Wonderful
The room was clean and had a great view overlooking Bryant Park. The AC worked well and was quiet. The blinds blocked the sunlight perfectly. The bathroom was spacious and had plenty of counter space. The bed was comfy. The staff was very kind and helpful. The location is excellent, with several metro stations within easy walking distance of the hotel.
The bathroom floor was very slippery when it got wet. The décor was nice and clean, but I would have preferred it to match the building a bit better, personally, it felt too modern.

The location, the room, the staff and services. Everything is taken care of and well thought out.
I had handed over my bag to the valet for storage. It was returned with a significant deep scratch on the black leather tote bag in the front, which was an unpleasant experience to end with and I have to now take care of the aftermath.

Fabulous location, the staff were very helpful and the hotel history is very interesting.
I also liked the cellar bar and super bedroom
There was work going on to the exterior which although not a permanent problem was a bit disappointing due to noise outside the windows.. drilling, banging etc.

Location is amazing - right across from Bryant Park.
The staff is kind and accommodating. They give great recommendations and are very helpful.
I would definitely recommend staying here. There is coffee/tea available in the lobby to compensate for the lack of room service.
There is no room service available at the hotel.
