This hotel is a complete disaster. The service is nice and that's where it ends. Dirty!!! There is peeling paint, dirty grout and silicones in the bathroom. Dirty water in which I was disgusted to bathe!!! Cracked tiles, dirty room, tables by the bed disgusting. The bed headboards has dirty marks.Breakfast - anyone who called it that probably never ate breakfast. I do not recommend

Elevator often didnt work. Had to stand in line for elevator. Booking listed we would have water in room. Hotel did not supply. It was interesting high 90s. Musty smell in room.

I liked it
I would say for the staff to be more up to date on information surrounding the property. NY traffic is very strenuous. I chose valet through the hotel on my day of departure valet could not collect my car because of a parade in the area. So my daughter & I had to carry all of her bags a few blocks to the parking garage

Close to Bryant Park and Subway. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable
Elevators were very very slow and at one times had to wait up to 15-20min to get an elevator. I had to walk the stairs down from the 11th floor because it was taking too long for an elevator to come. This hotel is WAY overpriced for a Courtyard.

Only the location of the property was good, nothing else.
The property was extremely pricey, the rooms were bad, bathroom door was about to fall off, the night staff was very rude and the service was below par. On the first day they didn't even clean our room even though we requested and 3rd day onwards our shower gel ran out and they didn't refill even after requesting. All and all I would have been better off living somewhere else at the price I was paying for this courtyard. But the silver lining in this property was Paul, he was the most helpful, courteous and friendly staff.
