Location had easy access to the train station and some decent food options around. Hotel staff was very nice, and bed was pretty comfortable.
Rooms felt suitable for one person, but a bit cramped for 2. The hotel is a bit too expensive considering the amenities on property. There's a good bit of homeless people hanging outside. They won't bother you, but it's something to be aware of.

Fantastic location which was close to everything including Penn Station, Port Authority and Times Square. The room was beautiful and the bathroom was very nice. The beds were extremely comfortable. I’d happily stay here again.
The toilet in our room would run and the “handle” had to be regularly jiggled. Otherwise wonderful.

The hotel is almost in dead center of Manhanttan, very close to Pen Station NY so you can go almost anywhere. Staff is good and very helping. We had a bad experience from another hotel in Jersey but Crown Plaza staff was very helpful. I would stay here again

Disappointing
The room is very comfortable, but too bright during the day.
The staff were not very welcomed. They were polite and in few words and that's it. But what disturbed my peace was the cleaner, very invasive. I had finished shower and suddenly she was inside my bedroom, saw me naked, didn't say ''I'm sorry'' and turned around and left, no, she was still in the bedroom questioning about the reminder i put at the door to DON'T DISTURB. And the next morning I asked her to change towels, she came in without be invited or allowed and not even said ''excuse me''. Very invasive, very curious, very disrespectful. Cleaner of 8th floor to be more specific.

Nice friendly, clean hotel in hand central manhattan location.
Well stocked bar with good food choices & a little snug area off the bar area for kids to play games etc.
