Disappointing
Location is great, property is clean and staff is very friendly.
The room is the worst hotel room I’ve stayed in during over 20 visits to Times Square. The need to use an iPad for every function in the room is useless and inconvenient. The bed is built sideways into the room and impossible for the second person to enter or exit the bed without completely disrupting the second person. No live TV service and you can only watch by using chrome cast to show your device onscreen, with mediocre WiFi making that incredibly unemployable. The bathroom “pod” is weird and the horrible layout of closets, bathroom, sink, bed and lack of storage makes everything feel crowded and unpleasant to navigate even alone.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Public areas bar and restaurant were good. Great location
Both myself and my partner have worked in hospitality for many years so we know what to look for and happy to wait if staff are busy, sorry to moan but the one and only issue we had one evening at the bar downstairs, it was quiet there was 5 staff talking amongst themselves they ignored us for around 10 mins. Wasn't very happy at the time.
