Walking distance to all the activities we planned
An extrememly large group of men hung out near the end of the block each evening. I think they were food deliery drivers.

Hotel was great and staff were extremely friendly. Location was perfect. You do need to be aware of a crowd that hangs out on the negative of hotel when walking out but they can be avoided by walking across the street and then down towards Times Square.

Close to time square and the Starbucks in the building and the lady who worked in the Starbucks named Yadira was amazing!

Localization
We did not receive what we contracted for. We requested two shared rooms, which were not comfortable. The reservation was for a queen bed, and we had an occupied bed. One employee was rude to us on Friday night. The other employees were kind. But we were frustrated that we did not receive what we requested regarding the connecting rooms and queen beds.

Great staff! Made me feel welcome and safe. Exceptional cleanliness! Room was perfect temperature and I loved having a fridge. Gave me extra coffee pods. I'll be back!

I loved the very welcoming experience I had walking in and being greeted every time they wished me a happy birthday and surprised me with a complimentary Wine bottle and card in my room. The beds were comfortable. Great view from our room. So close to everything Gran Central Time Square near tram stations to take you by the Freedom tower. Lots of Cafe's and dining places and Ice-skating rink nearby.
Although I was on the 19th floor it was a little noisy from the street. The restrooms were a little small the shower only had half of the glass door wish it had more privacy since I had to share the bathroom with parents.

The AC in our room did not work properly. Did not like the shower. Bed and pillows were not comfortable. Sheets kept coming off the bed.

Rooms were bare bones.They weren't ready when we checked in. Air conditioning didn't work.Had to keep window open..very loud. Breakfast was mediocre.

The location was perfect, the hotel was stuffy and had a smell. The hallways and our room had a peculiar smell. When we arrived my 16 year old daughter noticed two spots of blood on the side of one of the beds white comforter. A staffed member came and replaced it right away and she was very nice and apologetic. The staff was amazing but that plus the old moldy smell was unpleasant.

The staff here are super helpful, efficient & friendly, making you feel welcome on arrival. Comfortable rooms, excellent location for access to everything Broadway related. We stay here on our annual family trip & will continue to do so.
