Only the location of the property was good, nothing else.
The property was extremely pricey, the rooms were bad, bathroom door was about to fall off, the night staff was very rude and the service was below par. On the first day they didn't even clean our room even though we requested and 3rd day onwards our shower gel ran out and they didn't refill even after requesting. All and all I would have been better off living somewhere else at the price I was paying for this courtyard. But the silver lining in this property was Paul, he was the most helpful, courteous and friendly staff.

Was good location the street gets sketchy over night
the elevator was broken and I had to climb 19 flights of stairs (it was a real nightmare)

The facility needs a complete overall. Elevators were constantly out of order and water continuously leaking in the bathroom. Lastly, to make things worst, the level of hygiene in the room was completely disappointing.
The staff lacked attention to details. Emptying the trash can was the only job done by housekeeping. Elevators were out of order and people had to walk up all the way to their rooms but no assistance let alone attention was given by the staff. Furthermore, while the hotel is situated in a very convenient location, drug dealers were always gathering in the evening hours only a few steps away from the hotel but no staff were present at the hotel entrance all day.

Location 2 min by foot (really) from Times Square is fantastic.
Room was good, but dark, as the hotel is stuck between 2 other buildings.
Staff was nice.
Gym is good.
Cheese Omelette for breakfast was horrible.
Overall good value for 200 USD, including breakfast, if you get this deal I got. Which is a good price for this location in August.
Elevators were doing some funny things, and one broke down due to a storm, but apparently they are going to be renovated next year....
