Breakfast service was nice - limited items, but the staff toasted our bagels for us, and the scones were delicious! Coffee, tea, water, and snacks available at all times.

Location was excellent. Comfortable bed. All day snacks and drinks from Rick’s was a real bonus.
Our room was noisy due to location near lift.

The location was perfect. The staff was beyond accommodating! The entire hotel is very quaint and adorable. It felt as if a quiet break from the hustle from the outside of New York. The bathroom felt most recently renovated.
I understand how some could say the hotel is “dated” but the hotel has charm!

As a tourist in New York excellent location, an oasis of quite just off Times Square, the feel of the hotel was a great contrast to the modern city around it. Very clean, staff could not have been more helpful and polite. The breakfast was simple but sufficient and the 24/7 availability of complementary drinks and snacks was an added bonus. Happily recommend and stay again.
Certain aspects in need of a refurbishment, before it starts to affect the overall offering of the hotel.

If you're looking for a new, modern hotel, keep looking! Hospitality 11/10. Although outdated on purpose (my 16yo grandson called it modern vintage), it was very charming and very clean as intended. Location, location, location! Reasonable rates for the area. My whole family was pleased. I will definitely revisit.
There's 24hr beverages, but no sodas or juices. There is tea, coffee, water, seltzer water.
