Location. Ability to have 5 in a room (we had 2 children so it was comfortable)
Breakfast was a bit congested and coffee machine didnt work. Donuts were not fresh , very hard. Website said grab and go.until 3:30 but that was not accurate

Got bed bugs and then refused any refund. The manager was extremely rude, unapologetic, dismissive, and frankly demeaning.

This hotel is very affordable, looks old but everything works very well and great location. The breakfast was pretty good. The area is safety. It's a good deal for enjoying NY.

Courteous and welcoming staff, clean room. Walking distance to key attraction and conference centers with ease of access by various modes. And all of us know abt the NewYork traffic.

The hotel is old and dark. Our window was facing a concrete wall. The rooms were tiny and dark

The Hotel Staff from the Valet Guy to The Front Desk to all hotel staff we came into contact with was VERY Friendly and Welcoming!!! The hotel was cool looking and the room was spacious, the shower pressure was one of the best I ever have experienced and the fact that this hotel provides full bottles of GOOD Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash is AMAZING!! We will definitely be staying here again.

Location was convenient to get to the theaters and restaurants that we like. Decent breakfast.
Would have liked bedside tables on both sides of the bed. Check-in area but no real lobby.
