Location location location, we didn’t know Bryant Park and it was the high light of our trip. So happy I choose this hotel. The hotel is gorgeous old building standing tall and you can feel the history. Our corner room on the higher floors was perfect. They have remodeled the rooms and the lobby is in the process of being renovated so not very welcoming. The staff tired their best to make things as nice as possible.
The facility fee which I don’t understand.

I love that this hotel was so centralized to everything in the big apple! This is my first time, but it won’t be my last! The staff here are amazing and they welcome me right in when I arrived!

Our beautifully renovated room was large and comfortable with a wonderful view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And the location was convenient for walking to Broadway shows as well as catching public transportation to other parts of Manhattan.

At the front desk, Shelton was super-accommodating; the view of Bryant Park was spectacular; and the bed was extremely comfortable. We look forward to returning!
