It is a new building and the views were good overlooking the trade center and a bit river depending on the location of your room

Great location near Ground Zero and walking distance to many sights. Great breakfast option and there’s a terrace and lounge on the 6th floor with amazing views over ground zero and the financial buildings.
Issues with the elevators which they tried to fix but still very time consuming as only 2 of the 4 were working. They were very apologetic about it. Just frustrating to have customers that stay on the 6th floor and can’t bother to take the stairs instead while I had to wait for almost 15 minutes to get onto one with mg heavy suitcase !!

Great location, helpful staff. Fair for the price. Liked that there was a deli attached to the hotel - I could wait to check-in with some coffee and food and work whilst I waited.
The elevators were incredibly slow - not great if you have places to be. There was no real urgency to fix these either

The accommodation was very good, everything was clean, and it was cleaned every day. The location was also excellent, close to the metro and right next to the World Trade Center. I highly recommend it to everyone!
The only downside was that the heating sometimes randomly blew cold air.
