They allowed me to check in early when I arrived at 12 noon, which I really appreciated. This was a good location close to 5th Ave.
It is admittedly expensive, even though I booked the room with no windows. There are no toiletries in the room, so I had to call to ask for toothpaste.

Wonderful
We liked the location and the limited number of rooms. It was quiet, clean and the beds were comfortable. They had nice touches like some free goodies in the fridge and a 24/7 good selection of hot drinks in the lobby.
As an early riser it would have been nice to have an area to hang out while my family slept- alas it was too cold to go to roof, which looked comfy.

The check out time was at 11 am which in my view should at least be changed to 1 pm given that the check in is only at 3 pm. Also the price send to be slightly on the higher side given the category of the hotel and the size of the rooms

The room was very clean and there was no street traffic that you could hear at night. Had a great sleep.

No coffee maker or at least water kettle in the room 1 large chair only . needed 2 smaller chairs since it was a double room
