Wonderful
Lovely hotel which was great value especially considering the location just off Times square. Our room was quiet, a good size for NY, comfortable bed, spotlessly clean with a very good bathroom with a large shower. There is a 24 hour guest lounge which includes tea, coffee, soft drinks and snacks...a real bonus! A basic continental breakfast is also included in the lounge each morning. There is no on site bar, but there is a restaurant next door, we didn't use this but it was always busy. Reception staff were friendly. A real little gem in the heart of the city.
Decor is a bit quirky and dated but we loved the character.

The Casablanca is perfectly located with a very personal feel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and despite being so close to Times Square, it was wonderfully quiet. The 2nd-floor lounge with refreshments and pastries was a lovely touch - a perfect place to relax after a busy day.
Highly recommend this hotel ...we'll definitely be back!!

We love the Casablanca! This is our third stay. The staff is wonderful and location is perfect if you are there for Broadway shows. Rooms are super comfortable and clean and the complimentary continental breakfast and around the clock snacks and beverages in Rick‘s Café are very nice. Also, Tony’s right next-door is a great traditional family style Italian restaurant.

Well, the cable TV went out DURING the historic baseball World Series. After calling front desk to report there was no compensation offered for the inconvenience.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Everyone there was extremely kind and helpful. The lounge was warm and inviting. My daughter and I would read our books in there every evening. The bfast was perfect and the all day snacks and beverages was an added bonus. We loved the ambiance of the hotel. Everything was clean. And the location is right by Times Square.
