Staff were really kind and accommodating, my room was clean and quiet. The view from the 28th floor was spectacular. I didn’t eat breakfast there so I don’t know what to say about it other than the restaurant looked fancy.
There were so many fast food restaurants near by that it was always so easy to go and pick up something to eat, even in the middle of the night. A metro station is also near and the route to and from the airport is super easy.
The shower had a knob that somehow didn’t allow warm or hot water unless you turn it to full (and I mean FULL) blast! It made showering quite difficult to say the least.

Location was great near the top of Broadway close to Central Park. We were very close to all the major attractions and restaurants.
There were 2 things I did not like.
1 When we checked in the hotel took my credit card and immediately put 2 large charges on. It took 10 days for them to remove these and we had only stayed for 4 nights. This could make some people go over their card limit.
2 We booked a room with a bath. The bath was tiny, I have seen bigger baby baths. It was also only a foot high.

We chose this place mainly for a corner room with city views. It did not disappoint! I thought being in midtown Manhattan that we might have other tall buildings crowding in on us. That's not the case however, and our room on the 32nd floor was spacious, clean and had a cool vibe. We could see all the way to Times Square, and it was great sitting at night with the lights off watching the city that never sleeps. The hotel is in a great spot too, easy walking distance for Times Square, Central Park, the Rockefeller, The Intrepid museum and is situated in the theatre district, so if shows are your thing, this is the place to stay.
My wife would have liked a source of hot water for her peppermint tea bags... there was only a choice of chamomile or chai from the coffee machine, neither of which she's keen on. Only a really small thing, but there was no shaver socket in the bathroom.

Bed was comfortable and front desk was nice
Shower head wasn’t working. Found hair in the bathroom. No body lotion provided in the bathroom. Scheduled wake up calls on both nights and never received them.

Location is great,I wish the terrace would had been open but it was closed in december. Very nice gym,nice staff. Rooms are small but great view & comfy clean beds.
