Very Poor
I didn't even get the chance to stay there. I never had conformation and someone called me wanting more money to confirm my reservation. I felt like I was being taken advantage of. I made reservation somewhere else, but the bad part about the whole ordeal i still have to pay klarna 465.00 for a room at this hotel that I never check in at. I would love for Klarna to receive their money back and not keep charging me for it. I would like some positive feedback on my issue.
I've been cheated by booking.com. i will never go through them again ever. Please look into this situation please. Thank You Rosemarie Bradley

I like how their location is walkable to the subway station, times square, etc. Staff are very approachable and nice.
I think the room needs a little bit of upgrade especially the bathroom door, it would be good if they could upgrade it to a door that actually closes and you can lock in. Walls are a little bit too thin as well, you can clearly hear the other person on the other rooms.

The location is convenient and the view was beautiful in the corner room.
The shower door didn’t seal all the way so water would get all over the very slippery floor in the bathroom. We tried calling the desk multiple times for things and nobody would answer.
