This hotel was extremely misleading. When we arrived, they made us pay extra money even though we had already booked and paid in advance. They claimed that the room shown on Booking.com is only for two people, even though we clearly reserved it for three adults. If the room is only for two, then why is there an option to select three adults when booking? And why does the price increase when you choose three adults if the room supposedly cannot accommodate three people? None of this was explained beforehand. We were forced to pay more money on the day of arrival with no warning, which completely ruined the start of our trip. This feels like a bait-and-switch tactic and very unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel due to their unclear policies and unfair extra charges.

Room was noisy. Not only was their street noise, but the door did not adequately fit the door frame leaving a gap. Hallway noise was bothersome given that I paid nearly $1800 for a two nights stay it was disappointing not to find a robe or have a quiet room

Very clean hotel. Very quiet, comfortable rooms and super close to where I needed to be in the morning. I will definitely stay here again when I’m in town for work.
I love the location. It was close to my office. It was close to theaters and it was close to great restaurants.

Nice location.
When you pay so much for a room for one night ;more than USD 800, I don’t think it is fair that they charge USD 2 per bag they need to store. In my opinion this should be complimentary as in other hotels.
