Location is ideal, especially for Times Square and Broadway. The rooms are a good size, especially compared to other properties in a similar price range.
Views of Times Square from our room were as advertised.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Location was fantastic to get to any place within Manhattan, walking distance to many of the must see and to the metro to reach the ones far away.
Room was not ready at check-in time. We checked in at the expected time (3.00 pm) and had to wait 40 minutes for the room to be ready after a long flight. Very dissapointing.

How crowded the elevators were. Often had to wait one of two times to get on the elevator to get down to the lobby.

Very clean and fresh. Modern rooms and lots of space! Plenty of room to set out suitcases or unpack cloths. Usbc and usb sockets in rooms. Walk in shower and lots of light coming in through windows
Reception staff generally unpleasant and sharp. All other staff really nice (door staff, luggage room staff, cleaners all lovely)
