Very good location and business environment.
The location was the biggest plus, but staff were very nice as well.
Good for business trip or short stay in the city. The bar was closed during the evening which was a big minus.

The hotel is really great, I read a lot of negative comments that made me hesitate to book, but our experience was only positive.... To begin with, we landed very early and arrived at the hotel around 7, 8 am, we were greeted by a very kind guy at the reception (unfortunately, I can't remember his name) who found for us a room right in the morning and instructed us about everything. Let me say once again that the boy was extremely patient, helpful and kind. As for the hotel itself, I think that everything has been renovated, so those comments where it is written that everything is old and needs renovation, it cannot be done all at once, but I honestly think that everything is more than correct.
the only thing we didn't like was the breakfast, more precisely the "restaurant", which is actually not a restaurant but, for example, a cafe that has a small offer for breakfast. Namely, we went somewhere around 11 in the morning for breakfast, but in the end we took some sandwich croissants in a takeaway box and coffee in a takeaway cup (not by our choice, but because that's how it's served) and all of that cost more than if we sat down and ate somewhere in the city. And I must mention that the staff working there (three or four of them) are absolutely not interested in anything. That is our only complaint, that you really miss the feeling that there is a restaurant for breakfast, coffee or something similar, because this is not it. By the way, the place is very nice.

The room was extremely HOT! Maintenance came could not open window. turned off heat and the room was still sweltering. No soap, no glass in bathroom to rince after brushing and only three tissues in tissue box.

Brand new and squeaky clean. Room wasn’t huge, but decently sized for Manhattan and had a nice city view. Beds were very comfortable. Appreciated that there were 2 queen beds rather than full sized beds. Elevators were quick and efficient. We never had to wait.

Very nice, beautifully decorated for the holidays, location great for sight-seeing. (Easy walk to Times Square, Central Park, Rock Center, theaters, subway, etc.) Front desk staff exceptionally pleasant and security staff super helpful in pointing you in the right direction. Perfect December stay in Midtown! ♥️
If you are coming in the winter and don’t know about old NYC boiler buildings —bring shorts to sleep in. You cannot control the heat and that’s just the way it is. The coffee counter in the lobby was awful. Different person working every day and never got our simple coffee order (3 oat milk lattes; 2 iced, one hot) correct a single time. So, manage your expectations there.

The whole experience of the whole trip was better than I could ever imagine. Getting to the hotel was a breeze. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. When we got to our room.. I couldn't believe how beautiful the room itself was. The room had such spacious areas, windows big enough to see the surrounding city. It was honestly breathtaking. I could write a whole separate post about the bathroom. It was honestly top 5 best hotel bathrooms I've ever got to use during a stay. I HIGHLY will recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Everything was really great - especially the customer service. We got our room upgraded to something better for our family and that was awesome. We also LOVED how clean and updated the hotel was.
Everything was really great - especially the customer service. The only thing missing was water - in the mornings - coffee/tea was serves but no water - in the evenings - just water but it would be gone when we got back around midnight. It would be awesome to have had water 24/7 and a tea option at night after a chilly day walking.
