Location was ok hotel staff was horrible
I arrived at the hotel at 9 PM, but there was no staff available to assist with my luggage. When I inquired, I was informed that they were on a break. After checking into the hotel, I requested room cleaning for 11 AM the next day. When I returned to the hotel at 11 PM, the room had not been cleaned. The following day, I made the same request, but only old towels were left in the bathroom. Complained to front desk they said A manager will call you, Manager called and Said Director will call you and no one did. they dont care at all.
