Great room, very spacious, good view, location is dead center times square, your close to everything, great gym too
No food or drink facilities onsite, not even a vending machine from what i could see, was told at check in some reason why it wasn't available but wasn't really that clear to me, however you have the world at your fingertips outside, but that being said, i paid a lot of money to stay here and i would have expected at least a bar i could sit down at or breakfast in the morning, not the end of the world but just being honest, some hotels have a bit of life to them, this was very much check in / check out building experience, no spark to the place, not yet anyway, maybe they have lots of work going on still, now be aware, no matter what hotel your staying in times square, expect noise, if your noise sensitive for sleeping, bring headphones or stay somewhere else in the city, doesn't matter what hotel you in, its a trade off for the location,

IM not sure i could find much fault. the restaurant wasn't open yet, so maybe a internal food option would have been great.

Fantastic hotel, so central and the staff were lovely.
The restaurant was being refurbished so no breakfast in the morning or bar in the evening.
