I loved the folks we encountered while there - always quick with a smile and chat! The gentleman at the front counter and door were so helpful!
The ventilation in our room could have been better. Once you took a shower the room was warm and stuffy.

I liked everything about the Casablanca. Couldn’t beat the location. The staff was wonderful. Rick‘s Café was always fully stocked and had everything we needed. I have been to NYC a few times going forward. I will be staying at the Casablanca. It checked all the boxes

The staff was very professional and pleasant. Our room was small (what NYC hotel rooms aren't though), but comfortable and had all that we needed. Rick's Cafe is a real plus and the hotel's location in midtown Manhattan is perfect.
