There was a black mold in the room above the entrance. I got intoxicated and sick after my stay. For no clear reason I was relocated from the room I staid once checked in into the room with a black mold on the whole.

intimate and exceptionally clean hotel in a great location with a very welcoming staff. and no wait for the elevators , which is a pet peeve of mine.

Perfect location, perfect staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Cleaning Service was amazing. Couldn't be better. Did I mention the location ? Outstanding !
Breakfast is nice but basic, if at all possible a slight enlargement of the breakfast area would make the experience even better.

Location, cleanliness, staff were so helpful and nice, free breakfast, wine and cheese every day at 5 pm, and felt safe.
Would have liked to make coffee in our room (have a coffee maker). Loud noises outside from construction and vehicles.

Everything was exceptional. Location, Luggage storage, staff, clean room, comfortable bed and pillows, great bathroom with excellent water pressure in the shower, snacks and coffee, wine and cheese happy hour … everything was just outstanding.
