Location is and the lounge room on the 6th floor. Very clean.
Slow elevators. We paid extra for a city view room, but ended up on a lower floor with a view primarily of the building across the street.

Have stayed here numerous times, I take red eye flights to the city and luckily my room has always been available to me. The elevators have some issues but otherwise I enjoy my stays there.

I liked it all
Undercooked eggs at breakfast. I hate runny white. Horrific.
Also, very poor lighting in the room. As in none besides the bedside lamps. The desk was in total darkness which was annoying.

We were surprised by the big size of the room, especially the bathroom. Friendly staff and early check in. Everyone was really friendly and welcoming.
We could hear people from next door using their bathrooms and showers. The air conditioning was so loud.
