It was a convenient location. It had nice community areas to utilise.
The rooms were tiny, but we get that when you're in the big apple. The bathroom meant you had to have a close relationship with your mate.

Hotel was not ready to the weather, it was the blizzard there, so room was very cold and the window was fogged up and wet!! Window was so close to bed so it was not comfortable at all Also I was frozen from the walk in the blizzard and I asked for the tea in lobby bar, and nobody told me that just regular tea bag was cost more than 6(!!!) dollars! Just tea for frozen person, I am shocked. There was no kettle in the room, so it was no choice to warm up… awful attitude to the guests.

Great location and no nonsense rooms which are great if you’re out and about all day. Bed was very comfortable, rooftop bar was beautiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I needed a late check out and they offered an extra hour complimentary or an extra 3 hours for a fee, which I gladly paid. They also stored our luggage for us until we were ready to head out of the city which was a life saver.
One of the elevators was out of order so it took a bit longer to get up and down the building. I didn’t really mind, but a few times I had to press the button again as it would cancel coming to my floor after a few minutes.

Breakfast was okay (eggs were bland and watery….the kind they box and pour). No wash cloths. Shower water ran out the shower stall.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! What really stood out was their flexibility and exceptional customer service. Due to a major accident at the airport, we had to delay our checkout, and the staff were incredibly accommodating and understanding of our situation. The room itself was very comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed. We especially loved the smart tablet feature, which made it so easy to control the lights, temperature, and TV—such a modern and convenient touch. The location was also perfect, with easy access to all the places we wanted to visit. Overall, everything about our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
