I liked everything about the Casablanca. Couldn’t beat the location. The staff was wonderful. Rick‘s Café was always fully stocked and had everything we needed. I have been to NYC a few times going forward. I will be staying at the Casablanca. It checked all the boxes

The staff was very professional and pleasant. Our room was small (what NYC hotel rooms aren't though), but comfortable and had all that we needed. Rick's Cafe is a real plus and the hotel's location in midtown Manhattan is perfect.

Location was perfect. So close to Time Square and theatre. Hotel was older, but clean, quiet, and convenient to so many sights. Staff kind and helpful.

Absolutely beautiful hotel and PERFECT location! So easy to shows, dining and transit! Staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The daily continental breakfast was super good and easily accessed.

The staff was so helpful and had great recommendations for food and local transportation. The room was so clean and exactly what we needed. They also gave us fresh linens everyday. The water was hot each time we got in the shower. They had coffee all of the time which is wonderful in the city that never sleeps. We had the petite queen room and knew that it would be small but it was absolutely everything that we needed and wanted! We would recommend Casablanca hotel to anyone!

I loved the location. The rooms were clean and comfortable. This hotel has had one of the best staffs! The rooms were also quiet, did not hear anything from outside, despite being right next to Times Square!
The breakfast and the breakfast room. Breakfast was very limited, especially considering the price and quality. The breakfast room seating was also limited, there was not enough tables and chairs and people stayed sitting even after they were done eating, so every morning it was difficult trying to get a table.

This hotel was such a pleasant surprise. Located close to Bryant Park, walkable to Radio City and Times Square. Plenty of nearby restaurants. The staff could not have been more helpful and kind. Rick's Cafe has a gas fireplace where you can relax and chat comfortably.
I truly cannot think of anything wrong.

Rex’s Café for coffee by the fireplace was amazing. The location close to everything in the hospitality was over the top.

Breakfast was very good. The pleasant space at the 2nd floor for relax and snacks was outstanding. The location is fantastic for one is in the middle of everything. The works are very friendly and helpful.
The bed in the room is too small and the matress is very uncomfortable.
