Breakfast was phenomenal.
Room was ok. would have appreciated two chairs and the view was an invaded space maybe next to another buildings escape. We really couldn’t tell. It was room 300. The issue was that there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom so i’m order to air it out, we had to open the window but there was no screen on it.

The hotel is charming. Old wood, iron staircase railings, a lovely commons area sith seating, books snacks, and the most efficient attentive staff I have encountered in NY !! The room is spotless, gorgeous bedding, comfy bed.
The only thing I didn't like was leaving..

Great location and really friendly breakfast staff with a good breakfast offering.
The room was tiny despite being told I’d been upgraded to one of their biggest rooms. The pillows were very uncomfortable and the shower is poor. It was pretty dirty behind the drawers when I plugged my phone in. When I told the staff none of the usb ports in the room worked and asked if they had a plug I could use instead, they just said no. No suggestions of where I could get hold of one or acknowledging how annoying it is that their plug sockets didn’t work.

Excellent location! Comfy beds wirh plenty of pillows. Great shower and our room was very quiet. Nice continal breakfast with very sweet staff members. Felt very much at home
Room lighting could use an upgrade, just a tiny bit dark yet lamps were available.

Breakfast is always lovely. MARIA is delightful. She remembered me a from previous stay. She is such a helpful person and hard worker; desiring to please her guests, and always greeting folks with a smile. All staff members go the extra mile. Shout out to JAMES as well! When I arrived, he said “welcome home.“ What a nice thing to say. They had a refrigerator in my room within 20 minutes after I asked. Great work, my Casablanca crew!
Price per night is high. But it’s really THAT good. I don’t want to stay anywhere else.
