The location.
The bathroom, because it’s all made of glass. The door just rests against the frame and doesn’t lock. Also, there’s a gap under the door, which means you don’t have much privacy if you need to use the bathroom while staying with your partner.

Very helpful and friendly staff, both at the reception and at the bar. The rooftop is a real +, and the location is great. The room was clean, and while small, perfectly sufficient for a few days in NYC. Almost everything is controlled through the iPad in the room, which is convenient.
The elevator was under maintenance, and we often had to wait for quite a bit.

Fantastic breakfast and with the bar right there too easy to get a drink or espresso or whatever fantastic location at the center of the Manhattan action Rockefeller Center Times Square Central Park 5th Avenue Carnegie Hall.
The room is a bit small maybe not too different from other NYC hotels a little pricey buy again it's NYC.

Room was small but very comfortable. Very clean. Location is excellent. The hotel is on a busy intersection and my room was facing the street, and despite that it was surprisingly quite. Rooftop terrace has nice city views.
Staff were not very accommodating or helpful to say the least. Bed is on the firm side.
