The property itself is beautiful very clean and new feeling in a great location. The gym is also massive and extremely well equipped. The service at the bar was amazing and the room was cleaned and bed changed daily which was amazing. Would definitely stay here again

Location was great. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Was unaware the deposit was $150 per night per room. As we had 2 rooms for 4 nights a $1200 deposit was unexpected. It was fine for us but for others having that much held on a card might be burdensome. We went at christmas time so room prices were crazy high. That pretty much goes for every hotel in that area.

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Times Square and close to everything. The views of Times Square from the room were amazing, and the snowfall during our stay made it even more special and beautiful. The room was comfortable and quiet considering the area, and the bed was very comfortable.
The room felt a bit small, especially with luggage. Elevators could get crowded during peak hours, which sometimes meant short waits. Nothing major, but worth noting.
