Amazing location especially if it’s your first time to the city and you are only there for a couple days. Staff was lovely as kind always. The hotel was clean and had all necessary amenities. The hotel itself is in the middle of the city and is walking distance to most sites and transportation links.
My only complaint which was just something we had to work around was the bathroom seemed to have a drainage problem. However this wasn’t a major issue and the pros well out weighed the cons.

This is “okay”, decent place, room was clean, with new looking furniture. Also, they have a gym available 24/7. Reasonable balance cost/quality.
Staff could have expressed more courtesy in general. I heard how male staff was loudly discussing “girls” right in front of me. That’s a low level thing!

Close proximity to everything within central Manhattan. Right next to the busy areas which is where the tourists want to be in.
Needle drop off box very close to the hotel. Hotel also is in quite the shady side of Manhattan.

The street where the hotel is located isn’t very clean and safe, there are many homeless people around. The is not enough light in the room.

Subway was close, easy walk to times square. Penn station not too far away. Wifi worked well, no complaints.
Rooms are small but that's NYC, you're only there to rest or sleep.

The staff was exceptionally nice. Rosa, at the front desk was super nice and helpful. Carl, a security guard was super friendly and also helpful. And Aaron, the bell captain told us about transportation options and helped us secure transportation. The room was kept very clean as well. Great stay.
