Very Good
Great location, very comfortable room even though it is not very spacious. Great view if you book a high floor room. Ricardo was very kind.
I asked at the front desk for a late check out paying for an extra charge and was roughly informed that it was not available. I went to room and decide to book for another day using booking.com, however, before doing it, I decided to call the hotel in order to guarantee that I could keep the same room and Ricardo kindly booked me the late check out without any problem.

You have to keep a key card inside of a little scanner to keep the lights on inside your room and I thought that was unnecessary. While inside the room, of course the card stayed in to keep the lights on. When out of the room, the lights stayed on because I forgot the card was inside the scanner.

Great location, within walking distance of many famous attractions. Breakfast was okay but nothing special.
The reception area is very small and often overcrowded with guests’ suitcases. Although the breakfast/dining area is open throughout the day, guests are not allowed to consume outside food or drinks there, which significantly limits the available public space. The room was very small and felt overpriced compared to other Marriott hotels I have stayed in. The corridors and lifts appeared unclean. On the morning of my departure, staff entered my room whilst I was using the bathroom. I later learned they were checking whether room cleaning was required, but given that it was close to my checkout time, this felt unnecessary and intrusive and they should have waited until after I had checked out.

i loved how close it was to times square and the rockefeller center. in general it was a great location to stay in!
the only thing i didn’t like was that our fridge wasn’t plugged in, but we didn’t know because why would it not be… so all our food went bad.
