The clean smelling rooms as u walk in and the ppl were very friendly
I didn't like i did late check out and the housekeeping came knock my door 12pm 1pm and 2pm had to keep reminding her I paid for late check out

It was very close to the Javits Center. The cleanliness was very good, especially in the bathrooms.
The room had a very small size. It was not the same as seen in the pictures. There was no closet for the cloths. There was a bad smell from the bathroom.

Soleah Rayne, front desk representative was fantastic and a joy each time we saw her. Replicate her!
Ice machine. Slow and doesn’t dispense hotel level amount face. It appears more suitable to a buffet. Recommend replacing.
