Little amenities no warm greeting or memorable feel cleaner did not change sheets just re straightened them quite noisy( from other guests not the streets of nyc)

Property was in a convenient location a few blocks away from time square. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
That they had no free continental breakfast, and that the parking garage was about 2 blocks over and it was $50 a day and you weren’t supposed to technically go in and out. You would have to keep checking in

The room was clean and comfortable. This was a reasonable value for the price.
This was the worst hotel breakfast I have ever had. That bar was already as low as it could go and they still managed to surprise me. I knew it wasnt going to be great, but I thought it would at least be edible and get us started for the morning. I paid $25 to have them microwave garbage. Why was the bun fused to the plate? Why were the eggs crunchy? Why did the oatmeal look like cat vomit? Why was it advertised as fruit when it was just bad cranberries in a cheap plastic ramekin? These are all questions I will never get the answer to, but somebody somewhere should feel some level of shame that I even have to ask these questions. I would not eat this breakfast even if it was free. This was clearly farmed out to the lowest bidder and it shows. We won't be back.

Lots of wear and tear on the room, faded, chipped wood, strange smell, shower head was broken. Environment on sidewalk right outside the hotel was rough at night.

My trip to New York was cut short do to airline/weather/TSA issues. We were planning on spending the day in NYC but had to take the first flight out at 5:30am. The staff was exceptional in helping us change our plans and get a taxi. So my time in the room was very short. We loved the location, within walking distance to the Broadway show we saw. The room was a good size and had great beds! The bathroom was nice. I just wish I could of spent more time there.
