm up our food, they were very nice and patient.
