The location was ideal. The beds were very comfortable.
Overpriced for what was included. No coffee pot or microwave in the room. The "breakfast" room was only open from 6-10am which is where the coffee and microwave were located. I had received an email from the hotel stating that "grab and go" items would be available til 3pm, which was not the case.

Location, room was pretty.
No coffee in room nor available anywhere in building except at the very light breakfast offering. After a day of 13k+ steps I really didn’t want to go out to get a much needed coffee

Excellent location. Coffee was good. Room upgrade. Spacious and clean. Very comfortable bed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Perfect place for a Midtown stay.
Near subway and many walkable places.
The continental breakfast was very limited. Only one fruit and one flavor yogurt. Could offer a couple of choices. I only tried the croissants and it was stale and dry. Skipped the breakfast the next day.

Best shower of my life! The water pressure literally felt like a waterfall and the temperature was perfect. The room was clean and very old fashioned (featuring a real stocked up mini bar, LOL)! The location was perfect, walked out straight into Times Square and then 1-2 blocks down to Grand Central Station to take the LIRR to JFK, super easy! The staff were extremely friendly and impressed me so much! I will definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay!
