Expensive and without not even offering complimentary water. Limited food options.

Very convenient location
The service is absolutely NOT proportional to the cost! We payed $713 for 1 room with a king bed (no breakfast included) and we did not even get complimentary water. Also, the heater was not working properly and the room was chill.

First of all the staff at this hotel is wonderful.
We booked two rooms and asked them to be next to each other, the team met our request and also gave us very big rooms as we came for 8 nights. Every question or concern we had was met or answered quickly.
I was worried about the location of this hotel next to 8th av. but it was great, very close distance many subway stops and walking distance from Times square and the Christmas markets.
One of our rooms had a bath, the other a walk-in shower. We would prefer a walk-in shower in both. The water pressure in the shower could also be much better.
Also our rooms were next to the elevators so we could hear when those arrive in the floor due to a chime that they make.
