Good location, clean, lovely room.
Overall the stay was good, however I found one of your staff members extremely rude on reception. As I was checking in with my baby, my husband was at standing at the side with my other son, who was upset and crying and wanted to come out of his stroller. The female receptionist went to my male receptionist, ‘why are kids so loud, that child is very loud’. I said to the female receptionist that is my child that you are saying loud. The female receptionist said this very loudly and easily in ear shot of me. I find that extremely rude and how dare you speak about my child like that. The female receptionist tried to say they were not talking about my child and talking about another customer, which is completely false. She tried to make it up by going and talking to my child and making a fuss of him but the damage is done. We will not be staying here again. I feel the front of house team need educating on customer service!

Hotel is kinda like on top end of times square.- if you get unlucky like us you get a room booked with times square view from which you can only see times square if you press face to window and look right
The staff at check in was super unfriendly, didnt even manage to explain that an extra fee of 150$ at night is something that is paid back at the end of the stay usually. Hotel is also being renovated at the moment which is not a great impact on your stay but worth mentioning. Hotel room was on 38th floor but you can still hear the times square noises (music cars etc) just fyi

Property has no parking service. There is no even standing service to drop a person. The Hotel parking was closed.

We had a corner room on the 35th floor with amazing views of Times Square and the Hudson.
