The location
For the amount of money I paid for the room you would think I would have heat and air. It was 80 degree in the room and when they sent up the guy to look at it he told us to open a window. Who pays that much for a room and has to open a window to cool the room off. We had to leave the window open the whole stay. Paid way too much to stay in a at best 2 star room

Booking.com says we can give cash at the location but its false, they dont accept cash, we had to wait for an hour to for them to get cash.
Also they collected security deposit which did not returned back yet.

DO NOT STAY HERE. This hotel double charged me for the room and refuses to respond to me or my bank.

Room was way too hot and we were told to open the windows. In NY that is not a great option due to the noise.
After second day we had very low water pressure for showering.

Thee location was perfect, we had an exceptional view of the red steps in Times Square. The beds were next level, every time I laid my head down, I would wake up an hour later! The access to plugs next to the beds were perfect.
There was nothing we didn't like, check in was easy, check out was easier. They had their own card service that you could hire for transport to the airport at the end of your stay. All staff were very welcoming and they even had a luggage storage room for occasions where your flight was later in the day but check out was 11am.
