The location was great, easy walk and access to a lot of places. The property itself was nicely removed from the noise and had everything we needed.
I didn’t like the lack of a water fountain and having to go into the gym to fill up on the lower level.

I loved the very welcoming experience I had walking in and being greeted every time they wished me a happy birthday and surprised me with a complimentary Wine bottle and card in my room. The beds were comfortable. Great view from our room. So close to everything Gran Central Time Square near tram stations to take you by the Freedom tower. Lots of Cafe's and dining places and Ice-skating rink nearby.
Although I was on the 19th floor it was a little noisy from the street. The restrooms were a little small the shower only had half of the glass door wish it had more privacy since I had to share the bathroom with parents.

the room was not cleaned properly. I found a dirty tissue under the table and also a used cotton swab in the bathroom. Staff wasn't courteous

We loved the location along with the extra helpful friendly staff. Staff was amazing! Room was clean!
We paid for breakfast & didn’t have time to eat most days. It was pricey. Wish they would have at least refunded the breakfast fees. Rooms were definitely pricey which could also hinder us staying again. We came for NYFW & I feel prices were more based on that. Wish it was a little more affordable for us that cannot afford these prices per night. We would have stayed longer if not for that.

Booked this hotel as a last-minute substitute for another hotel. Staff who greeted us were very friendly, helpful, polished and professional. Room was very clean with a decent view.
Mattress was horribly uncomfortable.
