Cloud One is essentially a more premium brand of Motel One in Europe; well-designed, functional, cozy. Room was cozy and well-decorated, bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean. Staff were friendly. Location is well-connected with various subway lines.

The location was excellent if you wanted downtown for 911 memorial , Wall Street , Staten Island .
The really noisy air con unit and the lifts that continually kept breaking .

It is a new building and the views were good overlooking the trade center and a bit river depending on the location of your room
