The room is surprisingly comfortable for a couple days small but smart the staff is amazing really friendly and helpful from check in to check out the gal at the bar "Marty" was a joy to speak with really enjoyed our stay here and will be back next month see you then!

Easy subway access to this hotel, which made it easy and felt safe for me, a solo traveler. The rooms are compact but packed with smart conveniences, including storage nooks and iPad controls for lights and shades. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. Staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, with all the warmth of a small-town inn.
Some street noise could be heard even on the higher floors. But hey, this is New York

This is a very expensive hotel. Staff was friendly enough, but not overwhelming so. Breakfast Buffett was edible but certainly not outstanding, and certainly not worth the price. The room was clean but very small and you had to crawl over the person to get to your side of the bed. This place is great for rich, young people. Location is outstanding! Otherwise, save your money and find another hotel

Staff were friendly enough but gave us the wrong times to get to airport. we were there hours ahead of time. The staff generally were super helpful and responsive. Always really cheerful and went above and beyond. Room was clean and I loved the tech: the iPad to control lighting an blinds
For the room I booked the view was really poor, I was so upset for the price paid. I also think if you mention it is a birthday trip, I always expect a little something special. Also when I arrived although I paid online I was asked to make a payment for the room before I complained and the issue was rectified.
