Location is good, walking distance to Times Square. There are coffee shops and a Dunkin Donut right across the street. There is a 7/11 is close by. Plenty of shops and restaurants around which is convenient.
The check in staff (Crystal, main reception) was rude and she was full of herself. Too much attitude. She kept me waiting and allotted rooms to people who came after me. Then I had to approach another customer service agent and she checked me in. Crystal needs to improve her customer service skills big time. So check in experience was terrible. 2/10
There are a lot of crazy people hanging outside the hotel premises. Be careful when step out. They could be dangerous. Overall Rating 6/10

Great position, friendly, professional staff, well appointed rooms with everything you’d need including an iron, ironing board and a laptop sized safe.
It wasn’t cheap but then nothing in NY that’s any good is cheap.

The location is close to time square and the bed is OK. The room is facing other building's back and hence no view at all. As I am traveling alone, I can accept a smaller room but it will be very difficult to fit 2 person. The coffee is good. The tea is not good.
The window is small and dirty.

Good location, really close to the metro and Times Square. Staff was friendly and helpful.
It is right beside a safe injection site so felt a little sketchy sometimes outside the doors but the staff were attentive and quick to let us in the door so felt very safe. You can also use a key to get in so easy there too.

The staff, especially Crystal, were very communicative and welcoming. I really appreciated the email she sent ahead of time to help us prepare for our visit. The lobby, cafe and our room were modern and super clean. I'm not sure when this property was built or renovated, but it seems brand new!
Everything was awesome. I don't have any suggestions for improvement. Keep up the great work. I hope to be able to visit this property again.

The staff were all exceptional! The place was super clean. The only thing missing was a little more style in the lobby and common areas. The staff made up for the lack of style! The staff was attentive and very observant. Made great recs for coffee and food. Loved the room - super clean!!
