The rooms were clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well, important in August in NYC. The value was really good and we would totally stay here again. The front desk was super helpful with every interaction. The neighborhood is super convenient to the train, and to buses, and theater district and Time Square.
The hallway outside the rooms was a little uncomfortable, some times had a strange smell, but once you were in room you would not notice it. Other than that, very nice hotel and value for the neighborhood.

great location, 10 mins walk from time square, with so many nearby restaurants and markets. have a full set of kitchen appliances that makes living more convenient. many reviews mentioned the elevator but when i was there, two elevators were both working and it was very fast to get to higher floors. staff were also very friendly.

I really liked the convenient location, the cleanliness of the room, and the quick and helpful service. The kitchen was well equipped, and the staff replaced the towels and took out the trash every day. Everything was comfortable and convenient.

Close to tourist attractions such as Broadway and shops and restaurants. Free water dispenser in the lobby. Staff were friendly, and professional when I had a concern with faulty equipment in my room
Faulty safe in my room when I arrived - was already locked and, when unlocked by a staff member, was then unable to be locked. Due to other plans, I no longer had time to wait in the room for the engineer on duty to resolve this, and I didn't feel comfortable with someone visiting the room with my belongings in when I was out
AC could be loud at night if on auto mode
TV remote didn't turn on channel guide and could not select channels from the guide.
Ironing board in room was a little unbalanced but usable if positioned carefully.
I had stayed at this hotel before and had no issues and was happy to return, so i was a little disappointed. However I was only staying 2 nights and would be out all day so these did not become an issue during the stay and I eventually forgot to report these additional issues, but seems some facilities in rooms could do with just an extra check that all works as intended before a new customer checks in.

The first thing we were grateful for was the possibility to check-in late at night (arriving around midnight).
During our stay, we enjoyed the free cupcakes offered near the front desk, and the free coffee and ice water at all times. The location was very practical, about 5 minutes from the subway and times square.
We loved the room, the bed was very comfortable and had plenty of space! It was nice to have fresh towels every day as well.
There were free washing machines available too.
This hotel is perfect for people that want to cook and don't want to eat out every day as they are suites with kitchenettes.
When we arrived, the staff member told us that our reservation didn't exist and that we didn't have a room, after a better check, he indeed found our room (it was a bit scary at first).
Otherwise both of our room cards stopped working on the 5th day of our stay so we went to the front desk and got them re-magnetised, after that it was okay but it is a bit of a scare.
