Staff was super friendly and accommodating, even adding a special unexpected celebratory gift for our anniversary stay. The rooms were recently renovated and very spacious, clean, and comfortable.

The rooms were of exceptional quality, best stay ever in NY. The service from staff was also amazing, particularly going out of their way to make us feel welcome (specially Scott)
The reception is under renovation, so there was not really a lobby to lounge at. Also, there was some construction work on the facade, so you can't really see the hotel as you arrive.

The staff was lovely and very helpful. Everything was clean and modern. I loved that they had coffee out in the morning and muffins each day. And that little area was kept so clean and they kept restocking all. It was a wonderful hotel.
