The valet was only one parking , I parked behind. It went in and see the concierge. I told him he said that that’s great before they could retrieve it. It was in a loading zone and it go out a ticket for $117.

From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted with such warmth, the staff’s friendliness and attentiveness were wonderful. Our room was very comfortable. We just wished there had been a bit more coffee and water available, but that’s not a big deal at all. Everyone, including the housekeeping team we met in the hallway, was genuinely kind and always ready to help. Such lovely people all around! I’d definitely stay here again, it will always be my first choice. Thank you team.

The location was very close to Times Square, the theatres if you want to see a broadway musical and subway stations. The staff was very nice and hospitable. Made us feel at home . Miguel was amazing as well as other front desk receptionist.

Location is perfect for my purpose of trip.
Bed mattress was too soft. They allowed me to move new room with decent mattress
But when moving room, stuff dumped my items without notifying me. One item was recovered but three were trashed. It was disappointed.

Loved the location, the room size, and the comfort of the bed. The luggage concierge was very kind to explain how I can reach LaGuardia airport via subway and the QLink bus instead of spending $130 on Uber.
My door lock was broken so I notified the front desk on my second day of stay. There was hair underneath the sliding bathroom door. Also, I found a dental floss in the trash can in the bathroom.
For some reason google maps sent me to the back door of the hotel. An employee saw me outside wondering where the entrance was and unlocked the back door for me.
Refrigerator was leaking water.

Fantastic location, perfect home base- right by the Big Red Bus stop for both blue and red loops. Proximity to Bryant Park, perfectly lovely. Clean and quiet at night! But the best part was the staff- Miguel at front desk was so warm and welcoming, and made my birthday kid feel so special. Everyone was amazing and they all deserve raises.

Stay away, this rundown motel is managed by thugs and bullies, not professionals. Spend your valuable money somewhere else. NYC has plenty of great hotels.
I am writing to share the worst Marriott stay of my life. As a long-time Gold member, I trusted the brand for professionalism, but this property proved the opposite. We paid over $1,500 for three nights, yet housekeeping never serviced our room despite repeated requests. By evening, after hours of being ignored, front desk manager Fernando Avila argued with me in the elevator, intimidated me and threatened to throw me and my 11-year-old child out of the hotel if I didn’t “stop complaining.” Once in the room, Mr. Avila claimed the reason housekeeping had not cleaned was because “a t-shirt was left on the bed.” He then stormed out. When I contacted the GM, Ms. Megan, she defended him as a “valued staff member.” Please see the emails attached with timestamp and highlighted text. Only after I escalated and mentioned calling the police did she finally apologize. By then, the damage was done. No guest should ever feel unsafe at a Marriott property. Families, especially those with kids, should stay far away from this hotel.

We loved the location along with the extra helpful friendly staff. Staff was amazing! Room was clean!
We paid for breakfast & didn’t have time to eat most days. It was pricey. Wish they would have at least refunded the breakfast fees. Rooms were definitely pricey which could also hinder us staying again. We came for NYFW & I feel prices were more based on that. Wish it was a little more affordable for us that cannot afford these prices per night. We would have stayed longer if not for that.

The location was convenient and right outside of Times Square. The hotel is walking distance to everything and the train station was on the corner .
The hotel rooms were dated. They put me near the staffs linens closet and I heard every noise / conversation/ elevator sound ect ,. The walls were thin . I also heard every sound outside, which was to be expected but if you are thinking about booking here this is just a heads up . I don’t think the price that we paid was worth the stay but It was NYFW so it was understandable and it worked out. We were barely greeted when we arrived however before our arrival we spoke with the manager and she was amazing. She was very helpful, understanding and patient. I believe her name was Nyessa . Her customer service was top tier and I wish I would have gotten a chance to meet her upon our arrival or departure bc I wanted to personally thank her. The concierge were also nice!!
