Room was by electrical closet and area / very loud. Elevators are slow and stairs dark. Room is sorta old not even a hairdryer or lotion or anything nice. Just very basic

Customer service was extremely poor. Took them over 5hrs and 4 phone calls full of back and forth just to get a play pen up in the room. Bedside outlets did not work. And the lady at the front desk Karen is extremely rude.
