Upon my checking inn, my wife was checking in.I asked used to restroom.The young lady at the count a never answered me never said.I can use the bathroom.I had to ask three times and my wife had to ask once.So I would never go to that hotel again.

Good central location for accessing airports and most parts of new york.
The room was nicely presented clean and had everything you'd need during a stay.
Room was quite small, bed with a walk around. No problem for most bit if you need extra space might be tight
