The rooms are newly renovated and modern which is not common for NYC hotels of the similar range, very clean, staff is friendly and helpful. We have been upgraded to the room with the view. Cafe with light breakfast options on 1st floor is also very convenient especially when traveling with kids. If you are ok with staying at the heart of Times sq this hotel ticks all the boxes

Breakfast included,it was very bad,you get to chose only 1 drink and one sandwich,the options were way too limited and of very ordinary taste,better breakfast for price and value were available in juniors just across the street,they need to improve the system of breakfast

Great location, great room, all clean and comfortable.
Very simple and miserable break fast. Not even a capuccino was included. For sure doesn't worth to pay for it. They also didn't have option for 2 single people together.
