Nice interior design and location close to subway and Westfield shopping mall in the Wallstreet area of Manhattan. Restaurant around the hotel and inside of the hotel.
Waiting time for the elevator. WiFi did not work properly (only when close to the window!). Staff was kind of indifferent.

I enjoyed the location of the hotel. During the day I would go to the hectic city life and come back c k and enjoy the quietness of the location. Plenty of places to eat, the subway is close and you are literally across the street from the World Trade Center.

The water in the shower would never get hot -- not a great thing when it's very cold out. Worse, I informed the front desk about it, and they said they'd send someone. Never happened. I keep asking but it never improved.
Lack of hot water, lack of committed service, and unprofessional and unresponsive staff.

Disappointing
Had to move room initially as the toilet was dirty. No slippers provided on request. No cover on the duvet itself. The pictures and reviews are misleading. Hotel seemed grottier than expected. Wouldn’t recommend.

Everything. Location, it’s modern and clean. Bed was SUPER comfy.
My room had someone’s hair pin in the carpet which I almost stepped on, not a huge deal but housekeeping should have picked that up if they vacuumed. The sink kept plugging itself & someone’s eye make up was on the counter & wasn’t cleaned. Those are minute things but otherwise it was fantastic.

Great location for our stay. Wanted to stay downtown and this was a perfect place to go.
Only small dislike of ours was when we went to floor six where the bar/DJ is, there was a work function on where professionals were having a networking session. Felt like we were intruding! Still stayed for a drink though before moving next door to O’Haras.
