Very centric hotel, nice and cool rooms so I did not feel warm and uncomfortable when sleeping. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Clean, good for the price. Great location, friendly helpful staff. Nice light breakfast, coffee and tea station.

Staff was amazing. Location is perfect for broadway shows. Felt clean and safe
Parking is a bear. There's a lot across the street but its only vallet amd a complete rip off. Plan on parking elsewhere. There are so many close options only feet further away. Totally lame.

Excellent location, close to public transportation, Bryant Park, and Times Square.
The staff, especially Cedric and Robenna, were very friendly and helpful.
Rooms are small and not very well maintained.

And quiet!!!
Didn’t have a gathering space or lobby area. Also, breakfast should have a good protein like boiled eggs.lots of sweet cereals and breads!

Great location, 5 min walk to Broadway. Room was confortable and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful, specially front desk Robenna, she was able to provide good information about attractions and facilities, also good assistance in finding a comfortable room.

Terrible - so sketchy. Rooms are so much different than the photos! Carpets are disgusting & old, smells like mildew & very sketchy people staying there. Would not recommend!

They were very accommodating and let me check in early. I didn’t get the cream of the crop room but I figured that would be the case by checking in early. Very comfy room with a good a/c and a huge bathroom with a bidet! It was a perfect location from the park, Grand Central, 5th Ave, etc. A great coffee machine that made strong espresso.
The didn’t offer any protein at the breakfast…lots of carb options and fruit. Also, if you need a space to gather with friends, there is no lobby for this.
