During our stay the staff went above and beyond to make our stay great! My husband forgot his computer charger and he took a chance to ask if they might have one. They had one that they let him borrow. I also left a necklace in the room and I was able to get the front desk on the phone immediately and they are shipping the necklace to me. I was very impressed, very kind!
The shower leaked from the seal not being completely sealed I think. We went through a lot of towels.

Fantastic greeting ,lovely staff. Big room with great power shower and very comfortable beds. Large tv. Complimentary mini fridge which was restocked daily. Also unlimited tea, coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby. Location was great too, close to Central Park and the centre but quiet at night. Rooftop seating area was an added bonus.

The moment you walked through the front entrance it smelled clean, the room was perfect . The bed was comfortable and the pillows were so fluffy . We were greeted from the front desk from an associate . She was absolutely wonderful and always willing to go above and beyond to help you. Thank You -!!!!! We stayed on the main floor where the lobby is due to my anxiety of elevators . All the associates were so welcoming and went out of their way to accommodate you . I can’t say enough wonderful things about this hotel . The parking garage was a few steps away which made it very convenient if you drive to NYC. Everything thing was in walking distance . The subway station was not that far also. This was a trip I wanted to take for many years and I finally did !! Thanks to The Blue Angel Hotel for accommodating me with a room that was on the main floor . words cant express how thankful I am to you all!!!! I can’t wait for my next trip to NYC and see you all again

Very basic facilities. Location is very convenient which is nice. Rooms clean and comfortable but no windows and very small.
