The room was modern and very clean. The staff were all courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Katherine was exceptionally helpful! Location was great. We had a great view of the Empire State building. We were given an early check in.

The hotel is in a great location, making it very convenient for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. The security facilities seem to be decent.
The room is quite small. If you stay below the 20th floor, you can’t really see much of New York’s views—it feels like you’re staying inside a huge air shaft. The hotel doesn’t provide free water, so you have to buy it yourself. The pillows are too soft, and they gave me a headache.

Location could be better but entrance on 37th is less hectic than 8th Ave.

The hotel has a great location in Midtown Manhattan, near Times Square. There are many cafe and restaurants nearby, making dining options very convenient. The rooms, while small, were relatively quiet. The staff were very kind and welcoming and didn't exhibit the coldness often found in big cities. overall, it was a good experience in the hotel.
The only issue was the lack of basic amenities; for example, there was no electric kettle, not even a single glass of water, and drinking water had to be self-service as there were no bottled water in the room, which was a bit inconvenient.

The location was very close to penn station and Times Square. Lots of food places around.
I would have liked a warmer blanket on the bed. I felt like it was too much sheet. Even if it was folded and accessible. Not directly on the bed.
