Rooms were clean, functional and heating/air conditioning worked well. Jose was awesome.
Rooms are a little small, and adjacent rooms transmitted a bit of noise. Also it isn’t the nicest city block. but hey it’s nyc.

Place is very central
Room was filthy found food under counters and the drain was clogged with hair place felt dirty. Ask for ear plugs we stayed in Times Square and it wasn’t as noisy as here. You ca hear threw the walls I might as well been watching tv with the people next door

My room was comfortable and modern. The bed was fantastic, and the bathroom had a clean, updated design that made the stay feel a bit more luxurious. The location is excellent an easy walk to Times Square and many surrounding attractions, and very convenient to reach the furthest parts of the city using public transport. Lots of restaurants nearby.
Honestly, nothing major stood out that I did not like. My stay was smooth and comfortable. Everything met my expectations for a hotel in this price range. There wasn’t anything that really needed improvement during my visit.
