Conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, museums, and performance venues (Park Avenue Armory). The staff were helpful and congenial. Rooms were well-laid out, clean, and comfortable, also very quiet.

Everyone there was lovely. While checking out I had a non-hotel related issue and did NOT clean my stuff out of the room well. They went above and beyond to contact me (which was difficult). I thought I had lost all my cash and didn't have any and didn't tip a penny. They found all 600 bucks and returned it. Lovely and honest folks.
