The location was central to the two Broadway shows we came to see. My daughter loved the robe and slippers. Rick's cafe was wonderful.

Location amazing and the room-size for the location was excellent. The perfect spot for a week in New York. Staff were v friendly and helpful. Strangely v quiet despit being so close to Times Square
Beds and pillows could be better. Mattress was lumpy and pillows were shallow/cheap. No bar but then plenty of choice nearby in NYC ofcourse!

Great location, wonderful staff, unique and interesting building, clean room
No thermostat in room, heat was on and we couldn’t turn it off and it was HOT. We opened the window and then street noise was loud. Neither of us slept well. Shower was fine but water pressure wasn’t great. Pillows were somehow both flat and lumpy

Beautiful, comfortable and large Suite within 200' of Times Square. Professional and Courteous Staff and a Generous Continental Breakfast made our stay 5 Star.

The hotel staff very kind sociable and knowledgeable. The hotel layout was quite nice. We were accommodated with my mothers need of a refrigerator to keep her medications at cool temperatures.
The pillows were seriously i.m.o thin. Didn’t sleep well due to neck support. I didn’t expect the room to be as small as is (looked quite bigger in the pictures). TV remote signal didn’t reach the TV unless closer to feet of bed. I’d whisk the breakfast options were a bit more bigger.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. They helped us out getting to events and shops in the area and even took pictures of our group for us when we dressed up for our Broadway show. The rooms were perfect and even though it’s right at Times Square, no outside noises could be heard! We were all very impressed and will be returning everytime we visit NYC.
