Great room size and in and out very efficient for business travellers
Reception team super friendly and nice make the experience so much nicer.
Any room was of good size
Breakfast choice could have more choice, eggs and yogurt zero fas was excellent maybe more fruits and higher quality bread. Also the shower was slow / not power shower.
No true blackout, the lights from time square flash at night

Location is absolutely perfect. Every staff member we interacted with was amazing. Kind, attentive, accommodating ,and quick. Would absolutely stay here again!
Pull out bed wasn't comfortable and heat of the room was difficult to manage on our own, needed help from staff

Loved the lounge (Rick’s cafe) was so nice to come back from a cold day walking around and have a beautiful fire, warm room, coffee, teas, snacks - always available. Warm and cozy!

Staff is very friendly and supportive. Hotel is quiet even though it is just off Times Square. Lounge is very comfortable with a working fireplace. Front desk team very helpful. Will definitely stay there again.
