The hotel is located in a convenient location. I appreciated the complimentary tea, water, and snacks, which were a lovely touch
Unfortunately, the rooms are quite dark and unpleasant. The decor feels tired and dated, and the hotel is generally in need of modernisation. Had I known the condition of the rooms in advance, I would not have booked this hotel.

I was able to borrow a recharging cable from the front desk.
The shower stall could not have been smaller. It was the smallest shower stall I've ever stood in. I'm lucky I'm not a big person. There was no hair conditioner in the shower. As I was checking out, I was told at the front desk that I could have asked for it. There's always a pump dispenser right next to the shampoo. That there wasn't one was silly.

The location is very central and easy to approach from JFK airport even with public transport. The staff were great and very helpful. Free minibar and free coffee and tea service. The rooftop terrace is nicely furnished and a cool place to hang out on a nice day.
Our room’s windows were facing the other buildings back side and the windows did not seal properly. The outside AC units were always loud and our room smelled like food as there was a kitchen close by. Mattresses were worn out and could cause back pain. The luggage storage fee is a bit weird but not too high. There’s no breakfast option. Tea selection was lacking of options with caffeine. When we stayed they only had 1 or 2.

Everything about my stay was great! Small hotel but everything functioned well and the staff was great. Room was cozy and clean, bed comfortable and all in all your concerns were addressed.
