The room was really big, clean and the bed was comfy. Great location too being very close to Times Square.
The hotel and stay was brilliant, the one thing I thought they could improve which would be easy, is coffee available in the room.

We were blown away when we arrived! The lobby and restaurant/bar were awesome. Very nice. And our room was fabulous! Very friendly service as well. And you can’t beat the location. Close to subway, walkable to everywhere.

Located in the heart of Times Square, this Hyatt Regency is a superb hotel! The lobby and public spaces are beautiful as are the rooms, which are more spacious than many Manhattan hotels. All of the staff were gracious an d helpful! We loved our stay and will return.

The hotel is located in the best place ever. You can go wherever you want, subway is on hand, walking distance amenities… and rooms quite comfortable, bed was great, and stuff very nice.
It would be great to have the option of buffet breakfast.

Location: 10/10 no one can say otherwise!
Service: 9/10 very nice and helpful receptionists.
Cleanliness: 7/10 the furniture is very new and modern. The bed and pillows are amazing.
However, upon check-in I still noticed some leftover hair near the toilet and sink. Should never happen in this hotel!
My next visit will be there, location is the most important for me.
Room is cold, you cant heat it up as much as you would like. But you only feel cold after shower.
