Great bed, comfortable room, very friendly check in experience. Unfortunately, the breakfast wasn't up to the rest of the standard. I had the smoked salmon bagel and it wasn't great. But, the coffee was great, and again the service was friendly. The rest of the menu could have been great, I don't know. Everything else was fantastic, and I highly recommend. Will definitely stay again - great location for mid town.
The smoked salmon bagel! Was poorly assembled and the salmon was mushy.

The location, the room, the staff and services. Everything is taken care of and well thought out.
I had handed over my bag to the valet for storage. It was returned with a significant deep scratch on the black leather tote bag in the front, which was an unpleasant experience to end with and I have to now take care of the aftermath.

The service provided by staff in particular that of Ms Jo Kilkenny was outstanding
We did not realize that the hotel was under renovation until we arrived and saw the scaffolding.Later there were floor coverings on the 14 th floor for inside work.

The welcome and check in team were polite and friendly. Nothing was an issue for them. They were happy to hold out bags (as we arrived before check in) while we explored the local neighbourhood. The room was small(ish) but very well appointed. It was clean and for once this is a hotel that actually had a well stocked mini bar. The room was clean and bright. The bathroom was large and modern. The towels were thick and luxurious. The toiletries (Molton Brown) were very nice.
It would be nice to have a coffee machine and tea making facilities in the room. Other then that there is not a lot to add on the negative side.

Great location right next to Bryant Park. Spacious rooms. Restaurant and bar in the property. Close to everything. Easy access to subway lines and walking distance from broadway theatres. Friendly helpful staff!

Perfect location across street from Bryant Park, close to New York Public Library, easy walk to Grand Central Terminal and theater district. Enjoyed Celon, the hotel bar. Large, comfortable room and bathroom. The staff was very kind and helpful before and during stay.
The view of scaffolding, but understand it’s needed at this time of stay. It is more expensive than a standard hotel,but worth it.
