Wonderful boutique hotel tucked away in a great neighborhood. Clean and comfortable. But what really makes the stay is the experience with the people: from checking in with the incredibly thoughtful Marcos in the evening, to day time support from Camila, and a gracious and efficient housekeeping team. A new favorite hotel!

The moment you walked through the front entrance it smelled clean, the room was perfect . The bed was comfortable and the pillows were so fluffy . We were greeted from the front desk from an associate . She was absolutely wonderful and always willing to go above and beyond to help you. Thank You -!!!!! We stayed on the main floor where the lobby is due to my anxiety of elevators . All the associates were so welcoming and went out of their way to accommodate you . I can’t say enough wonderful things about this hotel . The parking garage was a few steps away which made it very convenient if you drive to NYC. Everything thing was in walking distance . The subway station was not that far also. This was a trip I wanted to take for many years and I finally did !! Thanks to The Blue Angel Hotel for accommodating me with a room that was on the main floor . words cant express how thankful I am to you all!!!! I can’t wait for my next trip to NYC and see you all again ?

During our stay the staff went above and beyond to make our stay great! My husband forgot his computer charger and he took a chance to ask if they might have one. They had one that they let him borrow. I also left a necklace in the room and I was able to get the front desk on the phone immediately and they are shipping the necklace to me. I was very impressed, very kind!
The shower leaked from the seal not being completely sealed I think. We went through a lot of towels.

Staff was very kind and helpful. My room was small, but it was very functional and clean. I was able to walk to Central Park. It was very conveniently located.
