The staff were fantastic with our children and there was no noise audible from Times Square at all.

The room design made me feel like I was home in my bedroom. The rooms and hotel design are not the typical chain hotel design. I felt safe and comfortable. I slept peacefully. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The location was perfect for shopping, dining, and entertainment. I highly recommend the Casablanca Hotel and definitely plan stay here again.
I was expecting a home style buffet breakfast rather than a continental breakfast.

Location location location. Right in the heart of midtown so easy to get anywhere.

Excellent location! Right off of Times Square, and within easy walking distances to subway, Broadway and lots of eateries. Staff was very professional, and breakfast and snacks throughout the day was an added bonus!

When we arrived, we were welcomed by the staff with such warm graciousness and kindness. The kindness and superb attention to all of our needs was wonderful throughout or stay. When we needed a taxi, the front desk manager took care of arranging that for us. What made it special was that a staff member waited outside for the cab to arrive, then held the taxi door open for us and ensured that the taxi knew exactly where to go. The first night, there was chilled wine in our room ready to enjoy. The lovely old-world design and decor provided such an elegant feel. The attention to detail, the enormous kindness from everyone, the handsomely dressed staff, and the comfort of staying in a smaller hotel, definitely made our stay memorable.
