The staff are super friendly and welcoming! The location is also great which is what you are certainly paying for.
The rooms are super small and the beds aren't very comfortable. The bathroom had a super strong sewage smell that was really unpleasant, especially since it is so close to the bed area. The breakfast and snacks also could have been better.

My first time, but not my last. This hotel, just behind Carnegie Hall, is extremely conveniently located and well managed. The staff at the front desk, especially Elijah, is excellent. My room was spacious with all conveniences, such as iron and board, umbrellas, vanity kits, etc. Breakfast consisted of fresh hot dishes and a wide variety of cereals, breads, pastries, etc.
I have no complaints.

It’s location is great when you want to enjoy night shows, concerts etc.
This property is average. Nothing stands out besides it’s location. Breakfast is below average and rooms are very small.

The hotel was extremely well located to several subway lines, which made getting around a breeze. A small kitchen area with a few snacks and drink machine were available at all times. No issue having your bags held. The room was very nice (Just a bit lux, nice bed), clean, and actually a decent size for two people in NYC. The bathroom and shower were bigger than expected. Even on the third floor, street noise wasn't really an issue. Elevators seemed pretty timely.
Shower leaked just a bit under the glass door, but not enough for concern. Not an issue unique to this hotel. Didn't try breakfast.
