My family and myself had a perfect stay. The rooms were great, the beds were very comfortable, and the location was unbeatable. It is right in the heart of New York, with many top attractions and restaurants just a short walk away.
There was nothing I did not like. Everything was just perfect. Nothing to complain about! The staff there were very nice to us and also very helpful! A really nice hotel in the middle of New York!

Loved this place... so quirky! The beds were so comfy and the view from our room was stunning. Loved the rooftop bar here - it was such a bonus! The room was clean and functional and the staff were helpful.
Would have loved a kettle in the room.

The rooms are very comfortable. Bed and pillows are perfect. Amazing view from the room. Easy check in and check out. Location is very good.
The room was not very clean when I arrived. The bathroom was not deeply cleaned during my six night stay.

The property was well located in terms of where I needed to be in New York. The rooms are basic, but clean and have everything that's needed. The view on the higher floors is very nice. And the roof top bar is lovely to sit and watch the sunset.
Staff are very hands-off - check in experience and check out very impersonal - everything through a tablet - and very little personal interaction. Rooms are very simple and sparse. Bare minimums as required.

I had stayed at this hotel before, so I was already familiar with it. Its location is convenient for arrivals from JFK Airport, which made it an easy choice. It’s also well situated for getting downtown.
I was allocated an accessible room; however, I prefer the bathroom facilities in the standard rooms.
