We came here for a special trip (I proposed to my girlfriend) and it was the perfect place, very nice stay! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, the room was cozy and cleaned daily, ah! the location is unbeatable! Perfect spot. right near everything but still quiet and relaxing. Truly a memorable experience. Highly recommend!

The hotel is clean, relatively well maintained, has excellent location and has its charm. The heating in the room was enough to keep the room warm during super cold weather in New York.
I couldn't adjust the heating. It was too hot during the night and the air was too dry from too much heating.

This hotel was such a pleasant surprise. Located close to Bryant Park, walkable to Radio City and Times Square. Plenty of nearby restaurants. The staff could not have been more helpful and kind. Rick's Cafe has a gas fireplace where you can relax and chat comfortably.
I truly cannot think of anything wrong.

Great lounge amenities, with snacks, tea, coffee/espresso, water, in a quiet area that had plenty of room on the second floor. Staff were very accommodating with checkin and checkout, highlighting amenities, and with bags.
Even well above street level there's a fair amount of road noise from garbage trucks. Aside from that the rooms are quiet, private, and comfortable.

Such a great boutique hotel! Love that breakfast, snacks, coffee, hot chocolate, and water was included! Staff is excellent and the clean rooms have everything you need for a cozy stay!
