Breakfast was great.. Thankful to Anthony at the front desk that checked us in.. he gave me and my wife complimentary breakfast for our stay so that was very nice of him and the hotel for throwing that in my wife and me enjoyed our stay I highly recommend

The breakfast was amazing! Love the location, I felt very safe in the surrounding area traveling alone. Staff was very friendly!
The shower got stuck on hot and i cut my hand trying to shut it off. other then that everything was great. I didn't need to shower again so i didn't let anyone know of the incident. it seemed like it would be an inconvenience to have maintenance come look at it.

Shower head wasn’t working. Found hair in the bathroom. No body lotion provided in the bathroom. Scheduled wake up calls on both nights and never received them.

It was decent. Each day was a different food option
Internet was terrible. Tv didn’t work half the time or would start then freeze up. There was a strange light bar at the top of the headboard so it made sleeping difficult.

Loved the location. We were in the perfect location to enjoy the Macy’s parade and 5th avenue. Bed was comfortable.
Internet was down for the first two days of our trip. They kept telling us it was because a car hit a light pole and the provider was having issues getting it back up and running. Likely story. Then I ran into a girl in the elevator who said she had to shower in her parents room because their hot water wasn’t working. Ours worked up until the last day and then the boiler went out and we had no hot water to shower before leaving. Upon checking out I heard another hotel guest complaining about the tv and the hotel employee said “well you didn’t come to New York to watch tv did you?” And even though it wasn’t directed at me, I wanted to comment on how rude that was. Because I did in fact come to watch tv with my daughter who doesn’t have a tv in her shoe box apartment and it just so happens a certain popular Netflix show was released the day I checked in and our whole plan was to binge the show in the hotel room giving her a break from college and her tiny apartment and the chance to watch her favorite show on a big tv. So yes sir it was a big deal. And not having hot water is just atrocious. This hotel should be shut down during renovations if it’s causing this many problems.

I was charged double on my room and had to fight to get the changes corrected. Almost caused late fees to other things coming out of my account. Highly upset and parking is way too much and not clearly explained

Location. The bathroom was beautiful.
The staff at check-in was RUDE!! I wasn’t given directions to which elevator to use to access my room after they knew it was my first time on the property. The person who checked me in offered the guests before me (3 ) treats and didn’t extend the same courtesy towards me. I was in the incorrect elevator for 15 minutes going floor to floor and eventually getting off having to wait to get back on the main floor. I literally said aloud when I got back to the main floor towards the desk ‘it would have been nice to know where I’m supposed to go to get to my room!’ I had an event to attend and I lost time. No one assisted me with my luggage and event items. I was pushing that valet with four(4) pieces of luggage. I was told if I was red help, I would need to wait. When I asked how long, I was told ‘I don’t know’. No sense of interest or care. Also I was charged $40 for the 2 bottles of water in the room marked for $8 each. I travel so much to minimum 4 countries a month. NYC is normally my stop station where I handle business there. Definitely wasn’t pleased with the customer service.

Friendly staff and very attentive.
The room had a bad odor like wet aged towels however, once we turned the a/c on, the smell went away. Other than the odor, everything was good. Shower heads need to be replaced too

Everything, starting from the stuff in the reception they were very uncooperative with least possible professionalism and with behaviour they don’t care about the customer opinion or customer care . the cleaning was bad The room was full of dust and the fridge was very sticky and dirty I couldn’t use it to keep my son medication, the bed cover was torn.
I tried to raise all these complaints, but the stuff in the reception did not care and they refused to change the room or change anything and they asked me to keep my son medication with the security and every time I need the medication I should wait for 45 minutes.
I highly recommend against booking this propriety
