Quiet, clean, big room especially for nyc…perfect location. I can’t say enough about how nice the staff were. Just so very friendly and accommodating. It was my wife’s birthday and they made it special. It meant the world to her and me. They get all the stars!

The curly blond lady at check in was very nice. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. I think that's the most important aspect of a hotel room. The lobby lounge is pretty nice.
This is not a luxury hotel by any means. It's basic but fine for a work trip. Since I had a corner room with large windows, I expected there to be some sort of street view, based on the photos. Not the case. The gym is small and basic but did the trick. I had drinks with my friends in the lounge and the bartender offered us free beer. We happily accepted but when we took a sip, it tasted like straight up water! We looked at the date and they were expired. We were wondering if we were drugged. Thankfully we were all fine but it was just weird.

Fantastic location near public transportation and across from a beautiful park. Walking distance to Broadway.
There wasn’t really some comfortable space to sit down and have your morning coffee and muffin so you had to bring it back to your room.

Excellent location - check out Bryant Park across the street from the hotel. Safe location. Easy to get to Broadway plays. Lots of place s to eat. Beds were super confortable. Super friendly staff.
The hotel bar could have stayed open longer on a Saturday night. It closed at 12:00.

Location is fantastic - no complaints there. The rooms are comfortable and bright and the view of the park is great.
No in room coffee....that really should be standard in a hotel of this caliber. We forgot a toothbrush - $6....seriously? Amenities are definitely on the weak side. The tub was leaking water on the bathroom floor which is not cool at all.

Our stay was fabulous. The front desk staff was warm and friendly, answered our questions expertly and efficiently, and even upgraded our room at no extra cost (thank you!). We were given a room directly across from the fitness center, but we didn't hear a thing from the gym, and since we weren't on the street side, the room was very quiet. It was also huge, beautifully decorated, and very well-appointed, with lovely toiletries, a comfy bed, and great lighting. The location was perfect--we could easily walk to the Empire State Building, Rockefeller Center, and a show near Times Square, without being right in the madness of those areas. Bryant Park was fun to explore, and the street the hotel is on has excellent bakeries. I will gladly stay at this hotel again!
