Friendly staff and very attentive.
The room had a bad odor like wet aged towels however, once we turned the a/c on, the smell went away. Other than the odor, everything was good. Shower heads need to be replaced too

Everything, starting from the stuff in the reception they were very uncooperative with least possible professionalism and with behaviour they don’t care about the customer opinion or customer care . the cleaning was bad The room was full of dust and the fridge was very sticky and dirty I couldn’t use it to keep my son medication, the bed cover was torn. I tried to raise all these complaints, but the stuff in the reception did not care and they refused to change the room or change anything and they asked me to keep my son medication with the security and every time I need the medication I should wait for 45 minutes. I highly recommend against booking this propriety

Location
Rooms are very small, and there were consistently big queues for the lifts, which made getting around quite inconvenient. Overall the location is good, but the space and elevator situation were disappointing.

Very noise rooms (from the outside and from the corridor as well, at least not from neighbours) 2 times in five days there was a FALSE fire alarm at the night (they woke up everyone with this terrible noise that fire alarm, and after 1(!) minute they told as sorry it was false.. non sense) Window was bad to open, curtain wasnt good either to dark enough..

If you get an upgrade corner king room, the views are amazing. Hotel has a cheap laundry place and free gym.
Everyone loves the location as it’s right in the centre. However, it’s quite dirty around the hotel area, aside from having everything around, it’s a creepy area where I wouldn’t advise anyone walking around after dark by yourself. The hotel is in fact very expensive for such basic accommodation. Aside from the views, it’s a very simple hotel, definitely not worth a star. The staff I didn’t find very helpful. Didn’t receive my deposit back upon checkout.
