The location. 1block from subways and plenty of restaurants and things to do. Easy walking distance to Central Park and museums.
The room was in rough shape and the carpets were really gross. Overall though still not too bad. Location best out the other issues.

The bathtub had rust in ceramic, the air conditioner didn't have a properly working filter and the first room they gave us didn't have a working commode so they sent us to second room that had the issues mentioned

I love the hotel location,clean room, accessible to the #1,2,3 trains which is a walking distance. This is my third time in this hotel, I was welcome back the clerk.
My room was a little cold, but thanks for the warm blanket on my bed.

It's in a terrific section of NYC's UWS, close to all transportation, with lots of shops and places to eat. Hotel was old but better than expected.

i lost the airpods pro in the room. i never taken while in the street. Housekeeping entered in my room. it was stolen.

It was over priced very old. No hot water. It took an hour for the staff to plunge the tub bc it wasn't draining. Tape over the outlets. The air-conditioning unit was duck taped to the window and sounded like it was dying, very noisy.

Location was the only positive.
Staff was very unhelpful and unfriendly. Hotel was dirty. Only got maid service once in 4 nights. Common areas were dirty. Room is small and doesnt even have a fridge or microwave. If we could have got a refund we would have left.
