Wonderful
The hotel's location was very convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and many of New York City's main attractions. It was a great location for exploring Manhattan and getting around the city.
The room was comfortable and provided a nice place to relax after a long day of sightseeing.
I did not have breakfast at the hotel, so I cannot comment on the breakfast experience.
There wasn't anything in particular that I disliked about my stay. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and was satisfied with the hotel.

the hotel had been recently renovated and was immaculate. The room was bigger than expected. We stayed in a room on the top floor that was super quiet. We heard nothing from outside the hotel. The staff were all very friendly and professional. The location was perfect for a holiday trip.
The bed was a little soft for me. I was expecting the room TV to support apps including Netflix and Disney+, but it didn't. Happily, there were HDMI ports available on the TV, so i was able to hook up my phone to watch Netflix.

Room was clean and nicely decorated. Good breakfast and very nice waiters.
I had booked a deluxe room with “ seating area and city view”. The “ seating area” was just a desk chair and the “city view” was an interior room which looked directly into a conference room about 30 feet away. Was told that the desk chair was what the seating area consisted of. After complaining, I was moved to another room of the same size which is relatively small, but with a second chair. It faced 41st street, the view was of a tall office building about 150 feet away. Fairly dark and unable to see sky or anything other than the office building.

Location fantastic - round the corner from Grand central Station so easy to access Times Square and theatre district, the subway and a do-able walk to Central Park.
Room quiet. All amenities needed available in the room. Staff friendly and helpful.
