Spacious rooms, good bar area to sit and relax with friends and location was excellent.
Disappointed that I had to call security early hours of the morning of our last night concerned about the safety of a female in a room nearby room due to doors banging lots of yelling and a female sounding quite distressed.
The previous night we experienced doors banging constantly during the night but chose not to mention this as we thought it might just be a one off.
I was informed when checking out that security did go up to level 11 and asked them to quieten it down apparently there was a party going on. It sure didn’t sound like a party to us and if anything I felt a little frightened. The fact on checking out I had to ask if everything was okay, I believe staff could have been the 1st to have mentioned the outcome following my call to them in the early hours. My main concern wasn’t about us but in fact the very distressed sounds we could hear from a female which worried me the most. Just felt something could have been said on our departure and not for us to have to bring it up.
That said our first three nights were as quiet as could be however the last couple unfortunately were not the case.

The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location.
The rooms should have been renovated a long time ago.
There was a large AC unit under our window that constantly generated a terrible noise.
The AC in the room, when turned on, produced a terrible smell.
The hotel has 33 floors and only 3 lifts. Sometimes, you had to wait 5–6 minutes for the lift.

Excellent location . Close to everything. Very convenient. Excellent water pressure and temperature. No running out of hot water. Rooms cleaned daily with adequate towels . Ian was awesome in helping us with our bags and getting around wrt directions and tips. He made the trip ! Fitness centre very good for its small size
Very limited and insufficient supplies for breakfast internet was not consistent and all in our party were not able to be connected . Poor drainage in the bathtub wasn't addressed.
