This was an inexpensive hotel that allowed me to stay in a very expensive area — so it was safe and acceptable with the accommodations. The location was excellent.

Disappointing
The hotel was probably gorgeous 50 years ago.
The carpet smelled. It looked like the room had been partied in, or worse for years. The bed was clean and I was tired so I stayed there.

This truly feels like a family-oriented place — safe and peaceful. Great location!
Staff are very friendly and positive especially Ms. Jenn was incredibly helpful and very kind attitude.

The place is close to the time square and empire statebuilding. Most of the tourist attractions are closer to thia hotel which helped us to spend less time on transport.
