This property is clean, well located and easy to access. It is also quite quiet in light of the location. We also found the staff very friendly, approachable and helpful. Will be back!
The elevators could use some improvements in light of their speed. Not a reason not to stay here however!

Beds are nice and comfortable. Tea/coffee making facility in the room. Lovely hot showers. Fridge and safe in the room. Staff were great.
The shower leaked so that every time someone has a shower, the bathroom floor got really wet and we had to use extra towels every day to try and keep the floor dry. They could make it easier to make tea by providing a kettle and tea bags instead of tea "pods" for the coffee machine.

Excellent location close to Broadway and Central Park. Staff very helpful. Good sized room and well cleaned.
Tea making facilities with cup and spoon. Charging 8 dollars for a bottle of water. Bar wasn’t available the first day and pretty soulless when it was.

Only saving grace was the location.
The rooms were bland and uninspiring, and for two days the lobby reeked of sewage. Breakfast was served entirely with disposable items—plastic cutlery, paper plates, the works—which felt cheap and wasteful. Waiting for the elevator took forever. Most of the staff seemed indifferent, with only a few exceptions who were actually helpful. Wouldn’t return unless I absolutely had to. Booking.com was unhelpful and the listing was misleading.
