Good location, but the area is too dense with tourists
The staff at reception we all 3 at once talking on the phone. Then the line grew and we had to wait quite a while.
The rooms are super small and the amount of towels is insufficient.
There is no USB nor USB-C connection in the walls.
The elevators are often times too busy and the waiting and the said above makes the $369 I paid for the room an incredible expensive hotel for the low value.

Old room, my rom is needed to go through a massive cleaning and repair. Noisy AC!

Location was great, room was spacious and had floor to ceiling windows with great view.
Room didn't have sitting area (other than the bed and desk chair). Decor is dark and outdated.

Great location in every way. Typical tight NYC room. (Two queens) but perfectly acceptable. Clean facilities. Easy subway line and Central Park access. Good food options and a Starbucks a half block away.

The location was great, the gym was nice and the view from our hotel was good. It was quiet which is nice in a busy city like new york.
It wasn't very clean. The gym had water damage on the floor right when you got out of the elevator like the floor was bubbling up and the elevator had broken glass panels. The shower in our place was like they poured a lot of bleach in it to make it seem clean but actually smelled weird and when you got out your feet felt burned from the bleach residue. I have a severe allergy to lavender and unfortunately, they had no other fragrances so I had to go buy separate shampoo and conditioner which is annoying but ultimately fine. Another thing kind of gross was the amount of dust and grime behind the bed there was a big gap and my phone fell and I had a bunch of dust bunnies when I went to grab it.

Pleasant
The hotel is nicely located, so you can get there by subway from the airport. It's close to Central Park and to many subway lines. The room we were staying has a great view overlooking the city skyline. There's also a great service provided to get you to the airport. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful.
Even though we stayed in an upgraded room, it turned out to be quite small — there was barely enough space to open a single suitcase on the floor. The room felt rather outdated, and most of the furniture and amenities seemed to be in need of repair. The bathroom also had drainage issues, so water accumulated during the shower, leaving up to 10cm standing on the floor.
Additionally, breakfast was quite disappointing. Whether due to ongoing restaurant renovations or cost-cutting measures, it was served on plastic plates with plastic cutlery. There was no coffee machine available, and the overall breakfast quality was mediocre at best.
Overall, I find it hard to believe that the current conditions meet the standards of a four-star hotel.
