The location was perfect. Really convenient to move around Manhattan by subway from the hotel. The building was brand new and clean, the staff was really kind and the room was absolutely perfect with an amazing view on the memorial/river. I would definitely recommend to book a room to this hotel if you stay in New York!

For my first ever NYC trip, this hotel was more than I expected.
After almost two weeks there, it genuinely started feeling like home.
The food, staff, interior, location and value for money were all amazing.
The view from my room looked like something out of a movie, and it made the whole stay even more special.
Next time I'm in NYC, I'm definitely coming back.

We got the room with the view. The view is great, top location, very clean, we really liked it overall
The doors are a bit loud when they close. We could hear the slamming of the doors of some of our neighbours which were leaving very early.

The staff were very friendly.. the room was very comfortable and cool and quite large for NYC. The location was perfect very close to good eats and the tourist attractions.
The safe kept messing up locking my items inside even though the code was correct causing me to have to reach out to the front desk to get maintenance sent to the room.

The room has enough space for one person, for a solo travel it was good
I think it was just okay, they don't offer you anything special, is just a hotel where you can go to sleep and thats it, ive been to other hotels where they can offer you simple but really convenient things like a bottle of water or having body lotion in the bathroom, I only stayed for one night and for that it was just okay, you don't have a good view of the city.
