Location: 10/10 no one can say otherwise!
Service: 9/10 very nice and helpful receptionists.
Cleanliness: 7/10 the furniture is very new and modern. The bed and pillows are amazing.
However, upon check-in I still noticed some leftover hair near the toilet and sink. Should never happen in this hotel!
My next visit will be there, location is the most important for me.
Room is cold, you cant heat it up as much as you would like. But you only feel cold after shower.

The hotel room was great. Very large, and well priced especially if you are splitting with friends/family. The room and bathroom were very clean. Super comfortable beds and the view was amazing! We got the queen bed room, with a view of times square and it was well worth the money. The staff was also very nice and accommodating. They let us check in super early (we were staying the night of the snow storm) and gave us a late check out, the staff was very friendly too. Thank you!

The room as well as the location were absolutely fantastic.
I wish that a breakfast (continental style) was offered . Also, a microwave and coffee maker were included in the room.

We absolutely loved our short stay at the Hyatt Regency Time Square. The hotel was clean, high end, and the rooms were spacious. Incredible price for the room we got. We will definitely book here again.
