Location is very central, 2 minutes from Times Square and right next to the tube. The room is really nice and comfy and the staff is really welcoming and happy to help. I recommend !

The room was comfortable and new age, which is nice
I asked for a high floor and was put on the 10th floor and then was told that anything higher than 12 is a premium view that would cost me more money. I was never offered the option to purchase a premium view room online the manager of the hotel told me that if it wasn’t offered online, it was because the premium views were sold out. However, my room was booked months in advance, so I don’t really understand why all the premium view rooms will be sold out and I also don’t understand that in a building with 18 stories the 10th story is considered a high room. The elevators were malfunctioning towels and washcloths were rationed out. I often had to go to the front desk to ask for some because there weren’t any put in my room after room service came by to tidy up.

Cozy compact place with excellent location everything in a walking distance, several subways stops nearby. Comfy bed with great choice of pillows everything digitally managed so cool. Helpful and kind staff. Would definitely be place I would come back.
