The location was amazing for the price! Very close to Times Square, many stores, and restaurants.
There was always a row of people outside smoking marijuana which is not preferable when you are not a smoker yourself. The beds were also very uncomfortable and it took forever to get an elevator going down when you were on the upper floors.

The location of the hotel near Penn Station and Times Square is ideal for NYC.
The shower door didn't close in our room. We asked the person at the desk our first morning to have it repaired. He said he would get it fixed. It was not repaired. We again asked the person at the desk our second morning to fix the shower door. She said she would get it fixed. It was not repaired. So the front desk people smile and say yes, but they don't get the job done to the client's satisfaction.
