Location was fantastic, safe, central and close to many subway entrances/exits, room was well equipped and comfy, staff were friendly and helpful and attentive.
Room was clean, but a few small issues were missed during full cleaning.

I have stayed at many Citizen M's...specifically this location 5 times in the past and it never disappoints! The staff is always amazing and friendly, the facility is clean, and the rooms are perfect for a weekend in NYC. You can't beat the location! I love the Cloud bar, also a nice touch!
I really wish they would get secure wifi for working.

The hotel is really nice. Also the room was very comfortable.
However cleaning was bad, they forgot lots of places, dirty windows, dust everywhere and at 8 in the morning they start screaming at the hall, so no sleeping in during my vacation... Beside the cleaning they are also very behind on small maintenance. Lots of light switches that don't work, the closet fell apart during our stay, the showerhead was broken to name a few...

The room was cosy and had a lovely view out of the window. The interior design of the room and the over hotel was lovely.
