Great staff! Made me feel welcome and safe. Exceptional cleanliness! Room was perfect temperature and I loved having a fridge. Gave me extra coffee pods. I'll be back!

Wonderful
I loved the very welcoming experience I had walking in and being greeted every time they wished me a happy birthday and surprised me with a complimentary Wine bottle and card in my room. The beds were comfortable. Great view from our room. So close to everything Gran Central Time Square near tram stations to take you by the Freedom tower. Lots of Cafe's and dining places and Ice-skating rink nearby.
Although I was on the 19th floor it was a little noisy from the street. The restrooms were a little small the shower only had half of the glass door wish it had more privacy since I had to share the bathroom with parents.

The AC in our room did not work properly. Did not like the shower. Bed and pillows were not comfortable. Sheets kept coming off the bed.

Location was convenient to Broadway.
Rooms were bare bones.They weren't ready when we checked in. Air conditioning didn't work.Had to keep window open..very loud. Breakfast was mediocre.

The location was perfect, the hotel was stuffy and had a smell. The hallways and our room had a peculiar smell. When we arrived my 16 year old daughter noticed two spots of blood on the side of one of the beds white comforter. A staffed member came and replaced it right away and she was very nice and apologetic. The staff was amazing but that plus the old moldy smell was unpleasant.

The staff here are super helpful, efficient & friendly, making you feel welcome on arrival. Comfortable rooms, excellent location for access to everything Broadway related. We stay here on our annual family trip & will continue to do so.

Really central. Walk left from the hotel to the end of the street you are at time square. Walk right to the end of the street you are at Bryant Park the staff is very friendly.
We had a cockroach in our room. Took a while for them to come get it. To be fair they did offer us another room but we didn't have time to move as we were literally heading out to a concert in NJ . Gave us free breakfast to compensate but yeah that wasn't happening. Nobody answers messages or emails Sent a few questioning security room deposit as it still showed on my credit card 1 month later . Good luck getting a response.

The location near to everything which that a good credit for the hotel
The room was not that clean, old furniture.
Not good isolated room you can hear people in the room across you and the outside noise.
