Location is great near Times Square and Bryant Park. Bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast was adequate and came in handy. Bathroom was spacious.
My room had windows on each side of bed that looked onto air shafts.

The rooms and bathrooms are larger than most NYC hotels, with plenty of workspace, which is a nice value add. There is even a full closet to hang your coat! Great location, central to all.
This hotel is a bit run down and could use updating.

The location is perfect for mid-town Manhattan sites. The breakfast was nice, just enough to get us started on our day. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. We will definitely stay again!
There was some water damage in the bathroom which we brought to the attention of of the front office on our checkout day. There is no real lobby or anything to do in the hotel.

Great location, small entrance/lobby but very nice and helpful staff. I had an issue wit the TV in the room and the staff went really the extra mile to fix it. (Jack and Victor).
Room had a decent size for midtown Manhattan and this kind of older building.
Room provided 2 bathrobe.
Location between 6th and 5th ave on 44th street is a great location.
My room did not have a fridge, despite the fact that the room was large enough to have one. I couldn't find any ice machine either in the hotel. I suggest to equip the rooms with a fridge.
I suggest to have a larger sign to better mark the hotel entrance of the hotel.

check in was quick. quiet location and facilities.
no signage out front so walked right passed the hotel at first. Room was tired and could use a refresh. For a night or two stay cant complain. TV picture quality was really bad.

Good location, walking to everything, shopping, eating, partying. I would get there in Taxi or ride share, parking can be challenging.
Not sure if the hotel has parking but Id check if I was driving there.

Wonderful
The location was very convenient. The staff went above and beyond. It wasn’t a new property, but it was very well maintained. If you like ulta modern, it’s not for you; but it was very cozy and a great place to stay. The rooms were also larger than most. We even got a seperate bed for our son.

The location was perfect and the staff we interfaced with at the front desk and the doorman were fantastic. I plan on coming back.
I booked 2 rooms....the window shade in room 507 was tattered and nasty.....very unexpected.

It was a short walk from Bryant Park Winter Village. The room was smaller than other hotels I've been in, but since it was only a overnight stay, it suited my needs. (Considering using it again in February when I go to the Winter Village for my birthday)
It was a bit hard to locate since the awning wasn't there (the hotel was getting a new one) and had to ask for directions. But overall it was a good stay (now that I know the breakfast area has a microwave, I'll pack accordingly next time)
As mentioned, no awning, which made the hotel difficult to locate. And the restaurant was closed until January (breakfast area was opened)
Hopefully both will be up and running when I return in February.

Horrible property - an absolute sham for this to be listed as a 4 star property on Booking. Almost fraudulent to get customers. We checked in with our queen room booking… we get to the room and it’s the smallest room I’ve ever been in. Turns out they gave me the “petite” room, claiming that’s all they had available - even though I booked and paid for the queen. And the receptionist didn’t even tell me in advance, I had to check in and get up to the room to find out it’s not what I booked. Upon my trip back downstairs to the front desk, the receptionist claimed they were sold out so “that’s all they had” offering me no recourse.
Now onto the room…. As shown in the pictures, the place is absolutely disgustingly and unsanitary. When we walked in the room, we were immediately greeted by a musky smell. We noticed mold on the wall near the bathroom (likely the reason for the smell). We immediately left asking for a new room (since we did book a different, queen one anyways, as described above) but were not given another. As the place was uninhabitable due to the mold and the smell, we left and booked a room at another hotel across the street. However, management at this hotel has refused to refund me… even though we didn’t even stay (we checked out almost immediately asking for a refund), which I am now fighting.
So to summarize… do NOT book this place! Stay at the Royalton New York right across the street for a similar price range but actually habitable hotel.
