Breakfast was very good. The pleasant space at the 2nd floor for relax and snacks was outstanding. The location is fantastic for one is in the middle of everything. The works are very friendly and helpful.
The bed in the room is too small and the matress is very uncomfortable.

The lounge area is a nice place to congregate 24 hours a day and the location is excellent.
It is incredibly expensive for the size of the room. Also, the breakfast is unsubstantial.

Really quaint hotel which was spotless. Fantastic staff who were friendly and attentive. Location right next to Times Square but minimal noise. Definitely worth booking.

Great location and very nice boutique hotel. Staff was wonderful. Beds so comfortable. We especially enjoyed Rick’s Cafe as a place to hang out for breakfast and during the day.

A beautiful, clean, and luxurious hotel in an excellent location with helpful and attentive staff. The room was quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable.
The breakfast was decent but could have been better. However, I did like that there were snacks, drinks, and coffee available throughout the day and night.

The quirkiness of it. It’s so characterful. Staff are amazing. It’s lovely and clean. Breakfast is very nice.

Wonderful
Lovely hotel which was great value especially considering the location just off Times square. Our room was quiet, a good size for NY, comfortable bed, spotlessly clean with a very good bathroom with a large shower. There is a 24 hour guest lounge which includes tea, coffee, soft drinks and snacks...a real bonus! A basic continental breakfast is also included in the lounge each morning. There is no on site bar, but there is a restaurant next door, we didn't use this but it was always busy. Reception staff were friendly. A real little gem in the heart of the city.
Decor is a bit quirky and dated but we loved the character.
