the room was clean. Housekeeping did a good job replacing towels, coffee and cups. beds were made up nicely everyday.
only one Elevator was open which made waiting time very long. the bathroom door did not close at all which meant their was no privacy (the heavy sliding wood door seems to have fallen off the track)

Old rooms, carpet smelled and was stained. Would be a lovely hotel if they will renovate and offer a more modern feeling.

3 lifts for all floors 33 and one broken since Jan and one trapped and broken 15 year old boy ! Very distressing had to move from 9th floor to 4th floor midway stay so could use back door stairs

Larger room than most hotels in NYC that we’ve stayed in.
Elevators were frequently broken. There were only 3 elevators in all and one was down for maintenance. There were times all 3 were down.
