Heard rodents running in the pipes or ceiling foundation:. Slept with the lights on cause of fear staff denies rodents on property. Trash right outside the entry of hotel.

Staff were super attentive and helpful. The location is absolutely brilliant. You are steps away from times square and even closer to the subway. Room was perfect for what you need. Great value for money - would definitely stay again.

It's CitizenM. Very classic, small room but cozy with comfy bed. It's relatively new, so all fine. Elevators were good too. Location is perfect, close to central park and times square.
Water in the shower was warm but not hot. We stayed in January so hot shower after 15k steps outside in cold New York would be really great. My daughter had breakfast and said it was pretty limited but she used to rich breakfasts in European hotels.
