We liked the spacious large room, which is rare in NYC hotels. Very clean, renovated. with beautiful lighting. Very comfortable beds and armchair. And a large comfortable bathroom. modern. Very nice and friendly service at the reception :) Location - perfect.

Love this hotel so much! The rooms are so spacious and clean. They always provide you with slippers which is a huge plus for me when the rooms don’t have carpet (I don’t like for my feet to be cold!) it’s right behind the New York Public Library building on 5th so you get beautiful views of the library if you’re in one of the rooms with a view. Also they are very close to a lot of the tourist spots if that’s your thing. Highly recommend!

Bryant Park Hotel was lovely. The room was amazing - beautiful and big!
Everything was so clean, and the bathroom was incredible!
The staff was very friendly, I really enjoyed my time here.
The hotel is located in a very central location and at times it was too loud (but I still manage to sleep just fine).
The room has a minibar - and IMO it should be just a normal fridge for the use of the guests.

The staff were friendly, the room was very nice, the location excellent.
There is no option for coffee in the room or to get coffee in the hotel early in the morning. I’m a coffee addict, and had jet lag, so was walking down the street to a deli at 4:30. If you are like me, bring some coffee with you, as there is a kettle in the room.
That was the only issue during my stay.

The location was ideal for access to local tourist attractions. The room was spacious, bright and clean with lots of room for storage in the wardrobe and for toiletries in the bathroom

Great location in Midtown right next to the lively & lovely Bryant Park and a 5 minute walk to various public transport options at Times Square and Grand Central. Friendly staff and very well managed and clean hotel in a beautiful classic building.
Coffee machines in the rooms would be a cherry on top of a great cake.

We absolutely loved the location, staff and room. We hadn't been to the city in many years and as soon as we arrived at the hotel felt warm and welcomed by the staff. We lucked out with parking right in front of the hotel. Since we were only in the city briefly (for a show), only had to feed the meter once! (No meter people on Sundays!) It's a beautiful area overlooking Bryant Park. We can't wait to return!!!

The hotel was in an excellent location across the street from Bryant Part, easy to walk or take the subway to many NYC attractions. Staff super helpful and friendly. The room was newly renovated, spacious, very clean and staff always quick to respond if anything extra was required.

The location was perfect, the staff was very friendly. We were given a renovated room which was spacious and clean. We had a small issue about an invoice while checking out. The frontdesk manager did everything to come up with a great solution (thanks again!). All in all, it was a very pleasurable stay.
The lobby is small and the waiting area is not well-lighted.
