From the friendly & helpful staff assisting with check in to the restaurant staff, the service was great. Although small, room was comfortable & clean & location outstanding - a few minutes walk to Times Square, Broadway & Central Park.

Loved the staff, friendly helpful , I felt like I was at home. A more sophisticated, more urbane home.Lovely bed. Fantastic location. My 5th visit to Citizen M . Times Square. See you next year. Can't wait to come back.

room was uncomfortably small. fine for one, but not two. only one chair. bed has walls or window on 3 sides, so have to climb in and out or over someone. had no water pressure in our sink for hot water. elevators were terribly slow, 2 out of 3 were working and not signed well. hard to tell if they were going up or down. gym was very claustrophobic. balcony was under repair. not much equipment in gym, no mats e.g. no glasses in room
