The room was not that clean, old furniture.

The valet was only one parking , I parked behind. It went in and see the concierge. I told him he said that that’s great before they could retrieve it. It was in a loading zone and it go out a ticket for $117.

From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted with such warmth, the staff’s friendliness and attentiveness were wonderful. Our room was very comfortable. We just wished there had been a bit more coffee and water available, but that’s not a big deal at all. Everyone, including the housekeeping team we met in the hallway, was genuinely kind and always ready to help. Such lovely people all around! I’d definitely stay here again, it will always be my first choice. Thank you team.

Very nice hotel, very central near to Times Square and a subway station right outside, the staff were friendly and helpful. Easy walking to most of the sites near to and around Times Square.
The breakfast was a bit disapointing, we were hoping for a typical American buffet breakfast, but it was just a coffee and a choice of Bagel or a yogurt with granola and a muffin.

The location was very close to Times Square, the theatres if you want to see a broadway musical and subway stations. The staff was very nice and hospitable. Made us feel at home . Miguel was amazing as well as other front desk receptionist.

Pros: excellent location, valet parking was super easy, staff very helpful.
Cons: cleanliness of room/bathroom, plan on taking care of your own luggage.

Location is perfect for my purpose of trip.
Bed mattress was too soft. They allowed me to move new room with decent mattress
But when moving room, stuff dumped my items without notifying me. One item was recovered but three were trashed. It was disappointed.

Location was everything!!! It was next to an amazing burger place, Joes pizza, CVS, and Walgreens. It was also next to public transportation- both subway and busses! Walking distance from Bryan Park, Timesquare, etcliterally everything was walkable from our locations!

All hotel staff were helpful and friendly.
We had breakfast included in our stay, had to go every morning to reception and collect a voucher, very limited choice.
Very poor lighting in the hotel room and very old shower.
