The website said pets were welcome but upon arrival there were suddenly additional restrictions that were not communicated during the booking process. It resulted in an additional couple of hundred dollars billed

Toiletries pumps do not work. Toilet tank kept refilling noises. The electrical outlets are very loose. Phone charger kept falling off

Very well located property in Midtown. The staff is very friendly and there is an amazing coffee bar with free drinks on the 27th floor. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. All you need for a city trip.

Great location, steps away from Grand Central Station and other NYC attractions. Staff is efficient, friendly and professional. Room was comfortable and the 27th floor lounge was a plus.
