This property is in an exceptionally good location. Grand central station is 5 mins walk away. The room was a good size.

Hotel with modern facilities and a rooftop offering a beautiful view.
A very unpleasant incident occurred during our stay. A hotel staff member called us and then, when we didn't answer, knocked on our door in the middle of the night while we were already asleep. I found this completely outrageous; I have never experienced anything like it at any place I’ve stayed. At the time, I was terrified and felt very unsafe. My husband answered the door, and the man claimed he just wanted to check if there was anyone in the room. To this day, we still don't understand the real reason for disturbing us at that hour—it was past midnight. I am pregnant, and I couldn't sleep properly after that. In the morning, we stopped by the front desk to ask if this was standard hotel procedure; the receptionist said she knew nothing about it, apologized, and promised to look into the matter, but we have received no follow-up from the hotel so far. I certainly wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone; after all, the bare minimum expectation when booking a hotel is being able to sleep peacefully through the night, which wasn't possible in my case.
