Very Good
Hotel room was clean and beds were very comfortable. The location is great, just 5 blocks south of Time Square / Theater District and 3 blocks north of Penn Station and Madison Square Garden. The area is easily accessible to multiple subway lines.

Should have been more of a selection of pillows. There were 5 pillows on each bed, but they were all the same - too soft to my liking!

Very comfy bed and larger room than normal. Some rooms are smaller. Room 810 is a very nice size, bathroom is also bot and shower is great
No breakfast without paying for it. For the price of the room there should be something…coffee at least that you don’t have to pay for.

I had a really good stay here.
The location is hard to beat; just a short walk to Times Square, Broadway, Bryant Park, and several subway stations, which made getting around the city incredibly easy. Even though it’s in such a busy area, I found the hotel to be quiet and comfortable.
My room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything was well maintained. The staff was friendly from check-in to check-out and always willing to help with any questions.
Overall, it was a good experience and an excellent value for the location.
If I had to point out one thing, the rooms aren’t huge, but that’s pretty normal for Manhattan and it wasn’t an issue for me.

It was very close to the Javits Center. The cleanliness was very good, especially in the bathrooms.
The room had a very small size. It was not the same as seen in the pictures. There was no closet for the cloths. There was a bad smell from the bathroom.

Ice machine. Slow and doesn’t dispense hotel level amount face. It appears more suitable to a buffet. Recommend replacing.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. A special thank you to Crystal, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The hotel is comfortable, well-maintained, and conveniently located near many attractions and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
While my stay was overall pleasant, there were a couple of things I did not particularly like. During the evenings, there were often homeless individuals around the area outside the hotel, which sometimes made arriving back at the hotel feel a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, I was disappointed that breakfast was not included with the stay, as this is an amenity I usually appreciate when traveling.
