Bed was comfortable and it was close to the park.
Room was a bit dated. Broken chair back, carpet was not clean, shower leaked, no bags in trash cans, ice bucket had mold and amenities carrier was broken.

Location is perfect! Rooms are small, typical for NYC! FAcilities are basic, as expected from Courtyard line. Towels and linens were clean.

The location is fantastic , stayed up on 32nd floor , good city view and quiet(ish). Did not use use bar at hotel or restaurant, it’s New York with so many great places to eat very close.
