Really great location, you can walk to so many places and multiple subway stops are nearby. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great view from room on higher floor. Blind in my room broke and they sent someone very quickly to fix it.
Kind of outdated and rundown compared to other citizen M hotels I’ve stayed at. Bathroom floods easily when you shower, windows have scratches on them, black out blinds didn’t totally black out the room due to them being old. iPad in the room that controls most things was also very laggy so controlling the lights, blinds, temperature and tv took way longer than it should of. Very expensive late check out, would have been $80 for a couple of extra hours which is around what I paid for a full night.

Snagged a great winter deal. Property was in a perfect location for exploring the best shopping streets. Everything worked well. Room was cozy but functional. Staff always friendly and helpful

I love the citizen M - love the rooms and love the bar and reception areas
It was extremely noisy in my room which IAH usual for a Citizen M ! Lots of banging around in the corridor and rooms above me and a lot of street noise even though I was on 15th floor. I won’t book on Booking.com again as the Citizen M make a whole drama about assigning my CitizenM member number and my Bonvoy number - if u book on here thy don’t allow you to get credit for hi stay ! Which is terrible as I always like to stay at Citizen M and I use booking.com for my bookings - now I have to book direct in future.

Everything was perfect. Beautiful property, the lounge is so nice to work in. The art everywhere was lovely, the rooms were well sound insulated, a bit small but very well designed and laid out. The lighting controls in the room were super cool.
Wish they could make a Vesper at the bar.

It's everything you need for a short trip, great location, it's nice and clean.
The ac wasn't properly working. Asked for help and they sent me a fan which was fine.

Good location. Very helpful staff. In the walls were so thick. I never heard anything going on in either room next to mine.
Pick up and drop off will be much easier when the construction in front of the hotel is finished.

Clean & friendly staff. Easy check in and check out. Nice and healthy food options.
The location. Although close to the subway, it was very noisy and there was open air drug use.
