Overall I was pleased with our stay! The room was clean and well laid out. While not the largest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in, I thought it was a good size for a hotel room in New York. The room was very quiet and we slept well. The location was safe and within a 5 minute walk of two subway stops. Additionally, Crystal at the front desk provided us with an exceptional check in experience and went above and beyond to make everything seamless and ensure we were well taken care of! We enjoyed our stay at this courtyard and would stay again.

Attractive room and lobby, friendly, helpful staff, noon checkout, breakfast available until 10:30 weekdays and 11:00 weekends, good location.
Small room, no carpet, breakfast not free, which I thought it would be. I had a supposedly accessible room, but there was no button to open the heavy door. No one in a wheelchair could get in or out of the room, even if they had someone to push the wheelchair. I speak from personal experience with my late husband.

I didn't realise there was a gym but that was my fault not checking. Staff were friendly and helpful. Staff were always around when I was in and out all day. The seating area had people using it at different times. Station nearby.
Only thing is there isn't a view of the city when I've stayed here but that's not a huge issue. Would've been a nice to have.

Location and service. Easy access from Penn Station, staff were very cordial and went out of their way to be helpful. Aaron who helped with our luggage was very gracious and accommodating.
It's hard to compare the price and accommodations with that of other locations. NYC rates are very expensive for very modest bare-bones accommodations.

The location is close to time square and the bed is OK. The room is facing other building's back and hence no view at all. As I am traveling alone, I can accept a smaller room but it will be very difficult to fit 2 person. The coffee is good. The tea is not good.
The window is small and dirty.

Pillows could have been more comfortable and it would have been great to offer an extra blanket for weight. It can be hard to sleep at hotels that have very light sheets/comforter
