Customer service was extremely poor. Took them over 5hrs and 4 phone calls full of back and forth just to get a play pen up in the room. Bedside outlets did not work. And the lady at the front desk Karen is extremely rude.

Location is excellent, near train and tourist spots. Also very safe area.
I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was not clean, and I found a cockroach as well as hair on the bathroom wall, which made the space feel unsanitary and uncomfortable.
On top of that, I paid for a queen bed, but the bed provided was clearly a full size. For the price I paid, I expected at least a clean room and the room type I booked. Instead, the stay felt extremely overpriced for such a basic and disappointing experience.
I would not recommend this hotel unless major improvements are made in cleanliness, accuracy of room descriptions, and overall guest experience.

Location is good if you’re trying to stay around time square area.
The entire building beside the lobby felt like there was high humidity it was a very uncomfortable feeling. Ac in room was set to 60 but I know for a fact it got nowhere near that temp.
