The location is perfect for exploring Central Park and the Time Square area.
The bathroom surfaces were peeling, the shower sprayed water into the bathroom and the shower curtain dripped into the bathroom. The floors were very slippery when they got wet! I also didn't like the pillows.

Great location, very comfortable room even though it is not very spacious. Great view if you book a high floor room. Ricardo was very kind.
I asked at the front desk for a late check out paying for an extra charge and was roughly informed that it was not available. I went to room and decide to book for another day using booking.com, however, before doing it, I decided to call the hotel in order to guarantee that I could keep the same room and Ricardo kindly booked me the late check out without any problem.

You have to keep a key card inside of a little scanner to keep the lights on inside your room and I thought that was unnecessary. While inside the room, of course the card stayed in to keep the lights on. When out of the room, the lights stayed on because I forgot the card was inside the scanner.
