The staff was super helpful with our luggage! We landed in NYC earlier than expected and we were allowed to leave our luggage to explore the city before our check in which was incredibly helpful! Check in was smooth and simple; as well as super accommodating! I highly recommend staying here !
I truthfully don’t have anything negative to say, I had a bad experience with a different hotel I went to previous to this one so the Marriott was a wonderful breathe of fresh air from that last place!

The location was very convenient.
1. Rust-colored water came out, which made the room feel very dirty.
2. During my stay, housekeeping opened the door without knocking, which was very surprising and uncomfortable.
3. The bedding was not clean. Specifically, the mattress cover had visible stains, which was unpleasant and unhygienic.
4. The towels were in poor condition.
5. The room was extremely small.

Breakfast was great.. Thankful to Anthony at the front desk that checked us in.. he gave me and my wife complimentary breakfast for our stay so that was very nice of him and the hotel for throwing that in my wife and me enjoyed our stay I highly recommend

The breakfast was amazing! Love the location, I felt very safe in the surrounding area traveling alone. Staff was very friendly!
The shower got stuck on hot and i cut my hand trying to shut it off. other then that everything was great. I didn't need to shower again so i didn't let anyone know of the incident. it seemed like it would be an inconvenience to have maintenance come look at it.

Staff were really kind and accommodating, my room was clean and quiet. The view from the 28th floor was spectacular. I didn’t eat breakfast there so I don’t know what to say about it other than the restaurant looked fancy.
There were so many fast food restaurants near by that it was always so easy to go and pick up something to eat, even in the middle of the night. A metro station is also near and the route to and from the airport is super easy.
The shower had a knob that somehow didn’t allow warm or hot water unless you turn it to full (and I mean FULL) blast! It made showering quite difficult to say the least.

Location was great near the top of Broadway close to Central Park. We were very close to all the major attractions and restaurants.
There were 2 things I did not like.
1 When we checked in the hotel took my credit card and immediately put 2 large charges on. It took 10 days for them to remove these and we had only stayed for 4 nights. This could make some people go over their card limit.
2 We booked a room with a bath. The bath was tiny, I have seen bigger baby baths. It was also only a foot high.
