Staff is very nice, the hotel looks very nice, I love the wallcoverings that they use in the hallways and the elevators. The rooms are very comfy and offer exactly what you need. Nice rooftop bar to relax, very nice athmosphere downstairs in the "living room/lobby" and also space to work in the Mezzanine. You are also right in the middle of midtown, 2 minutes walk from Times Square, and right next to a subway station. And you can even go for a run in Central park. Loved everything of it.
Allthough I still really like the interior design of CitizenM, it has also not changed too much for a couple of years now. Even though I think it's still ok, it might be time to think of remodelling/upgrading it a bit. (iPad that are used in the rooms are ancient and starting to get pretty slow for instance).

An excellent hotel in the heart of Times Square, easy to walk to a lot of the main attractions with the subway nearby for anything further. Lovely pod style rooms that have everything you need and are very clean, perfect for a couple of single person. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. A great spread for breakfast without there being too much that it's hard to choose, nice barista coffee included. We would definitely stay there again and recommend 100% definitely.
