The staff was very helpful and accommodated every request I made with a smile.
I didn't like the location. Though I knew it was in Times Square, I didn't realize how crowded it would be- it made it inconvenient to get out and back to the hotel. The lobby was very dark and not inviting at all.

Room was on the 11th floor. Did not pay for breakfast because I did not want to be locked into a time schedule. Room was small but amenities quite efficient. Shower was above satisfactory. Digital control pad nice touch.
Nothing. I liked everything. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Very clean premises. Comfortable bed, but suggest being positioned so not locked into 3 walls. Room was small but efficient and well laid out.
