This hotel is one of the best I have stayed at worldwide! The room was lovely, spacious, clean, updated but still antique charm. Rick's cafe, open 24 hours was amazing. The breakfast staff were so friendly and helpful. The cafe is charming and offer a place to gather with friends, drink coffee/tea and enjoy pastries 24/7. And the location??? Just perfect! The front desk staff were so friendly! And Tony's right next store was a godsend!

Fantastic location just off Times Square. Staff went above and beyond expectations. When we checked in, they called around to find us dinner reservations nearby. Rick’s Cafe was open to grab a light breakfast and drinks. Will definitely stay at Casablanca next time we return to New York.

I literally liked nothing about the property. I booked it for 3 nights and stayed there for max 30 mins . And in that 30 mins i booked another hotel cuz this filthy hotel stinks man . I was outta there in 30 mins and still they charged me for 3 night’s

Proximity to the train lines and walking distance to so many places
The noise from the outside resonates inside the room. Ear plugs helped.

This hotel was fabulous. It was quaint, quiet and relaxing, yet, located in the heart of Times Square. The staff were absolutely the best… kind, helpful and welcoming. I absolutely loved Rick’s cafe and the private entrance to Tony’s Italian Restaurant!
