We always come back to this hotel. Nice, comfortable rooms, very generous with amenities like free bottled water and a lounge with free coffee and tea, and of course, the location is perfect.
I would add a full length mirror to the room.

Very friendly staff. Every person I interacted with went out of their way to smile and make sure I was taken care of. Location was also easy - right next to Grand Central station.
The room was pretty small. And, expensive (although I think that's just Manhattan).

This midtown hotel has a “student dorm” feel. If spending over $400 to stay at a youth hostel is your jam, this place is for you! At least the bathroom was clean.

Location, top floor lounge
Very dirty. There were urine stains on the toilet seat…unacceptable for any hotel. If the bathroom was so dirty I don’t even want to think how the rest of the room was sanitized

I like the location, and the lobby looks luxury. The elevator is fast even though I live at 23rd floor.
But I do not like the room because one lamp is broken, the bathroom faucet for shower have a big hole beside it. Don’t have many water pump and the only one was broken. For three days the price just too high for me if you give me these conditions.

Such a good location near Grand Central and the rest of Midtown! Room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was great. Staff was also helpful and prompt in responding if one needed anything. Would stay here again.
It was a little noisy! Surprisingly not so much street traffic noise (typical for NYC), but more so from the hallway. I heard my next door neighbor's door opening and closing pretty loudly. Not the worst issue I've ever experienced though.

The 27th (top) floor patio is amazing. Gorgeous views, comfortable spaceous lounge areas inside and outside.
the HVAC (air cooling system) in our room was very noisey. It would cycle from off, to fan, to cool so the noise was always changing... waking us up ate night. The windows don't open so we were stuck with having the HVAC on all the time while we were in the room: otherwise it got very hot and stuffy. I measures the sound of the three different cyccles using the NIOSH sound app on my phone: 31 dB(A), 42.9 dB(A), and 52 dB(A) respectively. 52 dB(a) is way too loudn for sleeping.

Location was central to everything and easy to get to everything from the hotel.
The room needed a refrigerator, otherwise everything was great. I had to throw away some tasty leftovers and could not keep my soda cold.

Rooftop terrace and tea/coffee facilities also filtered water available on tap. Immaculately clean
Our original room overlooked some industrial pipes which were very noisy but we did manage to move rooms after 1 day. Also lack of space for suitcases
