The hotel's location is perfect. The main attractions are easily and quickly accessible on foot or by metro. There are many lines nearby.
The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Of the three elevators, sometimes only one was working, and even that one was extremely slow. We often chose to take the stairs instead.
The breakfast was simply awful and is by far the hotel's biggest weakness. There was very little choice, and almost everything on offer was unhealthy, ultra-processed food. On some days, the only options were a few sweet pastries and nothing else. There were never any vegetables, and fruit was limited to the occasional banana. Avoid to pay for it and eat out instead.

The property had a smell & my hotel room smelled sour.. I think it was the shower curtain. Also the A/C do not work. I had it on 60 & it was hot

The location is fantastic. Walking distance from Times Square
Horrible rude staff
No towels
Cleaning staff didnt touch our room in 4 days
Elevators didnt work leaving people stuck for hours
Poor communication from hotel staff left our car stuck inside the parking lot because they didnt tell us a parade would block our exit for the whole day

Disappointing
Location was excellent, and the staff were helpful and friendly.
The plumbing in our room was faulty, and at one point dirty water started to stream up through the drain and into the sink. The staff addressed it the next day, but it was very challenging to not have a sink until then. The fact that there was only 1 elevator working also was a challenge, as it sometimes meant waiting a long time to get to your room.

The ac was terrible..barely got cold and we had it on the lowest setting and it was barely comfortable. The toilet was filthy. The window was broken..wouldn't close after it was opened

Clean hotel in a great central location
Only 2 out of 3 lifts were working as the 3rd was being serviced.
This caused a lot of queuing to go up/down to room.
Although there was signs up explaining the situation there didn't seem to be any contractors actually working on the issue which persisted for the week we stayed

The location is great . Right in the center of time square . It’s located near most tourist attractions. 10 mins walk from the Empire State Building . Subway trains everywhere if you are trying to visit further out the New York City . And the best part of your room is available they will let you check in early . You can also leave your bags with them if your room is not available. During check out you can leave your luggage with them too before your travels if you still want to explore the city . Very great location worth every penny .

I love that it was close to Time Square, Bryant Park and 5th Ave. The staff was very nice. Gray was exceptional, he is a great conversationalist and very attentive. He not only gave us a room with a great view, he also gave great recommendations. Paul was also very helpful when we needed a way to JFK. The rooms were large enough.
I cant think of anything at the moment.
