Wonderful
The location is ideal. This was my second rime staying and easy to get around. The weather was great so the walk around the hotel was nice as well
This wasn’t a property issue. I came down to grab my ubereats and the man i guess working the evening decided to pull his phone out while on FT and record me. I asked him was he recording and he claimed no.. but he definitely was.. the only part of the trip that was unsettling

The Cloud One is located in the financial district of NYC, which is home to countless shops, restaurants, cafes, and Battery Park. I loved that I was able to leave my hotel and go get coffee, a small lunch or to even walk around.
The hotel itself had few amenities. I was unaware of a “basic” booking vs a “premium” booking. Access to breakfast, entertainment, and even water was hidden behind a paywall that seemed superfluous. I love the hotel and its location, but the lack of access to amenities was quite the strain on my wallet.

The location of the hotel was perfect. The café downstairs has a friendly staff along with the front desk personnel.
The only gripe would be the TV only played music. Apparently there were some technical difficulties but we made the best of it.
