breakfast was very good, nice variety of items, but they would run out of items like bread. location is terrific..close to times square and subway nice roof top bar
room was uncomfortably small. fine for one, but not two. only one chair. bed has walls or window on 3 sides, so have to climb in and out or over someone. had no water pressure in our sink for hot water. elevators were terribly slow, 2 out of 3 were working and not signed well. hard to tell if they were going up or down. gym was very claustrophobic. balcony was under repair. not much equipment in gym, no mats e.g. no glasses in room

Location, stuff, and cleanness of the hotel. The bed was comfortable and the shower is great
Strangly, there was no water, any water glasses in the room or any cups in the bathroom. There were no wash cloths on the first day we arrived. I had to go to the lobby bar to get glasses and I had to fill the bottle with water a couple times a day during our three nights stay. That was very unusyal and uncomfortable

I am a huge fan of CitizenM in general am always impressed. I was reluctant to stay here in NY because a lot of things here can let you down. But this visit was wonderful. Staff is always super friendly. Breakfast was hot, fresh and really substantial and I will recommend this location a hundred times over.
One elevator was under service but that was and incredibly minute detail and the wait time never went passed a few minutes.

I don’t believe a $28.12 refund is sufficient. We were without hot water and heat for a majority of our stay. This is completely unacceptable. I don’t do this at all but in this case and with these conditions, it is completely satisfactory to issue a full refund back to my original payment method (credit card).

Great location and no nonsense rooms which are great if you’re out and about all day. Bed was very comfortable, rooftop bar was beautiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I needed a late check out and they offered an extra hour complimentary or an extra 3 hours for a fee, which I gladly paid. They also stored our luggage for us until we were ready to head out of the city which was a life saver.
One of the elevators was out of order so it took a bit longer to get up and down the building. I didn’t really mind, but a few times I had to press the button again as it would cancel coming to my floor after a few minutes.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! What really stood out was their flexibility and exceptional customer service. Due to a major accident at the airport, we had to delay our checkout, and the staff were incredibly accommodating and understanding of our situation. The room itself was very comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed. We especially loved the smart tablet feature, which made it so easy to control the lights, temperature, and TV—such a modern and convenient touch. The location was also perfect, with easy access to all the places we wanted to visit. Overall, everything about our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Heard rodents running in the pipes or ceiling foundation:. Slept with the lights on cause of fear staff denies rodents on property. Trash right outside the entry of hotel.
